Percy's POV:

I stared at the Minotaur and he charged me with his axe held high. I rushed forward with Riptide and Lunar's Light in my hands. As I got within striking distance, the minotaur swung his axe down, trying to cleave me in half. I simply raised my blades in an X-formation and stopped his attack cold. I then pushed the axe away and I spun to the other side.

The minotaur jumped to the side and swung his axe at me trying to cut me in two. I bent back as well as bent my knees allowing the blade to pass over me. I sprung up and lunged forward swinging my blades at the minotaur's side. The blades connected but he jumped away at the last moment, causing my attack to leave nothing but a small shallow gash in his side that caused him to roar in anger.

The minotaur then charged me recklessly and I sighed, he would learn soon enough to control his anger. As he reached me I lunged forward and made a quick slash with both of my swords through his stomach causing him to explode into a puff of golden dust. I sighed and willed Lunar's light away and then turned my attention to the now empty bridge.

'Let's destroy it, then we won't have to deal with this place again' Iota said and I figured he was the brains of the operation 'You got that right, I'm the brains, Instinct is the muscle, together we create you' Iota clarified and I scoffed

"Alright, lets destroy it" I said aloud as I dug Riptide into the metal bridge and created a colossal Earth Quake that caused cracks to spread out a spider web across the bridge

In a few moments, the bridge started to crumble and I leapt back using moonlit step to appear at the start of the bridge. I then turned around and started strolling down the road making sure to take my time as I quickly went over my weapons.

~one hour later~

I calmly strolled up to a statue that had a basket of fruit in her hand.

"Oh another demigod, how delightful" the statue sneered and I did a double take "Yes, I am talking mortal" she continued and I tried to remember who she was

'Pompona Goddess of Plenty' Iota informed me and I nodded to him mentally

"Lady Pompona, I apologize for my lack of respect" I told the statue who looks completely stunned before looking at me and smiling

"So, a demigod that knows his gods and goddesses, very well, you have my respect demigod" Pompona said and I nodded before walking into the hotel where I saw most of the campers there.

"Where is Phoebe?" I asked immediately as I saw Thalia sitting there with crying worried eyes

"She is upstairs, though I don't think she will make it, the poison was strong and Phoenix is doing all he can but I fear it won't be enough" Thalia said and I nodded as I made my way upstairs and saw an open door and the familiar voice of Phoenix cursing

I quickly walked in, closed the door and locked it. I then looked around to see Phoenix, Zoe, and Ether standing over Phoebe who was extremely pale. I quickly made my way over to her and without even looking at me Phoenix started to fill me in.

"Titan poison" He said simply and the information came to me as it was one of the poisons we learned in training

"Slowly saps the strength from the victim to make the poison stronger, only one known way to cure it" I continued the information as I looked at the arrow wound and then at the arrow while he continued to heal Phoebe

"The guardian of the group the victim belongs too" Phoenix said with a smirk

"But Percy is dead..." Ether said in confusion as Phoebe turned her head and looked at me causing me to smirk

"N-No... H-He's a-always been w-with us" Phoebe said weakly and she smiled a little "I-I should have k-known it w-was you when you v-vanished that one d-day"

"Ether, Phoebe, you must not say anything about this to anyone" I say as I turn to Phoebe and raise a hand and put it on her wound "Let he hunter heal this wound, draw from my strength and cure this huntress of her ailment" I chanted and my hand glowed silver as I felt the poison in her blood stream almost reach her heart

I caused my eyes to flash silver as I used my strength and power over liquids to stop the poison in it's tracks. I then caused the poison to slowly move away from her heart and through her veins until it finally reached the point of entrance and I drew it out. It was a green substance and it looked as evil as its name, but around the green glob was a silver outline which highlighted the fact that I was controlling it.

"H-How are you alive?" Ether asks and I smile at her

"A guardian doesn't let something as trivial as death keep them from protecting their charge" I say and Ether rolls her eyes but smiles as I quickly discard the vile green liquid

"Phoenix, how is he doing?" I ask and Phoenix sighs in relief

"All poison is out, and she is regaining strength as we speak, I give her a day at most to regain her energy" Phoenix said and I nodded

"Thank you, Percy," Zoe said as she hugged me quickly causing me to smirk

"Careful Zoe, you may be in danger of breaking that oath of yours" I said and Zoe pulled back and punched my arm lightly

"Shut up, we all know that it's Artemis that should be worried about that issue" Zoe said slyly and I rolled my eyes

"I would never be the reason the hunt was disbanded, you all are like little sisters to me" I said and everyone smiled, it was at that moment when I heard a knock on the door

"Percy, open the door please" I heard Thalia say and I made my way over to the door, unlocked it, and opened it to reveal a red eyed Thalia and Annabeth who seemed to keep consoling her friend

"What's the news on Phoebe? Is she gone?" Thalia asked and I smiled as I took a step back and showed Thalia a now sitting up Phoebe and Thalia rushes her and embraces her in a hug

"Phoebe is the one who helped train Thalia and they became great friends, she is practically her sister so this must have hit her hard" Zoe whispered to me as Annabeth smiled at the sight

"Anyway, Percy, we have a problem, Prometheus is asking for a meeting under a white flag, he wants the leader to show up and explain the situation" Annabeth said and I sigh

"Alright, Annabeth, get Luke please, Phoenix mind staying her to keep an eye on Phoebe?" I ask my old friend and he nods with a smile on his face "Zoe, you're with me" I say and Zoe smirks as she nods

"Alright Percy, stay safe alright?" Annabeth said as she made her way back down to get Luke

"Perseus, you better go and get ready, after which you should get some rest you know what the curse does" Phoenix said and I nodded as I walked out of the room and down stairs with Zoe following me

Once we reached the bottom floor I saw Luke waiting by the door with his sword strapped to his waist. I quickly made my way over to him and looked at him.

