I Made A Mistake...
Mabel's POV
I ran to the window and saw Dipper running off into the forest. I couldn't believe I had let my anger get the best of me! I looked at the side table and realized that he had left the journal behind. I was about to pick it up, but I instead hid it under his bed and I went downstairs, planning to go after him. But before I could get out the door, Grunkle Stan blocked the door. "Mabel, Sweetie, would you mind taking over this tour for your uncle?" He asked me hopefully.
I wanted to say no, but I couldn't bring myself to do so. "But why?" I asked instead. "I'm expecting a big load of tourists soon, and I need to make some new attractions with Soos." He explained. I sighed and nodded. "Sure, Grunkle Stan." I smiled my best smile. "Thats a good girl!"
He messed up my hair a little and put his hat on my head. I went to the shop part of the shack and gave them a tour. (Not gonna write out the tour, feeling lazy) After I finished, I gave Grunkle Stan his hat back and i walked outside to find my brother.

Dipper's POV
I walked into the forest, upset and hurt. I knew that Mabel was angry with me, but she REALLY hurt my feelings. Did she really mean that? I wondered. I kicked a pebble and it bounced on the ground before finally falling still. The wind rustled the bushes on the ground and the trees. Conifers swayed slightly. I had grown used to the pine scent that coated the forest. I straightened my hat and looked around. I sat on a tree stump to think. I couldn't believe I was dumb enough not to tell Mabel about Bill and the amulet. I had broken my promise. Will she forgive me? The thought suddenly occured to me. She had seemed REALLY upset, REALLY far more upset than the time I had accused Norman of being a zombie, or when I had planned on ditching her on Summerween and going to a party instead. I was haunted by the thought of being shunned by my sister. If she never forgave me... I would be so alone! I felt really bad for my mistake. But was that enough reason to hurt my feelings that way? I didn't think so, but I knew I couldn't be sure. I have no idea how much HER feelings had been hurt. I quickly became angry once more, only this time I was mad at myself. "I'm sorry, Mabel.." I muttered aloud. I threw a rock and it clanged against a tree and fell to the ground harmlessly. I noticed the dent and bark chipping in the tree trunk the rock had caused from the hit. How badly did I hurt her? She might be much more hurt than me, yet I feel sorry for MYSELF? I was scolding myself angrily in my mind. Then, I heard the noise of a huge branch breaking, and I turned around. My eyes widened. I had no idea what I was staring at, but I had a feeling it wasn't good. I realized I didn't have the journal with a jolt. I looked at it again and muttered to myself. "Oh no."
(Takes place after those)
Mabel's POV
I walked through the quietish forest. Some birds chirped from the tall pine trees. I noticed the place where I met met the gnomes and I shivered in remembrance of the terror I had experienced that day. Thank goodness Dipper saved me! I thought. I frowned, remembering how hurt he had been. I suddenly tripped. I stood up but couldn't see what had tripped me. I walked forward really slowly and felt a tug on my pink sweater. I turned around and heard a loud rrrip! As my sweater was torn and at the same time I winced as something cut through my side. I saw some thorns, a small patch of fabric stuck in them. I realized I had turned the wrong way and I wished I had brought an extra sweater and some bandage, but there was no time to go and get it. I had to find my brother and apologize! I heard the sound of cracking and snapping twigs and branches. I wondered what it was, and then I heard a slightly distant roar. Followed by a yell of none other than my brother. DIPPER!
(In that time)
Dipper's POV
I stared at the creature in from of me with terror. It had the body and head of a lion with large eagle like wings and two reptilian horns on his head and the tail of a serpent. the back feet were like the hooves of a goat. I noticed the claws were like the sharp, piercing talons of an eagle. I realized with dread that one was face to face with an angry Chimera. I had read about a Chimera in the journal once. It uses their sharp fangs and claws to pierce its prey, and can breathe fire. I was frozen with fear, I absolutely petrified! Suddenly, it lunged. The mighty creature clawed my face and arms. The blood dripped down my face. I tried to get up and run away, but I wasn't fast enough. The Chimera slashed me with its powerful claws again and I hit it with a stick. It roared in anger and hit me with its huge paws. I yelled out in pain. The Chimera flung me again and I hit a tree. My eyelids drooped and a small trickle of blood escaped my mouth. the evil creature flew away, satisfied. I heard Mabel calling my name and then everything faded into darkness.
Mabel's POV
I ran as fast as I could, shouting out Dipper's name. "Dipper?! DIPPER!! DIPPER, WHERE ARE YOU?" My eyes watered. And it wasnt because of the stinging on my side from here the thorns had cut through my shirt and my sweater. I was worried about Dipper. Then, I saw a motionless figure on the ground, blood on its many wounds. I gasped as I recognized the figure at once. Dipper.
(Please don't jump to conclusions, but if you want to guess what happened I won't stop you)
