CosmicQuest (Multiverse Story)

Prologue: This storyline was partially inspired by the series Interlopers and mostly some parts of Crossovers Where Characters Meet Fandoms in the Gacha Community; for this scenario, the story features around the Multiverse of Lura Dynasty(A generator created name), which has a lot of history in lore revolving around the familiar tropes in fanfiction like The Gamer's Ability, the Displaced, and along with other stories with Reborn Souls Trope as an example of what's involved here.

~The backstory of Time Alliance , and Sovereign League: The Time Alliance was established in the aftermath of a chaotic era marked by immense turmoil and instability. Recognizing the need for a structured effort to prevent further incidents, a group called Paradox Heroes took decisive action. They envisioned an organization capable of performing complex tasks beyond the reach of average heroes. This vision led to the founding of the Time Alliance. To ensure the organization's effectiveness and integrity, new laws were enacted. Leadership was determined by a democratic process involving the remaining Top 10, and other dedicated individuals who chose to stay here willingly. After much deliberation, a newly formed council was elected to guide the organization through these transformative times. The multiversal hub, once the base of the old Gods, was rebuilt to serve as the Alliance's headquarters. From this central point, the Time Alliance could monitor the omniverse and manage multiversal travel for supply runs, timeline interventions, and recruitment missions. Their primary goal was to maintain order and also recruit individuals with exceptional abilities, talents, and intellect that can help with the T.A.'s cause. Many of these recruits were commonly survivors from dark realities ravaged by war, given a new purpose within the Time Alliance.

The Time Alliance soon became known for its uncompromising stance on maintaining order. They believed that the ends justified the means and often resorted to brutal force to eliminate threats. Their methods, though effective, sparked controversy and dissent. In response to the Time Alliance's harsh tactics, the Sovereign League emerged as a rival faction. Composed of those who disagreed with the Alliance's violent approach, the Sovereign League acted as a rebel group advocating for more humane and diplomatic solutions to conflicts. They believed in protecting the multiverse through understanding, negotiation, and minimal force, contrasting sharply with the Time Alliance's philosophy.(In this case For The Greater Good)While both factions share the common goal of preserving the stability of the multiverse, their methods could not be more different. The Time Alliance see themselves as a shield, enforcing order with decisive, sometimes ruthless actions. In contrast, the Sovereign League views their approach as a sword that often cuts too deep, causing unnecessary suffering and resentment. The ideological divide between the two factions has led to a bitter rivalry. Grudges run deep as both sides view the other as a hindrance to their mission. The Time Alliance regards the Sovereign League as dangerously naive, while the Sovereign League sees the Alliance as oppressors hiding behind a veneer of justice. This conflict between the Time Alliance and the Sovereign League shapes the multiversal landscape, with each faction vying for influence and control. As they clash, the future of the omniverse hangs in the balance, dependent on which philosophy will ultimately prevail.

~The Alliance's Policies[WIP]:

1: Prime Directive of Temporal Non-Interference["Natural Order of Things"]:

Law: Time Agents must refrain from altering the natural course of history unless authorized under specific circumstances.

Repercussion: Violators face severe temporal sanctions, including temporary suspension from active duty, extensive re-education in temporal ethics, and, in extreme cases, expulsion from the Time Alliance.

2: Universal Anomaly Containment Protocol["Quarantine Law"]:

Law: Agents are mandated to promptly identify and contain any temporal anomalies to prevent cascading effects across timelines.

Repercussion: Failure to adhere to this protocol results in immediate disciplinary action, ranging from probation and additional training to reassignment to less critical duties within the organization.

3: Temporal Nexus Security Ordinance:

Law: Agents must prioritize the protection of temporal nexuses, guarding them against unauthorized access or manipulation.

Repercussion: Violations lead to rigorous internal investigations, potential demotion, and reassignment to non-field duties until the agent demonstrates a renewed commitment to temporal security.

4: Temporal Oversight and Accountability Statute["Status Report"]:

Law: All temporal interventions are subject to oversight, and agents must maintain meticulous records of their actions.

