Your POV

"Well Levin, it's too dark to play outside anymore. How about we go to your room?" I asked Levin.

"Okay. Fowwow me," Levin said, grabbing my hand and leading me upstairs. Zoey and Malachi followed, but Aphmau didn't. She must have gone to the guard meeting. Levin led me to his room that he shared with Malachi. I sat down and started playing with blocks. Levin plopped down next to me and tried to build a tower with Malachi. It fell, so I helped them rebuild it, and this time it stayed standing. I smiled and my tail wagged slightly as Levin did a little dance. (Imagining this. Oh my gosh it's adorable) Malachi laughed at his little brother. Zoey came in from downstairs and told the boys it was time for bed. They groaned, but started getting ready. I put the blocks away while they were crawling into bed. Zoey tucked them in and invited me downstairs to talk, but Levin said something first.

"(Y/N), can you stay hewe?" I smiled at the small child.

"Sure Levin," I replied. I closed the door and headed downstairs, sitting at the table across from Zoey. She had made some tea, so I poured myself a small glass. We chatted for a while. I was going to head downstairs to my room when we heard Levin crying. Malachi appeared on the stairs, concern coloring his semi transparent face.

"(Y/N), can you come upstairs? Please?" Malachi quietly requested. I nodded, setting my cup down and heading up the stairs. Malachi had crawled back into bed and Levin had untucked himself. He was crying. Zoey, who had followed me, was right behind me.

"Zoey, go back downstairs. I can handle this." I flashed a weak smile and Zoey hesitantly went back downstairs. I sat on the edge of Levin's bed and handed him his stuffed wolf. He hugged it tight and started calming down. I rocked him, hugging him, until his sons reduced to sniffles.

"Auntie (Y/N), can you sing?" Levin asked. I paused, unsure what to think of being called his aunt. That just shows you how impressionable kids are. The smallest things can affect their whole life.

"Pwease? I'm scawed to sweep," Levin continued.

"Okay," I paused, thinking of a good song. I know. (Cue music)

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woken mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streusel
Door bells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winters that melt into springs
These are a few of my favorite things

When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don't feel
So bad

"When I finished singing Malachi and Levin were both sound asleep. I tucked in Levin and walked back downstairs.

"Are they asleep?" Zoey inquired.

"Yes, they're asleep. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to sleep as well. Can you please show me where the guest room is?"

"Sure." Zoey led me downstairs to the guest room. I crawled under the covers once I didn't have a change of clothes and closed my eyes. Everyone here is so nice. I hope I can stay. Maybe I can be a baker or something. I would prefer that over being a guard. I can hold my own against others, but after the Nether...... I just don't want to hurt anyone.

Well guys, what do you think? I added the song because I love music. Sorry if you don't like that.
