"I was expecting you two to already finished the tour but guess not." Jiyang muttered as he placed a plate full spaghetti and some chicken before sitting beside his daughter and son.

They had arrived earlier with the two new additions to their family. Two half american half chinese kids that Jiyang had been eyeing even before they thought of adopting them. Wang Yi-er and Wang Zheng, 4 yrs old twins.

"Yeah sorry about that. I got excited with the library and wanted to read for a bit but Yibo hear had to lull me to sleep by coming my hair gently. But we still have the rest of the afternoon."

Xiao Zhan said as he eyed Yue who shyly waved at him. The cute gesture made him chuckle before he reached over and lightly pinch her chubby cheeks.

"Ah you're such a cutie. Anyways I was a bit surprise when you came home with them. I thought you guys were just finalizing things?"

"Well yeah but turns of this guy," Jiyang jabbed Haoxuan on his ribs making the latter winced, "got too excited that he actually finished some of papers already so we only needed to do a few more things and the center allowed us to take our kids to their new home."

"Then why don't we celebrate this. Maybe a barbeque and pool party?" Xiao Zhan suggested making the twins gasp as their eyes twinkled with excitedness.

"Guess we can't say no to that now." Haoxuan smirked as he gestured to his twins before looking at Yibo.

"Since that's the case I better start making the foods."

"I'll help you with that. I can do the dessert and drinks."

Both Xiao Zhan and Jiyang stood up with their half finished food in hand as they headed to the kitchen, both immerse in what food to make.

"Then that leaves us to who we'll invite and the only ones I can actually invite are Yubin and Jiyang's bestfriend Bo Wen."

"I don't have many friends except for ou two but I'll be inviting Zhan's friends over." Yibo muttered before standing up with his empty plate and going after the twowho's now taking out everything they need.

"Zhan I'll be leaving for a bit but I'll be back before the party starts."

"Oh...okay. also can you please buy some gifts for the twins preferably something they can use for a long time." Xiao Zhan said before he gave Yibo a kiss on the cheek as he takes the empty plate and ushered him out.

"Be safe on the road." xiao Zhan didn't forget to warn him since it reminded him of how he actually met Yibo. And how he was running away from people who wanted to kill him.

The worry evident in Xiao Zhan's eyes made Yibo's heart warmed with intense love. To lessen his lover's worry he pulled him to an embrace giving his left ear a quick kiss before kissing his lips and forehead.

"Don't worry Zhan my father had sent some of his men to accompany me wherever I go, you've seen them already. The man driving us here was one of those men." Yibo tightened his hug before letting go, he peck Zhan's forehead one more time before leaving.

Once he was gone Xiao Zhan finall let out the breath he had been holding. Now that Yibo's memories are back and he'll soon go back to help his father the dangers will only rise even more.

The very thought of Yibo getting into another accident made his heart spike as fear crept within him. He couldn't think of it but the dread was there.

"Dn't worry Zhan. Just as Yibo said Mr. Wang's men won't let their young master die. And I doubt Mr. Wang would want a repeat of nearly losin his only son." Jiyang said as he ease some of the fear Xiao Zhan was feeling but it was only half of it.

The occasional biting of nails made it too obvious that Xiao Zhan is very much worried. This made Jiyang sih before he pressed a button in the counter and a small tablet like device popped out.

He pressed a few more buttons before a map appeared with a red dot.

"See that red moving dot, that's Yibo and the green dots around him are the men sent to protect him. Now you can relax and take a look at this once in a while."

Xiao Zhan smiled gratefully at Jiyang before they resumed their task with him staring occasionally at the screen. He was thankful for Jiyang cause if he kept worrying he might not get his job done before the party starts.

He gave his cheeks a quick slap before focusing on the batter he was making. He wanted to make fruit muffins and some healthy desserts and drinks to accompanythe barbeque Jiyang is preparing. Though aside from barbeque Jiyang also asked Haoxuan to buy them some cake for the twins and order pizza.

By the time evening came the large table was already set at the backyard with extra small tables and chairs. A large grill was at the side near the entrance and a few floaties are in the pool.

Xiao Zhan and Jiyang had made quite a lot of food from spaghetti to too many kinds of meet and lots of desserts as well as 8 large boxes of pizza and three large tubs of ice cream which is the twins doing.

A few guest have already arrived which are Yubin and Bo Wen. Jiyang had introduced the two to Xiao Zhan who happily interacted with them clearly forgetting his worries of Yibo.

They headed to the backyard where the twins are already having fun swimming with Haoxuan.

"It's nice seeing this house finally lively." Bo Wen said making Xiao Zhan turn to him with a questioning look.

"What do you mean by that?"

Bo Wen and Yubin gave each other a look before smiling towards Xiao Zhan, "I'm sure you know about Haoxuan and Jiyang being the only friend Yibo has so this house is usually empty or it's only Jiyang and Haoxuan present while Yibo tends to stay at his condo."

"It's basically always gloomy and empty here but with the twins and you adding to the family things have already started to change." Jiyang added to help poor Xiao Zhan who still looks a bit confused.

After that they began talking about other things as they waited for the rest of the guest.
