With a deep breath and a slow count of three, I pressed the Tv controller in my phone and the Tv switch channels, making the boys look surprised.

"Hey! Who did that?!" One of the boys voiced out, annoyed. "Max you did that! You're the one with the controller!"

"I didn't do anything. It was just here!"

"Then who did?!"

"I don't know.. it just—" I cut him off by switching the chanel back to the film station.

"What the hell! Did you press that again?"

"No, I didn't!" Confusion lace his voice.

"Then who did?" The boys look more battled as I change the station yet again, from the movie station to the News; that broadcast something about emergency patient and two dead victims. It was a tragic News. But anyways, I still changed the TV station to glitch and then back to the News and then the movie, again. It was fun doing so, and watching the boys faces get paled, makes me want to continue. However, this was a great privilege for Addison to run to her new hide post and with a short nod, she did. But first she made sure to wear the black sunglasses on the holes of the big white bedsheet which expose her eyes. And as soon as she pick off, I switch the station to a scaring movie.

"Did you see that!" Jack said as if he saw something past.

"See what?"

"I-I don't know. I think I saw something dressed in white." Good job Addison, we're getting their reactions. Now she have to close the curtains as soon as Riele aim at the light switch. In this way it will look more frightening and rib cracking.

"What the hell is happening!" Just as Ricky screamed, Riele aim the light switch just the same time Addison had closed the opened curtain of earlier and hide behind them. And finally, the room was dark again. Only the light from the Tv  display in the room.

"I told you I would get you!" I hear Riele muttered facing a petrified Ricky who looked confused as hell. I gestured to Riele to go on with step two of which she obeyed.

I watch as Riele crawl her way from behind the long couch —our hide spot— to the back door which was behind us and crawled out from it successfully. She would sneak to the side door and get it closed, unseen.

"What—" Max was about to say something but I didn't let him finish as I nod at Karen and with an assured smile she connect the two wires of the projector making a plain faded colour appear on the wall near the TV, the same time as the side door jammed close with force making the boys jump up in fear. I almost wanted to laugh but I stopped myself, otherwise I'd ruin the rest of the plan.

As the projector display a fading glitching-greyish kind of colour on the wall, Lauren begin to make a shadow film with the scaring toys through the light of the projector and it appeared on the wall just above the Tv, making the creations look real and huge. And as for Addison, she ran from behind the closed curtains and then back to our hiding spot— behind the long couch. The boys didn't seem to suspect it was Addison who run past instead they think it's a scaring feature dressed in white, which is obviously, a ghost. Honestly, If I was to be on any of the boys shoes I swear I'd peed on my pants.

I showed her a thumb up as she uncover herself from underneath the white bedsheet, "Great! Now step two." I told her and without hesitation she brought out her phone and as she knew exactly what to do. Within seconds a voice note of evil laughter and sounds begin to echo the room, and that, from the wall clock; Addison had connect her phone with a small speaker and hid it somewhere in the big wall clock hanging near the corridor. Well done!

Addie took over from Lauren and continue to make scary images with the ugly toys which displayed on the wall. Riele on the other hand crawl back to the living room through the back door which was behind us. And as she enters she had manage to jam the glass door close with force making the boys jump up in fear once again. Everything look so real that I felt little goosebump peek up my skin at how realistic and torturing the room was, plus the scaring laughter and noise from that corridor, it makes me want to pee. And besides, I'm still very glad we hadn't make a single error.

"In the name of Jesus! What the fuck is going on!" I hear Max's voice. So he could be this scared?

"This house is fucking hunted!"

Riele crawled to meet us and again, it was the five of us.

"Okay, now plan A completed! Time for plan B." I informed the group who had amusement and giggles on their face. They were enjoying this too just the same way I was. But as we get ready for plan B, our face became serious again.

"This is freaking me out!"

"We have to call the police."

"Who got a phone with them?" Their voice was so petrified that we wanted to burst out from our hiding spot and laugh uncontrollably at them. But we weren't done yet.

"Are you ready, Lauren?" I look up to see ugly looking Lauren with smeared make up all over her face like that of a witch.

"Sure!" Lauren assured as she scattered her hair to look even more messier, standing like a hungry ghost who just woke up from a sleep. No wonder she always says horror and scary movie were her favourite. Now I believe.

"Karen?" I checked, to see if she was ready too.

"Always ready baby!" The twin were both looking the same. Scaring, horrifying and zombie-like features with smeared and ugly make up with tattered hair and clothes.

"Why is there a light from behind that couch over there?" Ricky must have noticed the projector light coming from our spot and it only made our, the girls, eyes to widen from his observation. Like we've been caught. We can't get caught now. Not after reaching this far.

"Damn that! Find my phone, hurry!" Max was in panic, and it only made me want to laugh. I never thought Max could be this afraid. How wrong was I.

