Lanercost was a small town off the eastern corner of Dallas, Texas. Marco Romano - 30 years old, had just become the boss of the united states biggest mafia, his father had stepped down after an injury causing him to be paralysed, and they worked out of Lanercost - not that anybody noticed, partly because their illegal doings were either done out of the town, or are put behind their legal business - the bar and strip club down in the middle of the town.

He hadn't heard the name Selene in almost 7 years, so it's a huge shock to him - when his first love returns back into town. The two had a small affair, when she was 21 and he was 23 but that was before she was suspected to be a killer - after that, she dropped off of the radar, and he spent ages trying to find her to no avail.

So when she comes back as a total different person - will he ever get her back into his arms, or will they remain friends as he backs her up through the difficulties of living in a small town, and being an old suspect in a serial killer case.
