This is a rant from my sophomore life.
My top two colleges I wish to go to after two years from now, are an elite military academy and this amazing medical school. Now, the academy depends on the fact I pass a fitness assessment. The med school.... I need grades.... and the money for tuition.
My GPA is 4.6 everyone- and my parents lecture me for spending too much time on homework.
I said that I sorta wanted to go to med school, and was slapped with "how will you ever pay for it!?!?"
I'm an Asian female with a high GPA living in America. Playing two sports. Taking advanced classes. I think i can get some scholarships....

I can write really well. My parents don't support my writing though, and scoff at my attempts to write stories to enter into contests with prizes ranging $300-$5000. When the rewards are so high, why not try?

Instead, they would rather I "remark focused"on my work.

Ugh.... what do i do...
