Keelin slowly walks out of Sabrina's clinic room. "Guys?"

"Keelin?" Lana said, worried about her daughter. "How's Sabrina?"

Keelin looks at Elijah, Rebekah and Kol. Marcel, Josh and Gia.

"Keelin?" Jesse said.

Jesse and Keelin exchange worried looks at each other.

"I got the silver nitrate bullet out, silver nitrate has entered into Sabrina's blood stream, which is preventing her to normal accelerate healing. She's gonna be comatose for a while, but I did inject a drug medicine in her IV bag to prevent the silver nitrate from going into her heart." Keelin informed the others.

"Can I see her?" Klaus asked.

Keelin nodded and opens the door. Klaus slowly walks inside Sabrina's clinic room.

Sabrina is wearing a light blue clinic gown with a tube nostril in her nose. An IV tube is in her right arm and the IV bag containing the drug medicine is preventing the silver nitrate from Sabrina's heart.

Klaus slowly walks up to her and gently holds Sabrina's hand in his hand. He looks up at Gabe, who slowly walked inside.

"Klaus?" Gabe said. "Keelin told Derek, Cora and I about Sabrina." and slowly walks up to her. "Is she gonna be alright when she recovers?"

"She will, hopefully." Klaus said.

Klaus and Gabe exchange worried looks at each other.

And Gabe gently holds Sabrina's other hand in his hand.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That morning, in Klaus's and Sabrina's bedroom, Klaus lays on the bed, alone, staring up at the ceiling.

He looks at a picture frame of Sabrina wearing her formal prom dress at the Stamford Academy formal dance prom. The first time.

Klaus slowly drifts off to sleep.

Klaus's Dream

Klaus is in the middle of dark amphitheater surrounded by cloaked shadowy figures. He looks up around at them.

"Hello, Klaus." Mystic Falls Klaus greeted him.

Klaus looks at the Mystic Falls Klaus, the dark-side of himself.

"Go ahead, Klaus. Give into your darkness." Mystic Falls Klaus said, proceeding to goad him. "You know you want to."

Klaus and Mystic Falls Klaus exchange aggravated glares at each other. And everything goes dimmed.

In the middle of the amphitheater benches, Sabrina, dressed up in a square neck wedding dress with two daisy flowers in her short hair, has a bright aura around her, exclaiming her husband's name.

"Klauuusss!...." Sabrina exclaimed with an echo, slowly getting up to her feet.

Klaus looks up at his wife, Sabrina. "Sabrina?"

"I know your heart. Don't give into your darkness." Sabrina replied to him, gently holding her Mikaelson M necklace in her fingers. "I'm always with you."

Klaus and Sabrina exchange small smiles. She small smiles at him, and fades away.

Reality

Klaus wakes up and sits up straight. His phone buzzes in his jeans pocket. He pulls out his phone and looks at it.

Jesse

Klaus answers his phone. "Jessica?"

"Klaus. I'm with Freya at the St. Louis Cathedral. She has Eric, Nora, and Aurora's location. They're at an old train car at the Saint Charles Yard." Jesse told him on the phone.

"Inform Elijah." Klaus said to Jesse, hanging up, gets up and walking away.

shortly afterwards...

Klaus, Elijah, and Jesse had reconvened with each other in the courtyard.

"Eric, Nora and Aurora has turned more vampires and their sired to them." Jesse said to Klaus and Elijah.

"Which means the sired vampires will be protecting Eric, Nora and Aurora." Elijah said.

"We must go there." Klaus said.

SAINT CHARLES TRAIN YARD

That late afternoon, Klaus and Elijah arrives. Eric and Nora are there.

"Ericsson and Nora Northman." Klaus greeted them both. "You two remain yourselves."

Nora aims a revolver handgun at Klaus. "There's white oak bullets in this revolver handgun. It would be amazingly fun to see the look on Elijah's face as a bullet pierces your heart, Klaus."

"But you've already have lost the person that you love." Eric said. "How's Sabrina?"

Klaus becomes gloomy at the mention of his temporary comatose wife, Sabrina. But composures himself.

Suddenly, a witch slowly walks up in between Eric and Nora and uses her magic to magically knock out both Klaus and Elijah unconscious onto the ground.

Suddenly, Lana and Jesse knocks out both Eric and Nora with a neck snap from behind.

Klaus, Elijah, Lana, and Jesse exchange looks at each other.

ST. THEODORA CLINIC

Klaus slowly walks inside Sabrina's room and looks at her comatose body. He slowly walks up to her and gently holds her hand in his hand.

He closes his eyes and opens his mind to her.

Sabrina's Mind

Klaus slowly opens his eyes. He and Sabrina exchange looks at each other.

"Klaus?" Sabrina said to her husband.

"Sabrina?" Klaus said.

Klaus and Sabrina hugs each other and gently pulls away from the hug.

"Hi." Sabrina said to him.

"Hi." Klaus replied to her, and becomes gloomy. "I had to see you."

Sabrina gently cups his face with her hands. "I've missed you too. How are the guys?"

"They're fine." Klaus said to her, and becomes gloomy once again. "I can't do this without you, Sabrina."

"Yes, you can. You're Klaus Mikaelson." Sabrina said to him. "You're the strongest person I've ever known. Elijah believes that you can redeemed, and I've become your redemption. Your humanity. But I know when I wake up from my coma, we'll be together again."

Klaus and Sabrina exchange small smiles at each other.

"I love you, Mikaelson." Sabrina said to him. "Always and Forever."

"I love you too." Klaus said to her.

Klaus and Sabrina exchange small smiles and gently leans their foreheads on each other's.

Reality

Klaus slowly opens his eyes and looks at his wife's, Sabrina's comatose body.

"Niklaus?" Elijah said.

Klaus looks at Elijah, who's in the doorway. The two Mikaelson brothers exchange looks at each other.

And Klaus slowly walks away, walking out of the room.

Out and about in French Quarter, Klaus and Elijah are walking back home. And two sees Derek, Cora and Gabe.

"Klaus? Elijah?" Derek said.

"Derek?" Klaus said.

"How's our girl?" Gabe asked, referring to Sabrina.

"Sabrina's fine." Klaus replied. "But we still have Eric, Nora and Aurora to handle."

Derek, Cora and Gabe exchange looks at each other and looks at Klaus and Elijah.

"May I suggest an alliance with you guys? For Sabrina?" Cora asked.

Klaus and Elijah exchange looks at each other and looks at Derek, Cora and Gabe.

"For Sabrina. Of course." Klaus said.
