Chapter Eleven

It has been two days since I told Theodore that I needed to think. He has been living with us and that makes it even harder. Aiden, I see him almost every day in school. And that makes it hard as well. Theodore stays home and does whatever all day while I go to school. I still don’t know which one to be with. Maybe it will be easier if I just told them I am not going to be with neither one of them. It will be for the best. After school today I drove to the abandoned house. I looked at the clock and it was almost mid night. I should get back home. I got into the car and drove home. It’s so foggy out. Fog must be coming early in the morning.  I blasted my radio too some Miley Cyrus. Miley is my jam. I hope she creates another album here soon. I would be so happy if she did. It started to pour the rain. I hate rain so much. I see someone running down the road in the rain. Who is out in the woods at this time of the night? I got closer and seen that it was Aiden. Instantly I pulled over and got out. “What’s wrong?” I asked. “Someone is after me. They are trying to kill me.” He says frightened. “Who? Who is trying to kill you?” I asked. “I don’t know. They started to chase after me when I was walking home. I just ran the opposite way and did not stop running.” He pointed out. Obviously. We are few miles away from his house. “Get in.” I demanded. We ran to the car and drove off. By the time we got in we was soaked. Aiden more soaked then I. I drove him home and he sat in silence all the way there. He looked out the window acting like he hopped one day for something. I tried to get into his dream but he had a strong wall blocking that. Brilliant Aiden, brilliant. “Are you ok?” I asked. He sat there in silence for a few minutes. “I’ll be fine. I will see you tomorrow.” He said. Before I could say anything he was gone. He obviously didn’t want to see me. But the problem was that he was being cashed. By who though? I drove back home and walked into the house. Vanessa is at work it looks like. I walked around trying to find Theodore. I walked into my room and seen him laying on top of my bed, asleep. I smiled and walked over, covering him up. I walked over to the closet and changed into some sweat pants and headed down stairs. I popped some popcorn and put in a movie. I haven’t sat and watched a movie in for so long. I loved this. I watched two movies and was about to fall asleep until Vanessa came over and sat down next to me. “You know you have school tomorrow.” She informed. I just laughed. “What’s wrong?” She asked looking at me. “I am stuck in two guys that I love. I can’t be with both of them. And it is probably easier if I just ended it. And don’t choose both either of them.” I said and started to cry. I leaned over and cried into her shoulder. “You just met Aiden. Remember how crazy you were about Theodore? If I was you, I would choose Theodore. But I am not you. Either way someone is going to be hurt. Would you rather have both of them hurt or just one?” She asked me and got up. “You are just going to leave after asking that?” I shouted. “Yes!” She shouted back. I sighed and walked back upstairs into my bedroom. I crawled into bed and watched Theodore sleep. Maybe I should be with Theodore. Vanessa was right. I stared at him until I feel asleep.
