Background: Not much is known of his past. He was married to a wonderful woman named Adi who died in childbirth 35 years before he finaly joined her by Mahals side. After the death of his beloved wife he left Ered Luin to go back home to the northern Blue Mountians. While traveling he came across a half dwarf/ half human woman, who was very pregnant and had a 10 year boy child with her, defending her life against a band of goblins that attacked her. He went to help her and the child but she was stabbed by a goblin blade...he was able to save the boy child (Tohlm) and her unborn child (girl- Tia) by delivering her early. He didnt know where the fathers family was but he did try to look for them..but no luck, so he decided to take them both with him to his home where he raised them both as his own. When Tia was 20 he allowed her to be apprenticed out to the master jeweler Grieg and that was when he informed her that she was adopted and told her of her past that he knew of...which she had been very upset over and refused to speak to him for a time.

Before he died they both reconciled and all was forgiven...he died in the blue mountains from old age surrounded by family and friends.
