Autumn's POV:
I groaned as I heard Attention by Charlie Puth play from my alarm clock. I rolled over onto my side and glared at it. It flashed the red numbers "6:00 a.m." After a few minutes of contemplating whether I should get up and start my day or hit snooze, I finally decided to get up and take a shower. Attention still played as I stood up from my bed. I turned off the alarm clock before heading to the bathroom. I stripped out of my pajamas and turned on the shower, making sure the water suited my liking before stepping in. My muscles relaxed as I let the hot water run down my back. I stood there for a few minutes, thinking about things I needed to do today. Oh that's right, it's the first day of my freshman year in college. That's fantastic. After washing up and getting dressed, I casually walked down the steps. My mom was what looked like cooking breakfast in the kitchen.
"Morning Mom." I mumbled.
"Good morning honey." She replied as she flipped a pancake. "Want some?"
I nodded my head with a small smile as she brought over a plate of pancakes to me. "Thank you." I said. She just nodded and went back to cooking some more pancakes. As I started eating, I heard footsteps come down the stairs. "Buenos días ama." (Good Morning loves)My Dad said as he reached the bottom. Did I mention he was Hispanic? "Buenos días papá." (Good Morning Dad)I mumbled with a mouth full of pancakes. "Don't speak with your mouth full princess."
I apologized to him so he wouldn't feel as if I were a pig.
I jumped as I heard loud knocks at the front door.
"They are here!" My mom exclaimed.
Who are they and why are they here?

"Oh my gosh, hello!" I heard my mom squeal. I turned in my chair to see a couple with a boy who seemed as if he was my age. "Uma, come here." Uma is my nickname. Before she could say anything else I walked over and was pulled into her chest. "Autumn this is Alice and Edward. There's their son Jason." The boy named Jason looked as confused as I was. "Uhm, hello." I shyly said. I went to give Alice a handshake when she pulled me into a hug. As for Edward, he stuck with the handshake. I reached my hand out towards Jason. He hesitantly took my hand and shook it. Must I say, this boy was very good looking. His icy blue eyes were glowing as if they were orbs. He had dirty blonde hair which was partially slicked back (the picture), his jawline curved perfectly. I wasn't just looking at his face but also at his body. I noticed his tall and built frame. With me and him, it looked like he was the Eiffel Tower. His ripped light blue jeans, white t-shirt, denim jacket, and white vans. He was something alright. My thoughts were interrupted as my mom started talking about something. "This family will be living with us honey. Alice and her husband are very close friends with me and your dad. Jason happens to be attending the same college." She spoke to me. She stared at me for answer so I sent nod in reply. -
After a little more talking, I headed up into my room to brush my teeth as they started moving their stuff in. It couldn't be that bad. We have a pretty big house so we for sure had a enough space.
