Bio: Toby was born in wakanda along with his twin sister, Fae. His family was loyal to the royals. At 10, He and his family went out to a research lab  but unfortunately, the place was brutally attacked by Drago Bludvist and his army of dragon trappers. The only place safe the twins could hide in was a nuclear reactor. It didn't take long before the lab exploded killing most of the scientists and exposing  the twins to the reactor's power.
When he woke up in the infirmary 2 days later, he discovered he had the abilities of fire and lightning. He spent the rest of 8 years training hand to hand combat and honing his newfound abilities with his twin sister to the extent that both were equally matched.
They left wakanda to further their skills and to hunt down and eliminate each and every terrorists linked with Bludvist. Toby went his own way to cover more grounds, trained his Skrill, shared a bond with moana and became an auxiliary member of the dragon riders and big hero 6.

How he became an agent: It was through epsilon. He met him during one of his hunts and got into a brutal battle with him, later he was introduced to the MDF  and joins the team. He also. does most of the dirty work.
