Several weeks later

Percy's POV:

I was on Blackjack along with Beckendorf as we flew quietly over the water at a breakneck pace. Beckendorf had a pack filled with remote detonated explosives, along with the remote.

"Percy, you ready for this?" Beck asked, finally breaking the silence

"I was born ready. Remember the plan though, get in, plant the bombs, you get out on Blackjack, and I will jump into the water and swim away" I repeated and Beck nodded as Blackjack neared the cruise ship

I had cloaked my weapons saying I had put them in my cabin so I only had my hidden blades, allowing me to be stealthier.

"Three, two, one, jump" I say and we both leapt off of Blackjack as he flew up next to the side of the ship and we landed on the deck with a soft thud

"Alright, now to find the engine room" Beck said as he started sneaking around and I followed making sure nothing was behind us

After a few minutes, we found the engine room, and I snuck in spotting three traitorous demigods.

'No mercy for those who choose the enemy side' Iota said and Instinct scolded him for being so heartless

I ignored Iota for the time being as I snuck up behind one and quickly wrapped my arm around his neck and put a hand over his mouth making sure he caused no sound before he was knocked out. I quickly did the same to the other two before motioning Beck in while I tied the three demigods up.

"How long Beck?" I asked as I took up a position at the door

"Fifteen minutes at most, three minutes at least" He said as he got to work and around four minutes in I heard two voices and I stepped back

As soon as the door opened I surged forward and extended my hidden blades into the throats of two empousa causing them to stare at me with shock and fear as they turned to dust. After that, I closed the door and braced against it.

"Beck, how much longer? They will notice their patrol not return soon and that really puts a time limit on this" I said and Beck nodded as he finished putting on the last explosive

"Done, now let's get out of here" He said and I smirked

'Instinct, get Blackjack' I said mentally and I felt a nod

"Let's go" I said as I opened the door and lead the way back out to the pick-up point

It was slow going but after what felt like an hour, we got back to the side of the ship and Blackjack appeared. However, a mob of voices and the thundering of foot falls across the deck made time very limited.

"Go Beck, I'll be right behind you, but if you don't see me in ten minutes blow this thing sky high" I said and Beck shook his head

"No, Luke told me to be careful of your suicidal tendencies, just jump off now" Beck said and I heard the voices grow louder

"There is no time, I swear on the Styx I will return, now get on Blackjack and get a safe distance away!" I shouted as the first traitor demigod rounded a corner, notched an arrow, pulled it back and fired

Beck nodded as thunder rumbled and he jumped onto Blackjack who sped away faster than you can say 'Angry Fangirls'. I spun around and knocked the arrow away before back peddling a bit down the walkway to make sure Blackjack got away before turning and sprinting away.

'Ten minutes I need to distract them so they don't get the explosives' I said mentally as I ran past a hellhound

I quickly slammed my palm onto the back of its neck and extended my hidden blades causing it to burst into dust. I continued running away, occasionally killing a monster or knocking out a traitorous demigod.

After five minutes, I reached the top deck of the ship where I found myself surrounded by a group of monsters. Knowing this was the end to my running I stopped and smirked as I started pacing.

"Well, well, well, would you look at what the cat dragged in" I heard a metallic and horrid sounding voice echo and I winced slightly as I scanned the monster wall "You are looking well Jackson" the voice said again and I found the source

A Golden eyed, eyepatch wearing, Pirate wannabe, Ethan. Or better known now as Kronos.

"Sup old man" I said calmly as if talking shit to an old friend

Kronos frowned before a dangerous smirk adorned his face.

"About to die, and you still have to insult me. You have guts Jackson, are you sure you wouldn't care to join me? You would answer to none except myself, and you could choose who you would want as yours" Kronos bargained and I threw up a contemplative mask before smirking

"Nah, my gig is pretty good to me already, and while your offer does sound good, don't get me wrong. I just feel like your Time is almost up" I say humorously as Kronos cracked up

"I must say, I will miss having you around mortal" Kronos said as he walked toward me and summoned his scythe and my eyes narrowed "So you know what this is" He said amused but I smirked as I summoned Lunar's Light and twirled it

"Crescent scythe vs Crescent blade, let's see which one comes out on top eh?" I offered and Kronos laughed again

'Three minutes' Iota said as I got into a fighting stance

"Time is not on your side boy" Kronos said as I felt myself slow down and I smirked internally as I decided to let him think I was subdued

Kronos stalked toward me and swung his scythe quickly. I sluggishly moved along and blocked it with Lunar's light and I pushed the duel metal blade away before attempting to step forward and slicing his chest. Kronos just lazily blocked and sent me stumbling back.

"Pathetic" Kronos said and I smirked internally as did Instinct and Iota

'One minute' Iota said and I ducked under a slow attack from Kronos.

"Well, I would love to stay and chat grandpa, but I have a ride to catch" I said causing Kronos to look confused for a moment which stopped his time control which allowed me to run to the edge where I willed Lunars light to disappear as I grab onto a rope and look at Kronos "By the way Kronos" I start

'Three, two, one...' Iota counted down

"Time was on my side" I say as the ship explodes

I jump with the explosion, which sends me flying into the air before I slam onto the ocean surface and black out immediately.

