Veer's p.o.v

I reached office at 9:30 am

I adjusted my coat as I entered the office.

I made my way towards my cabin. As I walked towards it I can hear people whisper about my marriage.

I quietly ignored it and went to my cabin.

My secretary Tara came in

"Tell me about today's activities!"I said normally

She started to explain me and I couldn't help but wonder what everyone were talking about

"Tara what I want to know is what the people outside are talking about my marriage?!"I shot

"Um...sir.....!"She stuttered

"Don't do it. Just spill it!"I shot

"They are just wondering about the girl you married and why you didn't marry the girl who you loved.....!"She said

"You can leave now...!"I said pushing down my anger

Now is not a good time.

I was done with work at 5:30 pm.

I packed my stuff and when I went out.

I saw someone bring my name in their conversation.

I went and stood behind them.

"Veer brought his new wife home and the whole world knows he didn't marry the women he loved!"Person one said

"How do you think he is treating her?!"The other person asked

"Who knows. I feel sad for the poor girl. I mean who can cope with a guy who loves another women!"The person one said

"I heard that the girl he loved married our boss's best friend as they were secretly in love with eachother since college times....!"Person 2 said

I was done with this stupid conversation now

"Okay since you both have great information about my personal life lets get one thing cleared!"I shot

Those two stood up in fear and turned around

They were so shocked to see me

"Sir....!"They started

"Don't say one more thing. You have done you're talking. It's up to me now...!"I said in anger

"You're both fired. Get out of my sight!"I shot.

I adjusted my coat buttons and left.

I sat in my car but some words just can't leave

I mean who can cope with a guy who loves another women

This sentence keeps on repeating in my mind.

I drove off my car in my anger. There is no way I'm going to home after this.

I need a drink right now!

I had no idea what time I got home.

One thing I knew for sure was I was drunk as hell.

Meera's p.o.v

And this is you're homeroom which ends our trip around the school.

Shiv was showing me around the school. It was pretty amazing.

I'm loving it!

"Can I be honest?!"I asked him with a smile

"I'm loving it already so much. I honestly can't wait for Monday to come so I can officially start my teaching career!"I said happily and shiv smiled

"I'm so glad you feel welcomed already so is this you're first job?!"He asked me

"Yeah I'm also pretty nervous!"I added

"Don't worry you will do great. This homeroom kids are very good. I have them for maths so you need to have no worries about them!"He said

"If you ever need anything I will be next door. You see that door....!"He said going to the door in the middle of the room. He opened it and it was connection to the next one.

"We both have a connected room"He said as we entered his room now

"If you ever need anything please feel free to ask me....!"He told me

"Of course...!"I said and smiled.

There was a knock on his door.

It was Emma.

"Hey Meera,I hope you will like it around here...!"she said

"I already do. Thanks Emma!"I said with a smile

Me and shiv walked out of the school together.

"So I will bring my things Sunday's evening....!"I said

"Cool I will bring the school keys from Emma and help you!"Shiv said

"Thanks!"I said and smiled

"What are friends for huh?I am an Indian too!"He said and I laughed

"I should get a cab now!"I said

"You came here in a cab?No way I'm gonna let you go on you're own!"He said

"No.....!"I said loud

"Please come Meera......!"He said

"Shiv I don't want to bother you....!"I said slowly

"Does this seem like bothering?!"He said and I laughed

We went towards his car. I got in when he opened the door for me.

We soon drove off.

I got down the car when shiv stopped infront of the house.

I looked to see veer's car was already here.

I looked at my watch and it was 8:30 pm as me and shiv went to Walmart to get the things I need for my classroom.

I took out the bags from the back seat and bid him bye and headed inside.

When I went inside the house I was shocked to death with the scene I had infront of me.

Oh my god!

He is drunk!!