"Great. Now!" I ordered, and Riele immediately paused the song from Addison's phone just the same time Addison disconnected the projector from displaying on the wall above the Tv. While me, I switched off the Tv with my phone controller, all together welcoming a total darkness and silence; except that you could hear the heavy panting of the boys. Other than their heavy breathing, the room was drop dead quiet that you'd hear a pin drop. We made sure no light was coming from our corner as Lauren quickly ran to where the boys were standing but hid herself before they could sight her. The fact that something had flashed past— a ghost, they thought— made them shiver as they turn to their back, scared. They manoeuvre their eyes trying to see what was causing the chaos, or rather, what was haunting them, but it was pointless as we had more surprise for them. I hope Lauren had manage to hide behind the couch the boys were seating earlier. So from there she can appear from their behind and scare them, while her twin does same from here.

"Now!" I informed, and just as the boys turned to face the couch we were hiding behind, Karen immediately rise up from behind the couch, whilst, I point a torchlight from underneath, bringing her ugly face to view.

"Oh my God it's Lauren! She had come to haunt us!" I hear Ricky cried.

"Quick, call the 911" Max scream as they finally see his phone with shivering hand but before they could even dial a number Lauren appeared from behind them while Karen bend down quickly to hide herself again as I switch off the torchlight too. In this way they would think Lauren had vanished and re-appeared in their other behind. Not knowing the first person was actually Karen.

Hurriedly, Addison connect the projector once again and point the fading greyish light on Lauren's face making the ugly feature appear to the boys. And again, like expected, they screamed, this time dropping the phone they had plan to call with, on the ground, due from shock as they jump on a couch and begin to fold themselves, trembling as if traumatized. I was now beginning to think we had gone too far and that the boys won't forgive us if they found out it was all our plan. But again, it's a prank right? Now I realise that playing prank is really fun. And besides, we still had one thing left to do.

"L-Lau-Lauren is that you?" The voice shivered. "Lauren we're sorry, please don't hurt us"

"You can come watch the movie with us now. We are sorry." The three of them really looked frightened that I can't wait for this to end so I can finally laugh out the ribs in me. It's really funny seeing them like this. Even to my greatest surprise, Max. It surprise me how he embrace his legs with shivering lips and sweat dropping from his forehead. He was muttering some words which I couldn't even think to understand. Honestly, I just find it hard to believe Max Everton could be this scared and all. Although, I had expected him to be this scared, but honestly not to this extent, as if almost traumatized. I remember he said something about hating nights but I doubt if this was part of it.

I look up at Addison and Riele, "Are you ready girls?" They both assured with a curt nod of which I returned telling them I was ready too.

One of the white bedsheet now covered me with black sunglasses wore on top of it making me look like a ghost with big black eyes just like that of Addison. Riele, rubbed a lot of powder on her face making herself look all white as she brought out thick feathers from the items and wiggled them on the air. While Karen was with the projector. She already disconnected it and grab a torchlight instead.

Riele, Addison and I walk slowly to behind the couch were the boys were trembling and I tried not to laugh at how crazy and panicking the boys were on the couch. I would never forget this day. Ever.

Karen was now alone in our hide spot and I hope she'd do what she's suppose to do without any mistakes. But nonetheless Riele would join her soon after scaring the boys with the feathers.

While Karen peeped from the side of the long couch and to my new hiding spot—behind the trembling boys couch—  with one nod Karen switched on the torchlight on Lauren's smeared ugly face and switched it back off. Then on again. And off again. And it goes on like this, On. Off. On. Off. On. Off  Making the boys shiver more at the clicking sound of the torchlight as they hide their face refusing to look up at the scary creature. Whereas, Riele brought out the light feathers and begin to tickle the boys from behind with it. They shrieked thinking it was a ghost who was trying to eat them.

"Please don't hurt me!" Ricky cried as Riele touched him it.

"I beg you leave us alone Lauren-ghost. We didn't mean to hurt you! Please bring me back my real sister. The smart caring and loving Lauren. Not the ghost one. Please just leave us alone!" Jack cried too. I watch as Lauren hold her mouth from laughing.

"Get the hell away from me! Max screamed as Addison touched him with it. She laughed, but quickly hold it back covering her own mouth with her other hand as she quickly withdrawn the other and seat back behind the couch laughing into her hands. I wanted to laugh too but if I did, the rest of the plan will get ruined and not complete to our satisfaction even though we got what we needed but we wanted to torture them more and get more reactions.

"I never thought my sister would be a ghost someday, and then I- I'll be eaten by her." Jack stuttered with fear, as sweat fall from his head.

"If only God could help right now." My younger brother plea. "Wait, the girls are upstairs that means they could help."

"Yes, but who knows if Lauren haven't eaten their brains before coming downstairs to hunt us." Ricky respond.

