It had to be done. I don't want any of them to be in danger. Especially Lance. I saw him almost die in front of me if I didn't say anything. He might know how to counter but it's not enough. I groan as i reached the house of horror. Edgars house. It hasn't changed one bit but it's a start. I climbed through the window making sure no one is around and took cautious steps until something fell and broke.

I look and see a guy around my age? "Hey relax I'm not gonna hurt you in any way I promise" the guy gasps making me freeze a bit "Akira? Is that you?" Uh who is this guy? "You don't remember me do you?" I tilted my head as I noticed the Dragon tattoo up his arm and it clicked "Adrian?" He smiles and nods as I walk closer "Yeah. It's me"

I smiled but I stopped and looked at him closely "You could be working for the bad guys for all I know" "What? I'm still in the force and so is Edgar." I shook my head "Edgar tried to kill me and my boyfriend not too long ago Adrian. Edgar isn't good. He's evil and horrible and he stole from me." He looked surprised

"What? Edgar isn't like that Akira he's kind and sweet. We've been dating since you two broke up. Sorry by the way." I shake my head "It's fine and I don't care. Adrian you need to find my knife." He tilts his head "A knife?" "Yes a knife. He took it from me because it has a meaning and I have no clue what it is? So please help me out. He almost killed the guy I really love in front of my eyes. I don't want you to fall to his knees and beg for your life."

He held tears as he ran his hand through his messy brown hair. "Edgar is a double crosser?" I nod as I hear voices and I groan knowing who it is. "Yeah. Excuse me for a second." I walked towards the window I came through and see Lance and the others pushing and shoving each other "What are you guys doing?" "Keith!"

I shake my head "Hey cool it with saying my name loud would you?" They nod as I point towards the back "go through the back" they nod and left "Who's that?" "My..team" Adrian chuckles a bit "Since when do you work with others?" "Since I wanted to leave my old life behind. It's your chance to meet my boyfriend" he smirks

"Alright. Also I won't tell Edgar about any of this" I nod as the rest entered "This butt lives in a nice house. Fucking bastard." I rolled my eyes as I watched them look at me. Pidge came towards me and punched my gut "That's for putting us to sleep knowing we're a fucking team!" I took a breath

"S-sorry" Adrian raised a brow "Old habits huh?" I nod as Lance came towards me "I told you we will work together. You are not alone Keith. You are our leader and we need to follow you even if you're not good at it just yet." I sigh "Hello? Who's this? Keith Akira Kogane are you cheating on me?" Lance looked so sad because he thought Adrian was my hook up

"Lance this is Adrian. He used to be my partner back in the force before Edgar. Adrian this is-" "Lance Charles McClain" everyone looked at Adrian and Lance "how do you know me?" "You used to date my sister kassandra. It didn't end well did it?" Lance nods "Who are you?" "I'm her twin Lance but you thought I was a girl cause of my long hair and soft features" Lance blushed and everyone chuckles

"Wait..oh I remember you. You used to bother me a lot whenever I was with your sister. You were so mean man!" Adrian chuckles "Sorry I'm not like that anymore I swear. It's good to see you more happier with Akira." Lance nods "His name is Keith and yeah I'm really happy" I smiled as I held him

"Why are you all here anyways? I told you I'll do this myself" "Yeah like that plan worked so well last time" "What happened?" The rest of the team asked "I got shot and Lance had to patch me up since he was close by. I was ambushed really and I didn't see anything but the shots."

"Dude what were you thinking?" "He's used to it" Adrian spoke up "He's always done that back then and it's surprising he still does it" everyone groans as I look away "Anyways we should leave before Edgar shows up." They nodded "Adrian please let me know about my knife. I really need that knife it's super important."

He nods "I'll keep an eye out for it. But it's not a promise." We smirked cause he knows how to handle it. "Bye" we took off as the rest followed behind "I can't believe Lance got sad when he thought you were cheating on him" Pidge laughs as Lance groans "Shut up! Of course I would like hello my boyfriend for a reason. Keith please tell me you aren't cheating on me?"

"Lance I swear I'm not cheating on you. I'm not that kind of guy and you know me dummy." I kissed his cheek as he smirks "Gross. Anyways where to next?" "So you guys want to help now?" They nod slowly "Yeah. Also we couldn't back out since Lance is second in command." I chuckled "I am aren't I?" "You sure are. Right hand man."
