I FINALLY DID IT!!!
IVE BEEN TRYING TO FINISH THIS CONTEST ENTRY FOR AGES!!
AND ITS A (NOT REALLY) QUALITY CHIBI
I had troubles with this bc shading and I can't eyeball.
Someone needs to teach me how to eyeball.
But on the plus side now I know how filters work cuz I had to use a glow filter so IM LEARNING THINGSSSS!!! THIS IS A GOOD DAY.
The prompt was draw a witch and I was drawn to the music witch bc I love music tooo muchhhhhhh

I did a lot of new things here, and even experimented with colored line art for part of the glow effect. I'm surprised it didn't come out worse tbh.
