Share heart's stain and the pain

Current threats, past regrets

As we hike, primal strike

Tree branch breaks, tree limbs shake

With loud crash limbs whiplash

Still tree stands on the land

Tree will heal from ordeal

Trunk will mend, scar will blend

We can be just like tree

Withstand change that feels strange

With life's twists, still persist
