Keith Pov
I woke up to banging on my bedroom door, I knew it was Shiro since he's the only who usually knocks "Keith time for school, we can't be late" if you haven't guessed Shiro is a physical education teacher and I'm just his little brother that follows him around...well more or less "Can I skip?!"

I asked and I heard him chuckle "No, hurry up we need to meet up with Allura, so she can get us settled in" I groan and toss my blanket off and look for the dreaded uniform, I hated it..well not completely.

It's red which is my favorite color and also the ranking I'm in which is between 8-9 so I'm pretty up there I'm glad I'm not blue that's lower rank but they have the better things.

"Keith hurry I'm almost out the door!" I quickly put my shoes on and head downstairs where I meet my half brother Takashi or Shiro "Took you long enough now let's go" I smirked as he messed my hair up.

As we arrived I saw all different color students, red, blue, green, yellow and black..It's a good thing out of all the classes we only socialize with a different color once a day which was either an gym or science class and for me it was gym.

"Alright I hope she's still waiting for us" I smirked remembering him being flustered when he met her. I kpet my head down as I saw other students look at me and whisper, I don't need this. "Sorry we're late, somebody took forever" he looked at me with a look and i rolled my eyes. I looked at the woman before us, she was beautiful her hair was kept up nicely, she wore a pencil skirt with a blouse that held her curves. Allura was beyond pretty, no wonder my brother and her hooked up in the summer.

"It's quite alright I had a little trouble on my way here, a student was out of line. Nice to see you both, this is the vice principal Coran" we shook the man's hand but he seemed off "Well can I have my schedule? Please?" Shiro nudged me and I rolled my eyes

"Keith be nice" i sigh "It's okay takashi" "Oh please just call me Shiro, Allura" she smiles and nods "Right..here you are, classes start soon, have a wonderful day boys" we left and I checked my schedule, basic stuff, math, science, robotics, engineering and physical education..my favorite "Alright I'm heading to my office, please stay out of trouble and make friends?"

I rolled my eyes "Keith, please make at least one friend? And no kicking someone's butt until gym" I smirked at him "Yes sir, also you were so totally checking out Allura" he pulled into a hug and we chuckled "Good, have fun and also I wasn't i was just admiring her" he smirked and took off and I went towards my math class. As i entered the class was filled with students in red uniforms but the teacher wasn't in yet so I came just in time.

"just stay calm, everything will be fine" I took a deep breath as the teacher walked in. Everyone sat in their seats. As the teacher introduced themself she went around asking everyone to say their name and tell one thing about themselves. I hated talking in front of people because I freeze and panic.

"Your turn" I look around seeing all eyes on me and I lower my eyes "Come on now, what's your name and what is one thing you want us to know?" I hesitated a bit "Keith..uh I like kombat?" People nodded some smiled "That's wonderful Keith" she went down the line and I just zoned out until my robotics class.

My teacher was really laid back but knew exactly what he was talking about "Hey want to be my partner?" I look to my side and see a green student, I nod and look at them "I'm Pidge, Rank 6.2 part of the green lions" I shook their hand and smiled

"I'm Keith, Rank 8-9 part of the red Lions, nice meeting you" they smirked and moved closer, they had short hair and wore green rounded glasses and also had many gadgets around their waist "Did you make all of those?" They raise their head and nod "I did, along with my brother Matt. We're really good at building and creating things just like Rover"

they pull out a small drone and it was pretty cool "Whoa, how come your lower rank?" "Because this is the only rank that has a robotics class besides switching over to the Red lions" I nodded, I was in the red lions for my strength and strategies, but this person is beyond my knowledge

"That makes sense..how old are you?" "I'm 15 I know fresh meat" I chuckled "Yeah but it's pretty cool your so advanced you should be proud" they smile and I noticed a slight blush..I look away hoping I didn't embarrass them "Sorry if I made you uncomfortable" I managed to say as I picked up my pen

"No it's cool, just not used to guys giving me compliments since no one can tell I'm a girl" I smirked "I knew..it's the tone in your voice, it cracked a bit when you said your name" she chuckles and nods "Oh right..can That stay between us?" I nodded

"Yeah" as the class went on i managed to make a friend which was Pidge. After awhile it was finally gym which I was most excited for since I trained all summer with Shiro. It was an easy A plus.

As i get changed I noticed the colors mixed, there was red, blue and yellow which I didn't mind but why blue? "Keith come over for a second" Shiro calls me and I run towards him "What's up?" "How's your classes going? Made any friends or friend?" I smirked "I did, in my robotics class they're pretty cool"

Shiro smirked and looked at the students waiting on him "We'll finish later, get in line with the others" I walked backed and was standing next to a couple of blues. They glared at me but I rolled my eyes because it didn't phase me "Alright we are going to do the basics in combat, Keith would you demonstrate?"

I nodded and got in position as Shiro went and tried a attack move but I quickly countered it which made him fall to the floor "Great job Keith next time I'll use my robot arm" he joked and I shake my head "Alright get in group of two's" Shiro picked their groups which made be with a blue..he didn't even look intrested in this and seemed bored

"This is stupid" he complained "Then just do the basics?" "Are you insane? You could break my arm!" The male made his way out and I stood there staring at anyone who would like to practice with me but no one did so I practiced with Shiro which was alright

"Sorry that kid didn't work out" Shiro said as we practiced blocks "It's cool I guess he doesnt like gym or he's afraid of me" we chuckle a bit and the bell rang signalling school was over "I have a meeting today so you might have to walk home" "But Shiro I hate walking"

"Don't worry I brought your longboard" I smiled "Your seriously like a dad instead of a brother" "Shut up, it's in my office so follow me" I followed him into the office and see my longboard and head out "If I'm not home before 6 call for pizza or go over to Nicks house" I nodded

"Alright" as I went to walk I bumped into someone causing me to fall back and Shiro got up. I rubbed my head "Man, dude I'm sorry I wasn't looking" as I look I see the most beautiful ocean blue eyes. I was so lost in thought he helped me up and gave me my board "Um are you okay? I didn't hit your head too hard right?" I shake my head

"I'm sorry who are you?" I asked since he rudely bumped into me "I'm Lance McClain, Rank 1-2 Blue Lion" he held out his hand and I made a face since he was lower rank "I'm Keith Kogane, Rank 8-9 Red Lion, nice to meet you" as we shook hand he let go "I see you ride longboards, I like to surf"

I smiled a bit but I had no idea why? "Really? That's pretty alright" he scuffs "I have better balance than you on your own two feet" is he joking around or is he seriously trying to get under my skin? "Keith you alright?" "Yeah I'm fine"

"Takashi Shirogane, Sir I'm sorry I didn't show up to class today my friend puked all over my uniform and I had to get it washed and clean but I'll be here tomorrow" "Alright thanks for letting me know..also never go into detail about things" he nods and looks at me once more and took off "What's his name?"
