(Takes place in the building competition,before the event of 1st Endercon)

Jesse Pov:

This is it, the very first time me and my friends are old enough to enter the building and are old enough to go to Endercon alone without our parents. I'm so excited for this, I could just scream! The competition doesn't start in an hour so we're just getting some supplies to build at Endercon in the treehouse, and I just realized that this is also my first year at Endercon with Chara, how exciting.

"Hey Jesse, doing alright?" Ask Chara as she was standing near the door.

"Yeah, I'm alright."

"Good, 'cuz I don't want you to be nervous about this, I sure am."

"Are you kidding, I'm so happy I could scream you know."

"Cool, cool."

"Why you so nervous, you're like the most coolest person I know."

"I don't know, I guess I'm just nervous you know, that we might lose."

"Don't worry about it, win or lose, at least we participated."

"Alright, I'm going get some more materials for the building competition."

"Okay, cool."

"See ya later." She said as she left.

I don't care I we win or lose because I always wanted to enter the competition, who knows, maybe I'll even make a friend at the competition too. I know that the building competition is suppose to be competitive but I also want to meet someone new their, I mean, I became friends with Axel there who says I won't make a new friend there too.

Lukas Pov:

The competition is going to start in an hour and this is so cool, the group and I decided to enter the competition because 1. We're old enough now and 2. Building in the competition might be fun. I'm also excited considering since I we were young we always had idea to build at the building competition but now that we're older we can finally use these ideas. The best part is, is that I ask my mom if me,Aiden,Gill, and Maya can go alone and she said yes so this is going to be our first Endercon without our parents.

"Hey Lukas, did you get the supplies?" Asked Aiden.

"Yup, I can't believe we're going to be in this years building competition." I replied.

"I know, I can't wait."

"I still think that we should use this extra time to check on the materials for the build."

"Alright, but remember we have to make it so it will impress the judges, that way we can win."

"Aiden, do you really think we can win."

"Of course, we're a great team, whose to say we won't win."

"I guess you make a point."

"Okay, so hurry up, we're all waiting." He said as he left.

Aiden is competitive, very competitive so he likes to win at times but me, I don't really mind if we win or lose. What's important is that we were able to compete in it but I don't think Aiden feels the same way, but what I actually want to do at Endercon is make a new friend or even at the building competition. Don't get me wrong, I love my friends but I also want to meet someone new 'cuz I think it would be great to have another team member or a friend. Who knows, Endercon is full of surprises so I might actually make a new friend.

"Lukas come on, get the supplies so we can discuss the build!" Yelled Aiden.

That guy.

--Time skip--

"We know what we're going to do right?" I ask

"Right." Said Gill

"We have a plan, right?" Ask Aiden

"Of course." Said Maya

"Than that means we're prepared, I can't wait to get to the competition." I said

"Than let's hurry up, it starts in like 15 minutes." Said Maya very impatiently.

We were able to get to the location of the building competition and we made it to the sign up booth.

"Name."

"The Ocelots." We said

"Good, Ocelots you're in booth 4." She said

We made it to booth 4 to see that the other booth next to us was empty, I wonder if there's going to be another group here and maybe I'll be able to be friends with them, unless their older.

"Well, would you look at that." Said Aiden as he was looking at something or someone.

I turned around but only to see another group with a boy with messy hair and a green shirt, a girl with two ponytails, and a short girl with a beanie.

"Oh, maybe their another team, maybe the team with the booth next to us.

"What, no, check the girl with the ponytail and emerald eyes, ain't she a cutie." He said

"What girl, I don't see anoth-" I was cut off when I saw another girl with black hair tied up to a ponytail, had a red shirt, and beautiful emerald green eyes. Woah, he wasn't kidding, she really is cute, I then saw walking this way so it means that her group and her will be next to mine. Maybe she'll be in Endercon, I sure hope so.

"I'm going to talk to her, I'm pretty sure when we win she'll probably ask me to go out with her."

"Listen, I think it would be best to focus on the build."

"Alright."

Jesse Pov:

After getting the supplies we left to go to the building competition because it was about to start in 15 minutes because we want to be on time.

"So, we now what we're building?" Ask Axel

"Of course, it was Chara's idea." I said

"And are you sure about this Jesse?" Ask Olivia

"Come on guys, first year at the building competition, what can go wrong." Said Chara

We then arrived and made it to the sign up booth.

"Name."

"Team name, oh gosh."

"We're the, Dead Enders."

"Alright, Dead Enders, you're in booth 3." She said

We then got to our booth to see another team next to us, a guy with a blue shirt, a girl with brown hair, a boy with brown hair and yellow green eyes, and a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes, he looks cute but I need to focus on the build.