Repercussion: Failure to adhere to transparency requirements results in internal investigations, potential loss of security clearance, and mandatory ethics training.

5: Temporal Ethics and Morality Doctrine["Time Alliance's Code"]:

Law: Agents are bound by a strict code of ethical conduct, prioritizing the well-being of individuals affected by temporal interventions.

Repercussion: Violators face ethical review panels, mandatory counseling, and, in cases of severe ethical breaches, expulsion from the organization.

6: Quantum Resonance Awareness Directive:

Law: Agents must undergo regular training to recognize and address quantum resonances that may lead to unintended consequences.

Repercussion: Inability to detect and manage quantum resonances may result in temporary reassignment to training programs until the agent demonstrates proficiency.

7: Temporal Anomaly Rehabilitation Mandate["Rehabilitation Program"]:

Law: Entities affected by temporal anomalies must be rehabilitated and reintegrated into their timelines whenever possible.

Repercussion: Negligence in anomaly rehabilitation leads to mandatory counseling, additional training in anomaly care, and, in severe cases, suspension pending a comprehensive skills reassessment.

8: Temporal Security Clearance Protocol["Proper Security Measures"]:

Law: Agents must maintain their security clearances by upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and skill.

Repercussion: Clearances may be downgraded or revoked for security breaches, with subsequent consequences including restricted access to sensitive information and potential reassignment.

9: Temporal Crisis Response Coordination Code["Emergency Protocols"]:

Law: Agents must follow established protocols for responding to temporal crises, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach.

Repercussion: Failure to adhere to crisis response protocols results in a formal reprimand, additional training, and, in recurrent cases, suspension from crisis response duties.

10: Temporal Education and Training Requirements["Proper Time Alliance Training"]:

Law: Agents must engage in continuous education to stay informed about temporal sciences, ethics, and advancements.

Repercussion: Neglecting educational requirements may lead to restricted assignments, additional coursework, and, in persistent cases, retraining or reassignment to less critical roles.

[Note: These laws and repercussions embody the Time Alliance's commitment to order and responsibility across the vast expanse of the multiverse. The severity of repercussions reflects the organization's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the pursuit of temporal stability.]

~Known Occupations[WIP]:

Agents: In the Time Alliance Lore, Agents act as the vigilant enforcers often referred to by others as Universal Police/Military. They function separately as either Law enforcement who maintain Justice across the multiverse, while the other half operate similar to the Military where they fight wars except here the battles involved are the constant threats that are Anomalies. Agents play a crucial role in maintaining the law by detaining accused entities by any means necessary according to the appropriate protocol. This could mean either 2 different things involving both separate branches which are eliminating the threats entirely or possible rehabilitation. Either way the Mission Scope is simple: Agents are versatile operatives, capable of addressing a wide array of disruptions across the multiverse. From apprehending rogue Anomalies to thwarting illicit temporal activities, they are a formidable force dedicated to preserving the stability of timelines. Their expertise extends to dealing with events that disrupt the natural flow of time, ensuring the continued coherence of the vast and interconnected multiverse. [In short: They are sorta like the Star Sanses from Undertale's Multiverse in a way.]

The Archivists: In the Time Alliance's Lore, The Archivists serve as meticulous custodians responsible for the maintenance of archives. These archives contain a wealth of documents, photographs and other records documenting the possible cases and incidents handled by the T.A. Their primary objective is pretty much simple like the job which is assessing, collecting, organizing, preserving, maintain control over, and providing access to records and archives. Completely ensuring an orderly arrangement as part of this job by the time they spent here. When disturbances register on the hub's scanners, the Archivists, known as Keepers, promptly notify the Agents, initiating the necessary response protocols. [In short: This job is basically Deskwork just like the TVA from Loki.]

