Primary school... again... lol

I walked into school. It was the first day of 4th grade. I saw who I was sitting with. I recognized Maya but I didn't recognize the other people. I quickly went to my desk and red their name tags. Lukas it's said. I checked the other one. And Jesse I read. I thought it was gonna be boring sitting here. Boy was I wrong. "Hey" said a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. "hi" I said, wondering why he was talking to me. "We should be friends! We sit next to each other!" He exclaimed. "Why would I want to be friends with a boy!" I empathized on the boy. "Just hang out with me for one day, and I'll show you how fun it is to be friends with me."

Time skip to recess because bleh

"Come on! Let's go on the swings!" Lukas said to her. "Ugh fine!" She yelled. He let out a puff of laughter. "What?" She said in an irritated voice. "You! It's so cute how you sound so mad and annoyed all the time. She felt her cheeks run red and her heart sink. "Shut up!" And yelled jokingly, trying to ignore her feelings. As they got on the int he swings, Lukas quickly said "how about we go on the field and walk instead?" "Alright" she told him. They were walking in silence when all of the sudden Lukas stopped her. "Look I know we're kind of young and it's only the first day of schools but... w-will y-y-you b-" she silenced him. "Yes" she whispered.
