Connor P.O.V

He falls to the ground unconscious. Who is this guy? I pick him up. Oh wait he said his name was Riley. I don't think his name is Riley but I have nothing else to call him. I speed away with Riley over my shoulder. I get to an abandon house. It is where I have been living for now. I grab Riley and tie him to a chair.And I wait for him to wake up.  

Riley P.O.V

I wake up with a groan. I see a figure on the other side of the room.Connor. Connor walks toward me.

Connor "Who are you? Why are you following me? How did you know my name? Did you know that girl Rebekah? Is she a vampire? Are you a vampire?

I stayed quiet.

Connor "Fine be that way. But you will never leave this place ever. Not until you tell me why you are following me"

He starts to walk away.

"Wait" I crooked "Come back I will tell you everything"

He turns around.

Connor "So speak"

"I am your brother-"

Connor "Not with this again I don't have a brother my brother is dead"

"No I am your-"

Connor "You are still not answering my questions"

" Just let me explain without you interrupting"

Connor "Fine"

"Like I was saying I am your brother from 150 years ago"

Connor "Like I-"

"If you want answers stop interrupting me"

Connor "Fine go ahead"

" Around 150 years ago maybe more I sorta lost track because all I thought about was when you died and I never wanted to go back to that night. Anyways mom and dad didn't like that we could get sick or hurt and possibly die from it"

Connor "So?"

"They did the only thing they could think of they turned us into creature of the night,Vampires,Demons,Monsters whatever you want to call it. They tested it out on themselves first. They didn't know they would have to take a human life until they heard your blood pumping in your veins. The hunger got the best of them. They attacked you and drained you dry. You didn't have a heart beat. No pulse. Not breathing. Nothing that would tell us you are alive. I ran after I saw your death. I walked for hours. Until this one girl she stopped and asked if I was okay. She should have kept walking. At that moment I felt what Mom and Dad felt. The hunger. The need for human blood. I drained her dry. When I dropped her lifeless body to the ground...it wasn't her I saw....it was you. I looked back to see if anyone saw me kill my little brother. I looked back at you and you weren't you. It was the girl. That is when I realized who I am. What I am. A murder. A monster. And so many more awful things"

Connor "For the last time I DON'T KNOW YOU"

I decided to change the subject "You know I could easily get out of here"

Connor "No you can't I bolted that chair to the ground it is titanium there is no way you could get out even if you are a vampire"

"Why is that?"

Connor "Because of that"

He pointed to a rope. I followed the rope and it lead to an piano hanging above my head.

"You think that is gonna stop me?"

Connor "Maybe not but that will"

He pointed to another string. I followed it. It lead to under the chair. I couldn't see what was under the chair.

Connor "A bomb"

"Why?"

Connor "Why? Because you are a crazy vampire. I don't have a family. I haven't had one in a long time. And you come and tell me you're my brother. I am sorry if this isn't the family reunion you were planning out"

"Trust me this wasn't but neither was you just running into my arms but I didn't think you would forget me. I thought you already had a family."

Connor "And that makes it right for you to ruin it. And even if I did have a family you would just take me away from them."

"So you believe me?"

Connor "Not even the slightest"

Connor was too busy with this threats and his speech that he didn't even notice I cut the ropes that were holding me down. Now one problem the bomb. Will two but I can out run the piano. But what about the bomb? I speed out of the room and grab Connor. I guard Connor like a shield. I look at Connor.

Connor "Why did you save me?"