"TARAD": Temporal Advancement and Research Division: In the Time Alliance, the Temporal Research and Development Division embodies the cutting edge of temporal innovation. Comprising brilliant minds and visionaries, this division is tasked with exploring new frontiers in temporal science, magic, and technology. Their relentless pursuit of knowledge and advancement plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Time Alliance's capabilities to navigate and safeguard the vast multiverse. Mission Scope as noted:

~Temporal Engineers: Temporal Engineers are experts within the Research and Development Division, specializing in the creation and enhancement of devices crucial for various operations. They both design and improve a multitude of things like Dimensional Keys, Various forms of Armor and other advanced Gadgets(Weapons included) that empower Agents in their missions across the multiverse. The other occupation besides forging also has to involve the work of Interdimensional Engineers, Technologists, and Material Alchemists. [Note: They are basically the reason behind most of the tech within the Time Alliance, and also some of the tech used is basically stuff they are given from other universes therefore placing in the full collaboration idea.]

~Temporal Scientists: Temporal Scientists, delve into the scientific exploration of temporal phenomena. They conduct various experiments and studies to deepen the understanding of temporal mechanics, contributing valuable knowledge that informs the development of new technologies and strategic approaches. There other lines of work when not focusing on just temporal phenomena involve Biologists, Energists, and Mythical researchers. [Note: This is where the experiment Au inspiration began as here in this Lab they take in entities or prisoners, and therefore proceed to put them through various tests which scale from low to high danger.]

~Overseers: The Overseers are the key figures in charge of the various agencies within the Time Alliance, ensuring that every aspect of the organization operates smoothly and efficiently. Acting as sector managers, they oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain the foundation's integrity. Beyond their managerial duties, some Overseers also serve as judges in trials against those accused of breaking Time Laws, ensuring justice is served within the multiversal legal framework. As for their Roles and Responsibilities it involves:

Management: Each Overseer is responsible for a specific sector, coordinating missions, managing personnel, and overseeing resource allocation. They ensure their sector adheres to the Alliance's strict protocols and high standards.

Judiciary Functions: In addition to their managerial roles, some Overseers act as judges, presiding over trials and making crucial decisions regarding the fate of those who violate the Time Laws. Their judgments are respected and enforced throughout the organization.

Advisory Role: Overseers often serve as advisors to the Time Alliance council, providing insights and recommendations based on their extensive experience and sector-specific knowledge.

[Note: Overall, the Overseers are the backbone of the Time Alliance, providing leadership, ensuring justice, and maintaining the organization's core values. Their unique combination of managerial acumen, and judicial authority makes them indispensable to the Alliance's mission. It's also well worth noting that Overseers are considered the true loyalists of the Time Alliance, dedicated to its mission and values. In recognition of their unwavering service, they have been granted the secret of immortality. This rare reward ensures that their wisdom and leadership continue to benefit the Alliance indefinitely.]

The Council: The Council is the central governing body of the Time Alliance, acting as the council of reason or, in democratic terms, the committee responsible for voting on laws and making critical decisions. They play a pivotal role in shaping the policies and direction of the organization.

Their Functions and Responsibilities:

Legislative Authority: The Council deliberates and votes on laws and regulations, determining which policies to enact or discard. Their decisions are crucial for maintaining order and guiding the operations of the Time Alliance.

Historical Legacy: The Council members were among the first to join the Time Alliance when it was founded. Over generations, their roles have evolved, with each new Council inheriting the lessons and wisdom of their predecessors. This continuity ensures that the core values and mission of the Alliance remain intact.

Judicial Role: While the Overseers often serve as judges in individual trials, the Council is the ultimate authority on judgment. They established the principles and procedures of the Judgment Hall, where the most significant and complex cases are decided. Their rulings set precedents and uphold the justice system within the Alliance.

[Note: In summary, the Council is the democratic heart of the Time Alliance, responsible for legislative decisions, judicial oversight, and upholding the organization's principles. Their evolving membership and dedication to justice ensure that the Alliance remains effective and aligned with its foundational goals.]

