The smut fic

Oh you little pervs!

I knew you would recognise this immediately. Just so you know, God is watching and your parents may also watch.

Now the smut fic is simply a PWP kind of fic. This fanfiction isn't exactly considered fanfiction, it's just milk.

Sin.

Ahhh I'm just kidding! Most of the times, smut fics are indeed fanfictions. Other times when there's literally no plot, we call them porn.

Not shaming here.

Everybody is welcome in this account.

Besides, research has shown that only 1/10 of people have never read smut. For example if you're part of either the Phandom or the Bandom and claim that you have never read smut....

You're lying.

Now, the smut fics can be well written and actually not make you want to die. For more extreme situations, some people even use them instead of porn.

(And because this is a no shaming zone, I'm not going to talk more about it.)

The Fic

Many times we see fanfictions that have the word 'fic' in the title. In case you see this, then there's only one solution; run.

Run like your life depends on it because it does.

These fics are usually a parody of smut fics to the extreme. Reading them makes you wish you were dead. I'm not even kidding.

HERE'S A FUN FACT THOUGH!!!

They are very well written. Like I never thought that a fanfiction about milk enema could be so....detailed.

I don't know if I hate or respect them.

I think I hate that I respect them.

The meme fic

No, this is different than the previous category. The meme fic is purposely one big meme. Not like Cool Kids that is full of memes.....it's literally a fanfiction that makes you want to laugh.

Like a friend of mine had done a parody of the usual fics with adopted by the x celebrity and named Adopted by 1D. Or like Cam did with a very detailed Phanfic.

(The second one was a fuckin masterpiece)

The meme fics usually have(purposely) awful grammar and usually use slang. Also the characters don't have sex, they have secks.

Remember; meme fics are awful because the writers want them to be awful.

E.g My Immortal and After aren't meme fics. They are a disgrace.

The Real Life Disney Fic

Aka Disney with a dark twist.

I should know. I'm still making these kinds of fics. They are beautiful but also horrible.

They are usually written in the author's preteen to teen years. They start as your cliche Disney story full of romance and dead parents because these are the kind of movies and books the 10 year old author is watching. Then of course they continue for many years-or they are edited-once the author is older and guess what?

They take a dark turn.

You start the story wondering whether Robert will find his parents and by the end of it, the poor boy has half of his family brutally murdered by his mother.

Sometimes these stories do not belong in the fanfiction category but since Wattpad is considered a Fanfiction Site I'm gonna act as if they are.

They are usually quite complex but there are also some times when they are the best thing ever created.

The Shakespear fic

These fics have an average plot.

But guess what?

The writing has 99% gotten you pregnant.

It's the most beautiful and perfect form of writing you have ever witnessed. There's only one catch....IF ENGLISH ISN'T YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE YOU'RE BOUND TO ONLY  UNDERSTAND ONE SENTENCE.

Truth be told, these kind of fanfictions are usually not a reader's cup of tea because of many details. I mean sure they paint an amazing world, but they also spend 1000 words speaking about the weather and before you know it chapter 1 is done and you know less things that Jon Snow.

And well, Jon Snow knows nothing.

The popular fic

Every fandom has one of those. When you first enter a fandom, there is that one fic that everyone knows and it's actually pretty good.

Like everyone knows My Immortal in the HP fandom but it's not for a good thing. Popular fics are actually good.

What a masterpiece!

The bored fic

This fic is fluff.

You know it's fluff.

Not an actual plot, or one that matters, it's just a fluff fic to pass the time. You don't always read it-you'll read it when you're sad or bored.

It's well-written, there's a casual plot and no angst!

Just a fluffy fluffcake.

I love those ^_^

The first time fic

This is the reaction everyone has when they read that first fanfiction. It's so fuckin beautiful that you want to cry.

Then times passes.

You read it again.

You cringe.

You cringe very much.

When you first saw that fic, it seemed beautiful and so well written. Now it just seems like a pile of Aos.

(In this book Aos means shit.)

And before you know it, you want to pretend that you've never heard of it.

And finally!

The One

The perfect fic.

The fanfiction that makes people like me turn their gaze to the ceiling and pray. Not pray for forgiveness. Pray to God for creating this amazing author who wrote this fic.

I want to marry these fics.

Give them to me please.

I want to have their babies.

I'm gonna trade my soul for them to be published.
