Percy's POV:

After I left the volcano with the Aieon bow on my back, I decided to beeline it to the Empire State Building so I could give the bow to Artemis. I launched myself to the surface before beelining it across the water.

'Make sure you cloak us' Instinct said and I nodded as I cloaked

I ran at top speed for around a half an hour before I spotted New York City. I continued running until I was a block away from the lobby of the building. I uncloaked and willed my weapons to disappear as well as shifted my outfit to be my leather jacket. I put my sunglasses on and jogged to the entrance.

Once there I walked up to the man who sat at the desk and I tapped on the counter.

"What do you want?" He asked gruffly as he looked up and his eyes widened

"I think you know what I want" I say simply and I smirk as he nods, grabs the keycard and hands it to me "Thank you"

I take the card and walk to the elevator, I step in and insert the card before pressing the '600th' floor button. The elevator doors closed and I started heading up as horrible elevator music played.

"I should suggest better music..." I commented to myself as the doors opened and I looked at my surroundings

I saw minor gods and goddesses walking around with nature spirits, not having a care in the world. I smiled at the tranquility before I started making my way to a certain Silver temple. As I was walking I saw a group of male minor gods approach a young goddess who was browsing a shop that sold ambrosia. I slowed my stride to see if I needed to intervene.

'I don't trust them' Instinct and Delphi said and I nodded mentally

"Hey cutie, come hang with me and my friends" a male said and the goddess turned around and scrunched up her nose

"No, I don't 'hang' with dead beats like you, sorry" She turned back and continued talking with the shop owner

"It wasn't an offer" the male said as he harshly grabbed the girl and started to drag her away while the others smirked

"Oh, hell no" I growled as I let my weapons appear and I took my sunglasses off and put them away

I followed the group into an alley and my leather jacket shifted into its normal wolf pelt. I flicked my hood up and cleared my throat as soon as I blocked the entrance, causing the group of males to turn around and look at me.

"Who the Hades are you?" the leader who still held the young goddess by her arm

I don't say anything as I stalk forward like a predator going in for the kill. The minor gods just sneer as they all pull out daggers and swords.

"I'll only say this once more kid, who the Hades are you?" The male said again and again I rushed forward

I smirked with satisfaction as they were stunned by my speed and I easily closed the distance on the first male. I leapt forward and pushed the god into the ground before rearing my right arm back and extending my hidden blade before plunging it into the god's throat. I quickly rolled off of the now sputtering god and I pulled my pistol from the holster on my chest with my left hand and pointed it at another god and fired. The god crumpled to the floor in a heap as ichor stained the alley.

I holstered the pistol and sheathed my hidden blade before drawing my daggers and I jumped onto the wall of the alley and leapt off toward another immortal. I spun slightly enabling me to drive my left dagger into the male's temple.

"WHO IS THIS!!!" I heard a male say as I used the god that I impaled as a pivot and swung around before viciously ripping my dagger out and found my next target running towards the girl

As my feet hit the ground I dropped into a roll and once my feet are under me I launch forward and tackle the male. I then lash out with my daggers into the back of the male's neck. I leap off and face the final minor god as I sheathe my daggers to see him throw a spear at my chest. I spun to the side while grabbing the spear and I force it into the ground.

"D-Don't m-move or she d-dies" the male said as I stalked forward silently and I notice a dagger at the girl's neck

I thrust out my hand and the male goes ridged. I step forward and swing my arm to the side violently bending his ichor to my will. The male flies into the side of the alley and doesn't get up.

"Are you okay ma'am?" I ask calmly as I look at the young goddess who looks at me with fear evident in her eyes

"P-please d-don't hurt me..." The girl pleads as she clasps her hands together and I shake my head

"I will not be hurting you anytime soon ma'am" I say as I flick my hood down and smile gently "Now are you okay? Do you need to see Apollo?" I ask again and the girl shakes her head

"No, I'm alright, thank you for coming when you did" She says thankfully before she runs out of the alley

I smile, turn around and walk out of the alley and continue on my way to Artemis' temple. As I walk through Olympus I notice that I gain more than a few stares. I shrug them off as I finally reach the gate to Artemis' temple.