~Reaction Rooms and Their Purpose in the Time Alliance:

The Reaction Rooms serve a dual purpose of entertainment and surveillance within the Time Alliance. These theater-like spaces are primarily used for analytical lessons by the Keepers. By reviewing events from various universes, the Keepers can document potential timelines, detailing the characters, their motives, powers, roles, and other crucial information. This comprehensive data collection is essential for planning missions and maintaining a thorough understanding of the multiverse. Similar to the Illuminati from Marvel, the Time Alliance assigns designations to these universes, combining titles and numerical identifiers for proper organization. Access to the Reaction Rooms is granted to a wide range of personnel, including Agents, Hunters, Keepers, and members of other divisions such as the Caretakers in the Science Lab. This access allows various team members to perform "Reaction Videos", providing insights and information necessary for their roles. For instance, depending of Time Alliance Members they might use the Reaction Rooms to gather information on individuals they are experimenting on or monitoring, ensuring they have all the necessary data to manage prisoners, patients, subjects, or the accused effectively. This system ensures that the Time Alliance remains well-informed and prepared to handle any multiversal challenges that arise.

~Portals, and their purpose for the Time Alliance: In the Time Alliance, portals are the primary means of traveling to other worlds. These portals facilitate a wide range of activities, including performing missions, conducting supply runs, and various other essential operations. The portals are highly advanced, allowing for precise and efficient travel across the multiverse. The Time Alliance relies on these portals to maintain order and respond swiftly to any threats or anomalies. By using portals, agents can quickly reach their destinations, gather necessary resources, and execute missions with minimal delay. The ability to traverse different realities seamlessly is crucial for the Alliance's efforts to monitor and protect the multiverse. Portals are meticulously managed and maintained to ensure their reliability and safety. Only authorized personnel, such as Agents, Hunters, Keepers, and other division members, can use them. This controlled access helps maintain the integrity of operations and ensures that all travels are properly documented and monitored. Overall, portals are a vital tool for the Time Alliance, enabling them to carry out their mission of preserving stability across the multiverse efficiently and effectively.

As for the appearance well these portals appear as the standard swirling vortices of light and energy, framed by an intricate ring of glowing symbols and runes that signify their destination coordinates. The central vortex displays a mesmerizing array of colors, shifting and pulsing with a rhythmic pattern that indicates the portal's stability and readiness for travel. As one approaches, the portal emits a soft hum, a sound that grows louder and more harmonious as it stabilizes. (Fact about the Appearance of Portals: The colors plus symbols/runes of these portals depend on the type of world it is like for example if the world is minecraft then the portal changes to a nether portal with the swirling energy being block-ified.) When activated, the portal's ring emits beams of light that converge at the center, creating a clear, shimmering surface that reveals glimpses of the destination world beyond. This shimmering surface acts as a threshold, allowing individuals to step through and be instantly transported to their chosen location. The portals are designed to be both functional and visually impressive, reflecting the Time Alliance's blend of technological prowess and their mandate to protect the multiverse. This captivating appearance not only facilitates efficient travel but also instills a sense of awe and respect for the immense power and responsibility that comes with using them.

~Chart of Anomalies:

Ocs Definition and threat rating: An original character, or "OC", is a fictional person or creature created by someone not affiliated with a company. Such a character like this can exist as an image or in text; and be part of an original story, comic, or an animated series, but also be an addition to existing media, which would then qualify it as a fanmade character. On the chart of threats these characters so far are considered  mixed due to how they are either just balanced, OP, or Weak in general. (Low or High Rank Threat, Recommended to be easy as their weaknesses can be exploited more here due to their bio.)

Anons definition and threat rating:  Anons are usually the personification of anonymous users on 4Chan as a faceless green man in a suit often used for anonymous humans in art on said 4Chan. Due to the popular /mlp/ board being on 4Chan, he quickly found his way into pony art too. So far most posts of this character according to the trope Human In Equestria are male with some rarely being female or are identifying as other creatures than the standard humanoid green man. Another type of Anon aside from the green are the gray ones with black shades who are mostly seen in Ask Blogs. Threat-wise they are mixed as they can either be a Gary Sue or rather just a standard annoyance especially with their abilities known as "Anon Magic". (Low Threat, Are more easy to control/defeat with proper gear of immunity to their powers.)

