"It's a hot day and there it was, a lake, just a few feet away from us. Was I supposed to let that chance slip away?"

"It's 39°."Chad argued"We're gonna get pneumonia or something."

KJ ignored their boyfriend's complains and took their shoes off. Water still dripped down but they didn't particularly mind. Yet the cold breeze on their necks was indeed a bit irritating.

"Are you cold?"

"No."

"Are you sure you aren't cold?"

"....no"Kj mumbled. Chad took off his own jacket, which was luckily the least wet piece of clothing he had on him, and handed it to Kj.

"Take my jacket."

"Aw my knight in shining armor." Kj chuckled and wore the taller boy's jacket.

"Does that mean you're my damsel in distress?"

"No, it means I'm your alien in a perfect package."

"Fair enough." Chad smiled and kissed Kj's temple."Now come on alien, lets grab something to eat."