When I woke up, I knew I was underwater and I felt a presence near me. I turned my head to see a guy with two fish tails swimming back and forth muttering constantly. I sat up and cracked my neck causing a series of cracking sounds to reverberate through the water. Fish-dude, heard it and looked at me with a shocked face that quickly morphed into one of approval.

"Nice, but never mind that" The guy said and I raised an eyebrow as I looked the guy over

He had two fish tails, a crown on his head and a gold trident in his hand. He looked over me and seemed to sneer.

"Triton, son of Poseidon and heir to the throne" I said and I relished his sudden look of shock "Listen, I have no intention of taking the throne, you can have it, I don't want it. I just don't want to have any qualms with my brother" I stated simply and Triton nodded as he extended his hand and I took it and shook it

"Well, not what I was expecting when I met the 'great' Perseus Jackson" Triton said as he swam over to where my clothes were and handed them to me

"Yeah, I know, most people think that, Hell, even Kronos was taken aback by my insults" I said and Triton looked at me before shrugging

"Well, we should go see father, he was worried about you" Triton said as I finished putting on my clothes

We started swimming out of the room when the building shook.

"Gods damn it! The fight is getting closer to the city" Triton cursed and I rose an eyebrow before continuing to follow him

"What do you mean?" I ask as I surge forward to avoid a falling piece of ceiling

"The war with Oceanus, it's getting closer to the city, Oceanus has called on sea monsters that we all thought were extinct or faded" Triton elaborated and I nodded

"Like what exactly?" I pressed and I knew he was getting to the point to where he should just explain everything to me

"The kraken who's only known enemy was the megalodon. And we know those are gone" Triton says and I raise an eyebrow before smirking

"Nah, they are still around" I comment casually causing Triton to whirl around and look at me with a look of astonishment

"Where? They could help us!" He said gleefully

"Challengers deep, there are two of them, one male one female, and if they help you, you must help them, that's how they work" I advised and Triton stumbled back

"How did you get to challengers deep? Not even father can get down there" Triton exclaimed and I shrugged

'Instinct if you could my friend' I asked mentally and Instinct nodded as he withdrew from my mind and went to our megalodon friends

"I am contacting them now, and I will need your help to gift them a channel of quick moving water to get here in a decent amount of time" I said and Triton nodded as he offered his forearm and I clasped it in a tight grip as we focused on getting the giant sharks to our location

In thirty minutes, Instinct returned with a feeling of astonishment.

'Holy shit, that water was fast as fucking anything' Instinct said with a grin as I noticed a large eye looking at us through a window

'Hello young one' the Megalodon said and I waved 'I was informed that you need assistance in 'completely fucking up a giant ass squid'?'

"Yes, if you could" I said nicely "and if you require me to aid you, I would be more than happy to fight alongside you" I stated and Triton nodded

"Same here" He said hastily as I laughed and threw an arm around Triton as I broke the wall and swam out to meet the pair of megalodons

We got onto the back of the male megalodon and Triton started to direct them towards the battle field. When we got there, I let out a low whistle at the damage.

"Yeah, it's bad, but enough marveling we need to find father and mom" Triton said as he directed us toward a building that seemed intact

That's when I saw a blast of energy come from a person in the battle field who was surrounded by monsters.

"Melody is in trouble!" I say as I turn to Triton "Triton, you go to dad with the megalodons, I'll get Melody to safety I declared as I summoned my shield and prepared to take off

"Wait, here!" Triton said as he tossed me his trident and I smiled before zooming off toward Melody

Melody's POV:

'Stupid, freaking, sea monsters!' I thought as I blasted one that tried to latch onto my leg 'Stupid mer-soldiers for not backing me up! 'Oh, let the guardian handle the war while we sit back and relax' those fuckers!' I thought to myself as I stabbed another sea monster in the skull with my Wofrium trident

"I wish Percy were here..." I mutter before I get knocked back into a stone wall by some old sea monster and I close my eyes accepting my death

That is until I hear the sound of water swirling above me. I snap my eyes open to see a bullet of mass slam into the monster that knocked me back and cause a bunch of dust to appear.

"No need to fear! Reinforcements is finally here!" a familiar voice called out and I chuckled

"A little late cap..." I started but when the dust cleared the figure in front of me made me falter

'No, I must be seeing things. There is NO way he came back...' I thought to myself as I saw Percy Jackson, the late guardian of Artemis

"Percy?" I asked and he turned to look at me and smirked before winking

"That's my name, don't wear it out" he said and he faced the another monster before pointed a celestial bronze trident at it and firing out a beam of sea green energy "Damn, this doesn't channel my power effectively, oh well" He commented as he spun the trident around skillfully before vaulting over a small monster and when he landed he turned around and pointed the business end of the trident at a large sea creature and fired another beam of sea green energy and keeping the beam steady for a solid three minutes, a feat only three people could pull off Phoenix, myself, and Percy

I shook my head as I kicked the small monster away and aiming my Wofrium trident at the same beast and let out a blast of pure blue energy.

"Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, you either look a lot like your predecessor or you are the one and the same" I say as we cross the beams and continue to hold the energy steady

"You are by far the most observant other than Phoenix and Heather, but yes, now I need you to keep it a secret, too many people are finding out" He said as he broke the beam and willed a section of water to freeze into ice spikes and fired them at the monster which burst into dust "Melody, we need to get back to HQ, I believe father has a few things to discuss" He says and I nod and we both launch up and make a beeline to where I see two huge sharks

"Wait, did you..." I say before trailing off and Percy laughs

"Yeah, I did" He says and I tackle him in joy

"It's so good to have you back Perce!" I say as he laughs more and pries himself out of my grasp "Oh Percy! We have something for you after this war meeting" I finished as we reached the war room only to be met with the wide-eyed looks of Poseidon and Amphitrite

"Son, how did you..." Poseidon asked and Percy smirked as he handed Triton's trident back

"I have my ways dad, now I believe you have two megalodons to help with your giant ass squid problem" Percy said and I chuckled as I excused myself to swim over to a case with a beautiful silver trident with a crescent moon emblem on the intersection where the three prongs met

I opened the case and grabbed a cloth and gently grabbed the trident before swimming back over to Percy who was waiting calmly as he stared at his father. I swam up to him and handed him the trident.

"Katelyn, I assume?" He asks and I nod as he swims over to a table and causes his bow and quiver to shift into a backpack which he takes off, opens and takes out a bottle of shimmering silver liquid that he willed out of the bottle before spreading in the shape of the trident

The silver water then descended on the Aieon weapon and I watched in fascination as the metal became a purer white. After he was done he put the now empty bottle back in his bag before picking up the trident and shaking it and it shifted slightly before it vanished completely. Suddenly Percy held his right wrist and I swam over to him and saw a black mark etch itself into his wrist, however, the marking was in the shape of a trident.

"Interesting, I now have another weapon. Sweet!" He exclaimed and I looked at him incredulously

"How many do you have?" I asked

"Nine different weapons in total, if you count my shield, then ten" He said proudly and I stared at him

"Freaking walking armory" I muttered causing him to laugh

Percy's POV:

I finish laughing as I looked back at my father who was stunned to hear that I survived the trip to challengers deep. Deciding to take pity on him I swim over to the megalodons and offer my apologies that I had to leave before the main fight as I have my own war to fight.

'It is alright young one, we will fight by Triton's side, you just take care alright?' he said and I nodded as I turned to my father and hugged him

"Kick some Titan ass for me, Dad, sorry I can't stay and help out, but I believe Melody is able to handle herself out there just make sure she gets the back-up she needs" I say and he hugs me back

"I will, thank you for helping son" He said before he held me at arm's length "Be careful when facing father, he will not be as humorous as he was this time" He says seriously and I nod as he lets me go and I face Triton

"Keep those megalodons safe brother" I say and Triton nods and I face Melody

"Don't die alright" Melody says and I chuckle as I summon riptide and place it on my arm and cut it causing the blade to slide off easily

"I don't plan on dying anytime soon" I say with a smirk as Melody rolls her eye

"Only you" she comments "now to get back to camp, I'm sure you can find your way" She says and I laugh

"Yeah, I know my way back. You all take care alright?" I say and the house of Poseidon and Melody all nod as I smile and shoot off toward the surface

After Beck blew the ship Sky High

Beckendorf's POV:

I flew Blackjack over the water trying to find Percy, but I couldn't even find one of his gods damned weapons.

"I think... I think he's gone buddy..." I commented to Blackjack who whined sadly before turning around and flying back to Camp

The entire flight back, both Blackjack and I were quiet. When we landed we were met by the entire camp, but Zoe, Heather, Phoenix, Bianca, Nico, and Thalia were the ones who came up to me the fastest.

"Where's Percy?" Thalia asked and I just shook my head slowly causing the others to go quiet

"He can't be dead..." Phoenix said as he started pacing

"I couldn't find him" I said and Phoenix shook his head with a mischievous look in his eyes

"He follows the rules of 'if you don't have a body to prove his death then he isn't dead' He isn't dead, just probably somewhere and he will be back in a day or two" Phoenix said and I nodded my head slowly

"He better not be dead or I will kill him myself" Zoe said and I raised an eyebrow before walking off to my cabin to sulk at the possible loss of my friend

~Three days Later~

I was standing at the amphitheater holding a lighter under a sea-green trident when I heard loud cursing coming from the beach. When I mean loud, I mean someone full on shouting curse words.

"FUCKING HELL! I CAN'T CATCH A FUCKING BREAK CAN I!?" I heard the familiar voice of Percy say and I looked at Phoenix who gave me the 'I should have bet you ten bucks' look and I rolled my eyes as I saw a grumbling Percy come into view looking tired

I just dropped the lighter and shroud as we all ran over to him and he stopped and saw us.

"SHIT!!!!" he screamed as he ran towards his cabin as fast as he could

Deciding to take pity on him, I let out a loud whistle which got everyone's attention.

"Let's just let him sleep, he is obviously tired, so we can grill him like the fish he is tomorrow" I say and everyone laughs as we all disperse waiting for the next attack on the Titan Army
