The ride to the hospital wasn't long since the cafe was situated near the city. The traffic was heavy but Zhao Lei knew every road in the city so he knew what road to take to make it quick for them.

He already made a call to the hospital so when they arrived nurses are waiting outside with a stretcher. They helped carry Wang to the ztretcher before rushing inside followed by Xiao Zhan and Zhao Lei.

"Will he be okay?"

"Don't worry Zhan. Even though we haven't known him for long, I'm sure he's a fighter - I mean he survived a fall off a small cliff so I'm sure he'll be okay." Zhao Lei assured his friend who's right leg kept fidgeting, he was also biting his nails - a habit he got whenever he's anxious and worried.

"I'm sorry Lei. Its Wang's first day at the cafe and yet this happened all of a sudden. Instead of helping the others we are here in the hospital."

"Zhan. His health and safety is more valuable than my cafe right now. You did well cleaning his injuries and wrapping them but he needs real medical attention, and I'm actuallt surprised the pain only kicked in today instead of yesterday. Just pray, okay. He'll be safe."

They waited for about an hour before a nurse came and took them to the room Wang was placed.

"Umm miss how is he?"

"The patient is fine now. The injuries in the body aren't severe but the head has caused severe damaged that caused him to lose his memory."

She brought them to room 0810. When she opened the door they saw Wang wrapped in bandages peacefully sleeping. His head was wrapped nicely.

"He's still sleeping so please be quiet. Press the botton beside the bed in case something happens. Also we'll need someone to stay and look after him at all times."

"I'll do it." Xiao Zhan softly said as his eyes are glued to the sleeping boy on the bed.

"Alright Zhan I'll go buy some food for you before heading back."

"Thank you very much Lei."

Zhao Lei didn't reply and just ruffled Xiao Zhan's already messy hair.

Xiao Zhan have been fidgeting a lot as he watched Wang sleeping peacefully. He would sometimes play with his fingers or brush his hair away from his face.

It's been a full 5 hours now and Wang is still unconscious. The silence of the room gave Xiao Zhan plenty of time to think about things epsecially the events with finding an injured Wang.

The only information about the unconscious man was the card and a wallet carrying two black cards and a lot of cash. Though the money was tempting Xiao Zhan didn't dare take anything from it.

Over just the span of 4 days crazy things already happened. He found a nearly dead body in his home, nursed and treated his wounds and even asked his friend to let him work in the cafe. He did all this for a stranger who he only knew by the given name Wang.

What more will he do for this unknown man?

Wang Yibo groaned eyes squinting at the lights as he slowly opened his eyes. All he saw was white, white ceiling, walls, curtains, sheets and a sleeping Xiao Zhan hunched over the bed. A blanket was over his shoulder to keep him warm.

"Zhan?" He murmured as he watched the sleeping boy. He slowly caressed the side of Xiao Zhan's face, slowly he saw how Xiao Zhan's scrunched up face slowly ease as if the touch made the bad dreams go away.

"Wang! You're awake." Zhao Lei said in surprised as he entered the room. He came earlier but both were still asleep so he went out to buy them some breakfast.

"Shh." Wang Yibo said as he continued caressing Xiao Zhan's hair. This made Zhao Lei smile at the simple yet cute gesture Wang was doing to Xiao Zhan.

"Okay. I'll be quiet. Now here, I bought you and Zhan some breakfast since I know how bland hospital food is-"

"How long?"

"What?"

"Zhan."

Zhao Lei gave a puzzled look. He didn't know what Wang was talking about but after looking at Xiao Zhan then back at Wang he finally figured out what he meant.

"Oh you mean how long was Zhan here, right?"

Wang Yibo gave a nod. He felt relieve that Zhao Lei is very smart to easily get what he meant with only a few words.

"Well. Zhan volunteeted to watch over you yesterday. I told him that we could hire a nurse to look after yoi but he didn't agree, he wanted to be the one to look after you so he stayed by your side. I only visited last night to bring him some clothes and food since I can't really stay."

After that Zhao Lei awkwardly began taking out the food he bought. Wang didn't talk to him anymore and just kept on petting the still sleeping Xiao Zhan. He would mess up his hair then fix it or poke his cheek lightly to not wake him up.

Even Zhao Lei was surprised that Xiao Zhan hadn't woken up yet considering that he's a very light sleeper. But now looking at it he can see bags under Xiao Zhan's eyes, he must've been up all night watching over Wang.

"Alright Wang I'll move Xhan to the couch so he won't get body pain from sleeping in that position. After that you eat."

Carefully, Zhao Lei carried Xiao Zhan to the couch near Wang's bed. He gently laid him doen and covered him with the blanket before going to the small table where he placed the meal he bought for Wang. He then placed it infront of Wang before taking a sit on the chair Xiao Zhan was previously sleeping.

"So.... Wang do you remember anything? I mean from what happened to you. Why you were found all injured and bruised up near Zhan's house?"

Wang Yibo gave him a blank look. He barely remembered the accident, what more with the previous events after that. He didn't even know why he got into that accident and found nearly dying.

"Okay. I get it. You got amnesia, but how long will that last. Xhan can't always take care of you, you know. But on the bright side you are a big help for him. He won't be having trouble moving aroynd much with you helping him. Anyways I'll get going now since I still have to talk to Zoey."

With that Zhao Lei left Wang and a sleeping Xiao Zhan alone.
