A month had passed and Yibo spent those days showering Xiao Zhan with love. He took him to places he had never been to before and even gifted him with a prostetic leg.

Though it took a while to convince Xiao Zhan to take it and it took more to get used to but now Xiao Zhan can walk without the crutches or having Yibo constantly stay by his side to catch him when he fell.

It was an amazing experience for Xiao Zhan as his wish to finally walk without support has finally happened. He can walk around normally but running is still not on the list since he is still new to it.

To add to Yibo's already wonderful gift he gave him a set of twin puppies both males, one was white with a few black spots on his ear, chest, from paws and tail while the other is black with a few white spots on his snout, ear, chest, back, front and back paws as well as the tail.

And to top it all Yibo announced that he will be working with Zhao Lei once he gets back home. Since Zhao Lei's dream was to own a big restaurant it was a great deal. The workers will still be the same as Yibo hired them all to work with him.

"Yibo come on already. Tell me where you're taking me." Xiao Zhan whined as he tried to get Yibo to spill where they are heading to.

It was early that morning when Yibo woked him up and dragged him to a car waiting for them. It had already been an hour already but Yibo isn't budging no matter how much Xiao Zhan tried by acting cute.

"Just sleep. We still have 20 minutes left before we arrive." Yibo said with a slight smirk making Xiao Zhan sulk even more.

But nonetheless he followed Yibo's words and slowly fell asleep. His head landed softly on Yibo's shoulder.

Xiao Zhan woke up with a jolt as the car skidded to a stop. They were in the middle of the forest and up ahead stood a huge Mansion.

"Wow!" Xiao Zhan exclaimed as Yibo helped him out of the car.

"Like it?"

"Like it? I love it. Is this Mansion yours?" Xiao Zhan asked as he began walking around. They were still at the gate and the walk to the door of the mansion is a long way but Xiao Zhan didn't mind the distance since he can properly walk now.

"This is a gift from my late mother. She specifically ordered this Mansion to be built in this land which she inherited from my Grandmother."

"Wow. Such big house this is. But who'll live in it besides you?" Xiao Zhan asked he moved towards the perfectly shaped trees that lines up each side of the dirt road. He walked with a slight skip in his steps as he happily scanned the beautiful plants.

"My friends live here since I don't usually go here."

"I'm surprise you had friends since you have a pretty nasty reputation of being cold, heartless and mean. Well atleast that's what I heard but seeing is far better than just believing such words."

Yibo sighed since what Xiao Zhan said was true. To others he was cold, and heartless; ruthless even but Wang Haoxuan and Song Jiyang are different.

They had been with him for years and had witness the hardships he went through especially when his mother died.

"Sorry if I said something upsetting it's just that I have always heard of your reputation for years now."

"It's fine. Haoxuan and Jiyang have a bit of a history with me so yeah they have been my friends for quite a long time."

"Well I'm glad you have friends, atleast I now know that the man I love isn't really heartless at all since he fell inlove with someone like me." Yibo's cheeks turned bright red from Xiao Zhan's words as the latter gave a loud laugh at his reaction.

"Now tour me around your home Yibo." Xiao Zhan extended his right hand and waited for Yibo to take it and once he did they continued walking. Talking about how the mansion came to be and why in the forest of all places.

It took them a while of walking before they finally reach the stairs leading to the entrance of the mansion which is a double door already open with Wang Haoxuan and Song jiyang waiting with smiles on their faces. The two hurried down the steps to give Yibo and Xiao Zhan a hug.

"FInally the master of the house has returned." Haoxuan said in a sarcastic way making Yibo glare at him playfully, but nonetheless he still hugged his friend back which is another shocking thing considering Yibo had never returned a hug Haoxuan gives him.

Jiyang gave the two a gentle smile before turning to Xiao Zhan who awkwardly fiddled with his fingers out of nervousness,  "You must be Xiao Zhan, I'm Jiyang and that loud mouth over there is my fiancee Haoxuan."

"Oh nice to meet you. Yibo had told me that you and Haoxuan are his friends."

They gave each other a smile before Jiyang helped him get up the stairs until they reach the top with the two behind them still bickering.

"So how do you like the mansion?"

"It's great and I kinda fell inlove with the frontyard with lots of flowers." Xiao Zhan said excitedly as he took a glance at the garden infront of them.

Jiyang laughed at that, "Wait till you see the backyard of this mansion." he then turned to look at his bestfriend and fiancee before turning back to Xiao Zhan.

"Why don't we ditch those two so I could tour you around?" Jiyang suggested and Xiao Zhan was just about to nod when he was snatched away by Yibo who gave Jiyang a glare before pulling Xiao Zhan inside.

"That kid and his possessiveness."Jiyang could only sigh while his fiancee snickered beside him as they followed the two to the living room.
