Basically Sapphire is a 'Imaginary Friend' (She killed herself and she sort of was reincarnated into a Imaginary Friend.

She basically gives you reoccurring nightmares if it is required of her.

I've noticed a running theme of my characters is that they are usually unable to physically harm you but they can psychologically scare you or drive you insane.

Age is meant to be...like...14

She's super fond of kids and enjoys playing with them. Other than those times, she's pretty calm and collected, but sort of just vibing in her environment.
