At our zoo is winter play

Critters relish snowy day

Penguins slide on icy rocks

In their rush, their bodies knock

Polar bear cubs race and roll

Mother sleeps in rocky hole

Tigers tussle, swat and bound

As white snow piles on the ground

Otters leap and race in chase

Weaving at a dizzy pace

Though we miss the warmth of sun

Snow day at our zoo was fun