Glitches definition and threat rating: These guys are completely original however like the definition suggests the reason they are called this is based on them glitching in and out of reality constantly. Just to make it clear for what they are Glitches are the result of when Outsiders try to reach out to the Origin Universes[Canon] however their method of getting to canon goes horribly wrong in the process and as a result they start to glitch out.  Thankfully on a scale they are rather the easiest to defeat as they slowly get killed off due to the Canon Universe acting as a antibody mostly due to the Glitch's cells not adjusting to the different reality. Needless to say the demise of Glitches is rather a sad end to those who just wanted to meet their favorite characters. (Low/Medium Threat, They are the easiest to defeat when weakened however they can prove to be dangerous due to their instability.)

Gary Sues/Mary Sues: They are a original character like the Ocs up above however the reason why they are classified as different is based on their meaning in fictional works as they are the type of person who is Never Wrong, The Centre of The World, A Rule Bender, Displays Overpowered Abilities, Has Unnatural Beauty, Is Extremely Lucky, and etc of what you can find annoying of them.  They can be any gender but the most common ones so far in stories are females or rarely males depending on the trope it follows. On a scale they are the highest threat in the charts, and while they may seem harmless the danger only stems from their extreme power and the control they exert over other characters, forming makeshift armies. Dealing with a Mary Sue/Gary Sue typically requires a SWAT team of highly trained individuals and ample resources. (High Rank Threat, requires a SWAT team and substantial firepower.)

???: These individuals are humans who have been transmigrated, reborn, or dimensionally displaced, often by the whims of powerful beings. After a fateful encounter, these beings drop them into various parts of the multiverse, typically within fandoms they favor. These Misplaced generally appear normal on the outside, often being mistaken for OCs by rookies at the Time Alliance. However for the inside exterior their soul reveals what they truly are based on their past life in the real world. Their powers are context-dependent, varying only on the universe they inhabit. There are many types in this category as reborn souls are typically reincarnated people, while transmigrated on the other hand are people who traveled into another universe and end up possessing the body of a fictional person. As for Displaced they are different:

Displaced: A specific subset of Misplaced individuals, Displaced are typically transported to the Equis Multiverse. Their appearance and abilities are usually tied to the fictional characters they were cosplaying as during their displacement. Displaced individuals are categorized into different power levels based on the extent of their abilities, influenced by the characters they emulate from well-known franchises. These power levels include:

Endo Class: Basic powers, minimal impact.Exo Class: Enhanced physical abilities and minor supernatural powers.Super Class: Significant powers, capable of considerable feats.Beta Class: Stronger than Super Class, with advanced abilities.Alpha Class: Highly powerful, with major supernatural capabilities.Uber Class: Extremely powerful, with abilities that can alter reality.Titan Class: Enormously powerful, with abilities that affect entire worlds.Godly Class: Near-divine powers, capable of influencing multiple worlds.Meta Class: Unparalleled power, capable of affecting the multiverse on a grand scale.

(Mixed Threat Level, These individuals pose unique challenges for the Time Alliance, requiring careful assessment and appropriate response based on their power levels and the potential threat they represent.)

Y/Ns/Self Inserts: Y/N (short for "Your name") is a genre of , common in , and in younger fandoms, where the writer lets their fans imagine  themselves into the story: "Y/N" (or "(YN)" and other variations) is meant to be replaced by the reader's name while reading. However we are not here to talk about the blank template instead this discussion is about the infamous ones known as Wattpad Y/Ns since they are usually depicted as Female in most X reader fanfictions while some are rarely males as shown in the betrayed reader fanfictions. The personalities of these Y/ns are that they are usually BAMFs, Stuttering Messes, Clueless/Useless as hell, Owo or Uwu(Especially for the girl versions),  Vengeful(Especially for the betrayed versions), Overpowered especially for MHA Readers, Emo, Magical Girl like a usual 2018 GLMV, and the list goes on. These types of fictional characters like the anons are mostly annoying and unbearable to be around due to their personality especially the stereotype versions however as for the rest they are fine if written correctly. (Medium Threat level, highly unpredictable at times, caution is advised for a team to be sent out especially when encountering the Overpowered ones.)
