Nudes is spiraling out of control with its constant repetitiveness and lack of common sense among the characters. The amount of times Scott has cheated on Alex is uncanny and the readers don't seem to realize that this is cheating. They only focus on the fact that it's Scott and Mitch and that ruins the fact that in the real world that would be considered cheating. The same goes for when Mitch raped Scott. Readers failed to realize that it was rape and even went as far as condoning it because it was Scott and Mitch. But had it been two completely random people, things would have been said. People forget that just because it is fanfiction, it is real life too. This entire fanfic falls under the category of realistic fiction and could very well be happening to someone at this moment. Just because it's Scott and Mitch does not make it any more special or different from the real world. Because in a sense, this IS the real world.

Also, the author has prolonged this book for far too long and at this point, appears to be doing it for views. The past ten chapters have been the same thing with Mitch wanting to date Scott but not being able to because he has Alex. There are only a few chapters that are important and the ones I am talking about cannot even be seen as fillers because the same thing is being said on each one.

And with the common sense, it is not being acknowledged by anyone. If Scott really loves Alex he wouldn't be kissing Mitch. And if he doesn't love allex like he says he does, he would've broken up with him by now. That just makes more sense than leading both Alex and Mitch along. And with Mitch, if he really knew the extent of what he was doing, he would have stopped it by now. And if Alex was really a problem, Mitch would have talked to Scott like normal friends do to figure out the situation. They aren't using common sense that even a five year old would be able to understand, in return causing the book to be ten times longer than it needs to be.

And furthermore with the characters, why was Kirstie even mentioned with being pregnant and getting an abortion if it was never going to be mentioned again? Why was Kevin being brought up in all of this if he was only going to be in like one chapter? The same goes with Avi. And what was the damn point of that Maggie girl or whatever if she was only mentioned like three times as well? And why was Chelsea even a part of this book? The author starts with all these minor characters and then doesn't do anything to figure out a solid plot line for them, leaving the book incomplete.

I don't say this to come after the author, it is simply an opinion I've had about the book for an extremely long time and I felt that I should share it now since I have the chance too.