"You ready?" I ask and Luke nods before walking out with Zoe and me following

We walk to a small playground and I notice a guy in a nice-looking suit, a hyperborean giant, and an empousa. I raise my eyebrow at the man in the suit who seems to radiate power. The giant sneezed and turned half of the playground to ice and I let out a low whistle.

"Damn, if the hyperboreans are on Kronos' side, this must be bad, they are normally neutral creatures" Zoe muttered and I nodded as we reached the man in the suit

"Well, Perseus Jackson, I see you lived your little stunt" he said and I rolled my eyes

"I have a few things to say, first, nice suit, second, my name is Percy, and third, it takes a lot more than being blown up to kill me" I declare and Prometheus smiled

"Thank you, I just had this suit tailored, alright Percy, and I believe what you say" Prometheus said as he sat down and I copied his action

He then folded his hands and looked at me seriously.

"Listen, Percy, you are out numbered and your defenses are already crumbling. You might be able to withstand another night but after that you will be over run." Prometheus said and I rolled my eyes "You think I am lying, but I assure you I am not. Kronos wishes not to kill anyone but the gods..." He continued but I cut him off

"Bull shit" Was all I said as I motioned him to continue

"Give up, surrender now and I will provide you and your friends protection from Kronos. You will even be able to choose a goddess of your liking to keep" Prometheus said and I noticed a glint in his eyes "I will even give mankind an item that will produce as much advancement as fire" He said proudly and rolled my eyes

"What? Kronos' head on a steak. Sorry Prometheus, but we will not give up, we will never surrender to the likes of Kronos" I said and he sighed but nodded his head as he snapped his fingers and summoned a pithos

"Then take this should you ever change your mind, I assume you know what it is?" He said and I looked at the jar and I had a bad feeling

'Shit, its Pandora's pithos...' Iota commented and I sighed

"Pandora's pithos, the jar that the gods gave to mankind because of their advancement with fire that you provided them" I said and Prometheus smiled

"You surprise me every passing moment Percy, it is a shame you won't join Kronos" He said and I rolled my eyes

"Whatever, well now that this meeting is over. I am going to go see to my troops, and maybe put this in a safe place" I say and I notice the empousa sneaking up on Luke and I growl "And keep your pets on a leash next time, it wouldn't be much of a peaceful talk if blood was spilled" I say as I turn and face the Empousa and growl causing her to back off slowly as I grabbed the jar and then Luke's arm "Come on Luke, let's get you back to Annabeth" and I chuckled as Luke blushed

"Whatever, Percy come on, before anything else happenes" Zoe said and I nodded as the three of us made our way back to the empire state building

'We should give Hestia the jar, for the hearth is where hope is most protected' Instinct said and I nodded

We quickly returned to the Empire state building after sending Luke off to return to the hotel. Zoe and I went up the Elevator and then walked to the throne room where we found Hestia shivering still.

"Hestia!" I yelled as I ran over and knelt next to her as Phoenix flame traveled in

"Fuck, this is bad, I just got a message from Star, the gods are losing the fight against Typhon, Hephaestus was knocked out a few hours ago, Aphrodite was knocked out a few days after the battle started and Artemis' chariot is damaged due to the constant winds and the fact that she is more of a target since she knows where to hit the bastard" Phoenix said and I growled

"No one touches my charge and gets away with it" I snarled as I placed Pandora's Pithos on the ground next to the hearth "Phoenix, I want you to fly to the battle but only attack on my word" I say and Phoenix smiles as he is engulfed in flames

When the flames die out, he appears in his gold and red armor, he chuckles at Zoe's shocked expression as he takes off his helmet.

"I haven't worn this since the day you died Percy, it will be good to show the true rage that the hearth can produce" Phoenix said and his eyes flashed with a fiery passion

"But first..." I said as I stand up and walk to the center of the throne room where I pull out Riptide and uncap the familiar blade, I then slammed it into the center of the throne room and called upon my powers "As guardian of the moon, I will the moon to block out the sun, cover the burning light of Apollo with the chilling might of Artemis. Cover this land in Shadows cast down by the moon and let my enemies quiver in fear as the true power of the guardians is displayed!" I chant and suddenly Riptide starts glowing silver as the room slowly gets darker and I smile as an eclipse starts "I reclaim my title as Guardian of Artemis, I have reclaimed my memories and my gear, it is now time to reclaim my spot by my charge's side" I finish as I pull Riptide out and hold it high "For my plight is not done until all enemies are forever vanquished, I will not rest until my charge is safe from harm, and I will fight to my dying breath to protect my charge. I am the guardian of the moon, of the Hunt, and love of the moon" I finish as the moon stops in front of the sun, casting a shadow over the city of New York and many other places

I then look at the others in the room and smile.

"Let's show them how powerful we really are, shall we?"