"Shut up and stop being so negative!" Jack told Ricky, shooting him a scared glare, "Kira!" He called out, his face looking paled.

"Help!! We are going to be eaten by our brains!!" Jack cried out.

"Kira! We are being haunted in your home. Get the shit down here and turn on the lights. I need you to turn on the lights." Max lowered as he hug his legs tighter. It took every strength in me not to laugh as I close my own mouth with both hands. I wanted this to be over so I can see his reaction and laugh my heart out at him.

Remember don't laugh or ruin the fun." I nodded at Addison who has well tried not to laugh. "This is for you Jack for calling me a fool." She smirked at the trembling boy.

"In one. Two. And Three!" And with the last count Karen from behind the ling couch leave her torchlight switched On, on Lauren's scary face while Riele turn On the torchlight that she was holding and point it on both I and Addison's face from beneath, as we both slowly rise from behind the couch together. Their head turn to see us and they stood up at once in fear as they scream.

"I want to eat your face Max Everton. I must taste you!" I echoed as we begin to approach them slowly while they back away. Riele remain hidden behind the couch, but soon crawl back to join Karen behind the long couch. I don't know what she was doing but I was sure she was doing a great job as she switch off the torchlight that was pointed on Lauren's, and Lauren take this as a opportunity to walk further to the boys —who were still backing away from Addison and I — they didn't see Lauren move and didn't know she awaited them from their behind.

"What do you guys want from us!" Ricky questioned with heavy breath. This bring me back to the day Ricky had called me a ghost when powder was all over my face in Max's room. Now it seem like I'm a real ghost, indeed.

"Your brains," Addison speak, freaking them out as she demonstrate weirdly with her fingers "We want to burst your brains, swash and eat every single cell of it" Her demonstrations were so wrenched that I tried but wasn't as dramatic as Addie. I almost tripped with the long white bedsheet that covers even my feets, but I steady myself.

"You're a damn ass shit from hell! We wouldn't let you have our brain." Max said, trying to act as a man that he is but we all have already seen his fear so clear and vivid.

"Then let's see," Addison said and I begin to laugh out an evil laughter. Not just any common laugh but a loud villainous evil laughter erupt my mouth that even I didn't know if it was me doing it. Addison joined the me and just as the boys tried to run, the projector light was brought back to life just as Lauren appeared from their behind and she scream in their ears making them flinch by jumping high from the ground, shocked. The music from Addison's phone begin to play again from the corridor. And then, the TV switch back On showing glitch and then a scary movie of a ghost with wide mouth and big eyes along with long brown nails. Damn it! Both Karen and Riele were both nailing this. They were expert.

The boys were now on the floor except Max who looked everywhere but the room as if he was trying to find the wall that has the light switch. Jack take a hold of his ears closing them tight from the scary noise and also tighten his eyes from seeing more of it. Same goes with Ricky who was busy saying short prayers as if calling for help or praying his last before he gets to leave planet earth. And as for Max, he was just there looking around, panting. Frightened. Shattered. Shocked. And mostly not himself; the cool Max Everton I use to know.

"Lauren please don't do this to us!"

"Did you really kill yourself to hurt your siblings? Your cousin. Your family all because we didn't let you watch a film with us?"

"Yes!" Lauren voiced out, dramatically as if possessed. "And guess what? I made new friends. I promised them a nice dinner which include us eating your brains. They even let me watch a movie with them, a scary one, and I loved it. I love them now and would do anything to satisfy them." Lauren said with darkness lacing her words. If this wasn't a prank. I wouldn't hesitate twice to think it's reality. Everything look so real. Like how did we manage to make out such expertise plan?

Something from behind the long couch fell, making a noise that made Max quickly drop to the floor joining the two other boys to seat there hiding there faces while we look down at them.

"Don't eat our brains please!" Jack plead, tighten his body together. I really pity these kid. Our plan seem to be extraordinary, but it will have to teach them a lesson for the pain they cost me.

"Too late, Brother. We would eat you all right away and you become Late Mr Jackie Everton," And with that Lauren begin to laugh and both Addison and I joined as the three of us circle them and approach them, more and more. When we got to their face I shouted a boom on my Max's face as I blew the powder that was in my hand on his face at the same time raising the white bed sheet that covered me. And Max, he shriek back in fear. And finally, I was able to fall out all the laughter I've been holding back since step one. It wasn't just me who was laughing, Addison and Lauren too. And Riele and Karen from behind the long couch. We were rolling on the floor as we watch their priceless expression with sweat dropping down from their head. Oh my God, we couldn't stop laughing. The music was not playing any more neither were the lights switch On. Just the light from the connected projector and Tv brighten the room. I swear, I would never forget this day.

"Never Ever in my life will I forget today!" I said, in the midst of laughter as I was clutching my stomach so tight that I think it would explode.

"What the hell is going on here?!"