'No trespassing, no soliciting, NO MALES' a sign on the gate said and I chuckled as I grabbed onto the closed gate and climbed up and over. I dropped down with a smooth roll, smiling as I take in the wilderness theme she had going on.

I walked up to the front door and knocked. Almost immediately the door swung open to reveal the auburn haired, silver eyed goddess.

She narrowed her eyes at me and I smiled.

"Hello Lady Artemis" I said with a short bow

"What do you want 'boy'? Can't you read the sign?" Artemis growled and I smiled more

"I wanted to give you a gift that I made recently" I say honestly and Artemis gained a confused expression

'She probably isn't used to males giving her stuff' Instinct commented and Delphi chuckled

"And what is this gift?" She asks skeptically and I pull the Aieon bow off my back and present it to her

"This is the gift I wanted to give you milady" I say formally and Artemis takes it with a look of awe on her face

"What metal is this? It looks like silver but it feels far more powerful" she states and I nod

"It's Aieon, pure Aieon might I add, stronger than its impure counterpart that is normally created" I say smartly and Artemis looks at me with wide eyes

"B-But h-how?" She stammers and I give her a knowing look

'Let's just show her Percy, I miss her far too much!' Instinct said and I agreed

I channeled a bit of energy and my eyes flashed a brilliant silver causing Artemis to gasp.

Artemis' POV:

'His eyes... they just... flashed silver...' I thought to myself as I stared at Perseus 'No, Percy, this has to be Percy' I corrected myself as I focused on the male in front of me

"P-P-Percy?" I asked hesitantly hoping that it was him

Perseus smiled and nodded.

"The one and only Arty" He said and I felt myself tearing up as I pulled him into my temple and closed the door

As soon as the door was closed, I launched myself at him and wrapped my arms around his torso as I felt tears run down my face. I felt his arms wrap around me protectively and I buried my face into his chest.

"I'm sorry that I've been gone so long Arty, I was just worried that if I revealed myself too soon that you'd become distracted" He whispered to me and I just held him tighter

"H-How are you here?" I ask him but refusing to let him go

"Well, I can thank you for that Arty" He says as he rests his chin on my head "When you sent my soul to the sky you effectively split me in two. My memories went to the isles of the blessed while my instincts went to the sky as the hunter" he explained and I smiled as I hesitantly pulled back but I grabbed his hand to make sure he didn't disappear and I noticed a green fog on the ground but shrugged it off

"I can't wait to tell Chaos!" I exclaimed in joy but Percy shook his head

"Arty, not yet please, you need to keep this between us, only you, Phoenix, Heather, Iris, and Zoe know about this" He said and I frowned slightly

"How does Zoe know?" I ask and he smiles sheepishly

"Well... I kind of tackled the Nemean Lion and she saw a faint silver aura around me" he responds and I roll my eyes but I frown again

"You said your memories were in the isles of the blessed, yet you seem to remember everything from back, then right?" I ask and he nods "how did you get your memories back?"

"Well, I've been collecting items from my past or things that represent my past, my spear, daggers, Riptide, and shield are all items from my past, and my wolf pelt represents the hunt" he explains and I nod

I quickly drag him through my temple until we reach a living room and shove him onto the couch. I then sit next to him and push him over so he's laying down.

"Uh... Arty..." He says uncertainly and I know where his mind is

"Oh, shut up" I say as my face heats up

I lay my head on his chest and listen to his heart beat and I smile.

"Arty, I need to get back to camp..." He says as he gently tries to get up but I force him down

"No, they can wait, they have kept you from me for far too long. It's my time, you stay here or else" I declare as I snuggle closer to him "They are not taking the love of my life away from me, not now, not ever" I finish and I feel his hand under my chin as he makes me look at him

"I don't plan on leaving ever again" he finishes softly as he presses his lips against mine and I melt into the kiss
