Ellys POV

I PULLED back and put my forehead on Ashers. I stepped back and spoke;

"I better go. I'll see you later." I said.

I walked away from Asher; feeling a fire In my stomach. I walked to my car and got In.

I plopped down on my bed and heaved a sigh.

Ashers POV

As I watched the love of my life leave, I felt a sense of anger wash up In the pit of my stomach. How can I be so stupid? Elly Is the perfect girl, and I went and screwed up. I broke her heart, thinking I was protecting her. God, how can I be so... So... Stupid. I walked back Inside and slammed the door shut. I stomped up to my bedroom and pulled the letter out. I sat down at my desk and picked my pencil up, picking up where I left off.

I know... I know I left you, and I know you're now scared to let anyone In, because you're scared they're just gonna leave again. Elly, I cant watch you live your life, unless I'm In It. The reason I left was to keep you safe. You know I'd never try to hurt you. Why would I have tried to hurt you three years ago?

I sat the pencil down and put the paper under a book. I stood up and stretched my limbs.

Ellys POV

I pulled up Into Hailands yard. What? I left last night, and now I'm back this morning. I dug the key out of my purse and unlocked the door. I walked Into the house and went upstairs. I tip toed up to Ashers room and peered Inside. I saw Asher cuddled up to a body pillow. I snickered at the sight and walked Into his bedroom. I carefully sat... Or layed beside him. Damn, It's hard not to swoon. I took my polished nail and gently poked Ashers cheek.

"Asher." I whispered.

I poked his cheek again and leaned In closer.

"Aasshheerr." I sang.

"Hmmm?" Asher groaned.

"It's time to get up." I said.

"Mmm." Asher hummed.

I planted a peck on Ashers lips and Ashers eyes shot open.

"One more?" Asher asked.

"No." I said.

"If I get up?" Asher bribed.

"Mm, yeah." I said.

Not even one blink of the eye, Asher shot up. I stayed where I was and batted my eyes at Asher.

"Oh no, you need to get up." Asher said.

I sighed and stood up. I walked towards Asher and stood on my tip toes and kissed him. About ten seconds later, I pulled back and touched my lips.

"I hate you." I said.

"What?" Asher asked.

Instead of replying, I smiled and walked to my bedroom; closing the door on the way In.

What am I doing to myself? This Is bad. If I cant have Asher, then why am I kissing him and whatnot. I cant keep doing this, this, or whatever this is, Is coming to an end.

I laid down In the humongous covers, my head on Ashers lap. Yeah... About earlier, I think I changed my mind. I let out a soft sigh of pleasure as Asher continued doing his famous rub, as he called It.

Hes playing with my hair, since I couldn't sleep.

Damn, I thought I was dirty.

I closed my eyes and I fell Into a deep sleep.

ASHERS POV

I looked down at my sunshine. She looked so peaceful. Just laying there, eyes closed, breathing slow and even. Okay, I sound weird now. Oh well. She even look pretty In her sleep. Damn, what am I talking about. Pretty? Hell naw, this girl Is fucking drop dead gorgeous. Like, smack the ass gorgeous. You can call me weird now. I'm weird and I'm proud of that. Anyways, I tucked my hands underneath Ellys head and lifted her head up gently. I put my hands on her waist and picked her up a little; just enough to move her. I stood up from my bending position and stared at Elly. So beautiful.... I bent down again and tucked her In; earning a small murmur from her. I chuckled and smiled to myself. How can someone look like this, and be so... So... Out there, but not In the bad way. How can she be real?