"Who do you think they are?" Said Chara

"Maybe another team, you know." I replied

"Either way this is so cool, and I can't wait for Endercon." Said Axel, "Hey Jesse, is your brother going to be there."

"Yeah, he said he'd be here when the competition ends."

"Cool."

I feel like I'm being watched by someone, I turned around to see the boy with blonde looking at me but when he saw me look at me he quickly turned around. Why was he looking at me, I'll let it be.

"Greeting competitors, I'm proud to say welcome to the building competition, for some of our new competitors here are the rules, you have 1 hour to complete your build and once times done our judges will judge your build, the one with the highest score will be the winner." The women explained as she was on a platform.

This is so exciting.

"Building starts, now!"

--Time skip--

When everyone the judges were looking at each build until they finally announced the winner.

"And the winners are..... The Ocelots!"

The Ocelots were the group right next to us and they seem so happy, people started to cheer for them and started gathering around them.

"So turns out we didn't win." Said Olivia with a sad tone.

"Hey, don't give that sad tone alright, sure we didn't win but we all waited to enter the competition and look, we made it in, so turn the frown upside down 'cuz at least we got to build." I said

"You make a good point."

"Hey guys, sorry about not winning but hey, at least you participated." Said Colin as he came to us.

"Thanks guy, hey, about we all take a picture to remember this as our first build." Said Chara as she got her camera out.

"Good idea, come on guys." I said as we all got near the camera.

"Cheese." We said as the camera got the picture of us.

"Hey cutie." said someone, I turned around to see the same boy in the Ocelots.

"Hello and can you please not call me that." I said annoyed.

"Come on, how about you and I go to Endercon together." He said.

"Sorry pal but she's already going to Endercon with her friends, not you." Said Chara as she held my arm.

"Aiden, come on, we have to get going." Said the blonde boy from the same team.

"Lukas, I'm trying to impress this girl."

"Well come on, sorry about Aiden." He said as his friend left

"No problem it was no big deal."

"Well, are you going to Endercon?"

"Of course."

"Good to know, see you there, by the way names Lukas."

"Jesse."

--Time skip--

"We made it to Endercon, this is so exciting!" I said as we entered Endercon, this is so awesome.

"Why? Is it because this is the first year we were able to be in the competition, our parents let us go without adults, or is it because Chara is here." Said Olivia, and lets be real, it's all of the above, especially since I talked to a new boy.

"All of the above, especially Chara." I said as I hugged Chara.

"Not a hugger." She said, I let go.

"Well, me and Colin are going to get some cake, since we didn't win the competition." Said Axel

"Yeah, Cake! Come on Axel, I'm starving." Said my brother as he and Axel ran to the cake booth.

"Boys, see you later you two." Said Olivia as she left to check out the place.

"Come on, lets get some masks before they run out at the booth."said Chara.

"Alright, lets go." I said, we then left to buy some mask 'cuz someone has to wear a costume of some sort, we made it and bought a enderman mask and skeleton mask.

"What you think?" Said Chara as she put the enderman one on her head

"Very unique Chara." I said as I giggled.

"Hey there cutie, how's it going." Said someone, I turned around to see Aiden, again.

"Aiden,what are you doing here?" I ask

"Just wanted to let you know that I can make this night the best night of your life."

"I'm sorry but she doesn't need you to make this the best night." Chara said with anger in her tone.

"I wasn't talking to you shorty!" He said, that's it, I've been patient enough but calling Chara short draws the line.

"Don't talk to her like that!" I said

"Back off." He said as he pushed me to the ground.

"Ow."

"That's what happens when you don't stay out, and shorty, you better not talk back to me or you're...you know what, you're too small to even know what I'm talking about." He said as he left.

"I'll be right back Jesse." Said Chara as she walked in the same direction as Aiden.

Why did this happen, I just wanted to build and have a good time with my friends, my eyes started to form tears until.

"Need help." I lifted my head to see a boy with blonde hair, blue eye, a white shirt and a magenta vest.

"Yeah, thanks, Lukas right." I said as I grabbed his hand.

"Yeah, are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm alright, just got pushed."

"Well, that's impossible, I mean who would just push a girl like you down." He said, I'm pretty sure I was blushing when he said that, "I've got to go, see you later."

"Bye." I said as he left.

"Hey Jess, you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm okay, where'd you go?" I ask

"I just went to chat with Aiden, let's just say he might be crawling home tonight, but let's just try to enjoy the rest of the night." She said

"Alright." I said, I don't want to tell Chara about Lukas considering he's in the same team as Aiden but I hope I get to see Lukas again.

I'm going to say it, I am terrible at writing short oneshots, I just wanted to had so much detail that it ended up a little too much. Anyway, Leave request, stay calm and Lukesse on, and PEACE OUT
