Lukari's POV

I smiled as I letted out a sigh, enjoying the smell of ramen, while blowing on it to cool it down a bit.

"Mmm~...Miso Pork. It tastes so good as always." I went as I took a bite.

Makoto chuckled.

"So what flavor did you pick for your ramen?" I asked as I paused.

"I chose Spicy." Makoto says. "I chickened out the last time I tried but this time, I won't be asking for any milk or water for sure."

"Oh ho ho! Doing the "Hot Ramen Noodle Challenge" are we?" I said before I started snickering.

Makoto grinned mischievously as she nodded.

When it comes to eating ramen and picking out flavors, my most favorite flavors are Chicken, Beef, Miso Pork and Spicy.

I picked Miso Pork for today since I hadn't had it in a while.

Next time when I have ramen again, I'll either pick Beef or Spicy.

When I resumed eating, I noticed the cook was done making the Spicy ramen for Makoto.

Once he served it, Makoto paid him for the ramen, just like I did.

Looks like she's forgetful too and doesn't wanna pay for the ramen later.

As Makoto picked up the chopsticks and started to eat, I glanced over at her face from the corner of my eye and watched her for any reaction on the ramen.

I started snickering a little again, as I saw Makoto's face turning red.

"Don't chicken out. Don't chicken ou~t..." I said to her in a sing song voice as I teased.

Makoto shook her head while she was saying, "I'm not giving in~. I can resist it!" in a sing song voice as well.

Makoto only resisted the spicyness from the ramen for at least 5 minutes until she started shrieking that her mouth's on fire.

Me and the cook started laughing so hard at Makoto's reaction as she suddenly said that she needed water.

The cook handed a bottle of water to Makoto as we were chuckling at her.

Looks like she failed the challenge again.

Makoto took the bottle of water (the cook gave her) and started drinking it.

"You got guts, I'll tell you that much. And yet, this is the second time you've done this.

Most pokémon quit instantly after trying the "Hot Ramen Noodle Challenge" and would forget that they ever tried it." The cook says.

"Really?!" Makoto went as me and her looked at him in surprise.

"Really." The cook replies as he nods.

"Wow! Thank you. I appreciate your compliment." Makoto says before smiling.

"No problem." The cook replies as he smiled.

I yawned a little after I finished my ramen up.

"I'm gonna head off to a nearby hotel that I can stay at and turn in for the night." I said as I stood up and stretched before yawning again.

"Good idea. I'm starting to feel sleepy too." Makoto replies as she started rubbing her eyes once she finished up her ramen too.

Then me and Makoto left a tip behind before we left.

I wished Makoto a good night and went into a hotel after we parted ways.

As I went in, I paid for a room to rent and sleep in for the night before I was given my room number.

Then I headed upstairs and went in the room I was given, before closing the door and locking it behind me.

I sighed as I setted my stuff down on a chair before undressing myself and going in the bathroom to take a shower.

Before doing that, I made sure to lock the windows and close the curtains so I don't have to worry about and deal with a pervert who could be living in the room next to mine.
