Who would have thought. I would be here in this kind of situation. I guess my father would have. He's always been telling me to not be so friendly. Maybe if I listened I wouldn't be here. Let me rewind a bit.

I met these two brothers. They claimed to be hunting something. A myth that usually circles around my small little town. So naturally I offered my help. I showed them the places they wanted to see and gave them a short history of what I knew. That's how we ended up in an abandoned building.

But it wasn't them that got me into this situation. You see there were a couple of kids in the building. They were playing a game among themselves and invited us to play. Naturally I agreed. I was a friendly person and always happy to join in on the fun. It never bothered me that I treated everyone the same.

But now...

Now I'm trapped. I got myself into this mess and I don't know how to get out. Every day is the same. An endless loop and all I can do is hope that the brothers know what has happened.

"Truth or dare."

I jumped a bit. "Ammm... Truth."

I looked at the kids hoping they wouldn't ask me anything too bad. Considering my luck, however, I braced myself. They were going to ask me something and I couldn't lie. I learnt that after loosing my finger. Somehow they just knew if I was telling the truth or not.

"Would you ever kill someone for your own gain?" The girl asked.

My heart pounded. 'I would kill you if it meant this nightmare would end.' I thought. Quickly I realised that I had answered the question without thinking about it.

"Yes." I answered.

The boy seemed to smile. He left the room and came back with a knife. He dropped it between my legs and cocked his head to the side. His smile more prominent.

"Then do it." He urged.

I frowned at him. "Just hold on now. That's not how this works."

I had had to get a grip on this game quickly. my understanding of it was very little, but being stuck in this "Truth or Dare" loop I learnt a lot of things quickly. It wasn't my turn anymore, but I knew that when my turn came again I would have to choose dare and this boy will dare me to kill someone.

The boy stepped back from me and huffed. "You're right. Stupid rules."

I had to get out of here fast. I had to break this loop before my turn came again. But... I didn't know how.
