Yibo, silently followed the two making sure he's out of sight. The apple trails he made was actually leading to a beautiful place he stumbled upon one night when he couldn't sleep.

The place was so amazing that he wanted to bring Xiao Zhan here and now was the right time for that. Little Apple began slowing down as they neared their destination. 

Yibo was not far behind, hiding behind a huge tree and making no sound since with Xiao Zhan being blindfolded again so he can only rely on his sense of hearing. Any sound made aside from Little Apple might panic him.

After a while the apple trail finally stopped. And Yibo decided to slowly approach.

"Little Apple what's going on? Why did you stop?" Xiao Zhan asked as he was about to take the blindfold off but a somewhat cold hand grabbed his before he could touch the fabric.

Yibo slowly brought Xiao Zhan's hand down before he took the task of taking the blindfold off. He watched as Xiao Zhan slowly opened his eyes wincing a bit as his eyes began to adjust.

Infront of them was a huge lake. Situated a few miles away from Xiao Zhan's home.

"What the....." Yibo smiled when he heard Xiao Zhan's words.

"I'm guessing you haven't been here before?"

"Nope. I don't really wander around here. Especially since I live alone and Little Apple won't be of much help of I get into an accident here. No one would find me here." Xiao Zhan hummed as he looked at his surroundings.

The lake was surrounded by lush trees and he could even see a deer at the other side drinking silently.

"This is beautiful. How did you find this place Yibo?"

"I found it by accident."

"By accident?" Xiao Zhan questioned.

"I couldn't sleep so I took a walk." Yibo asnwered as he slowly helped Xiao Zhan get down from Little Apple. He gave the crutches he'd been carrying the whole time to Xiao Zhan.

"You shouldn't be taking walks at night. Especially since there are wild animals here. I can't even leave Little Apple outside at night in fear of waking up the next day to find her missing." Xiao Zhan began looking around. Smiling as he saw a red fox swiftly running away once spotted.

He then fixated his gaze on a blanket with two baskets resting on it. He turned his gaze to Yibo who's ears are starting to turn red.

"Don't tell me you kidnapped me from work to have a picnic? And you even got Lei on board with this." Yibo just gave him a shrug before taking his hand and pulling him towards the blanket.

Once Xiao Zhan was carefully seated Yibo took out the contents of the basket. Different sweets that Yibo made himself were placed infront of Xiao Zhan along with other foods. And Yibo's main dish being a carbonara with bacon.

"Did you make all this?"

"Hm. Maria helped me a bit but I made all of it."

After that they ate happily. Chatting about anything that comes in their minds. Then Yibo took Xiao Zhan in the lake for a swim. They spent the rest of the day playing around and goofing off.

"Yibo will you still treat me nicely once your memory comes back? " Xiao Zhan asked out of the blue.

The question had already been in his mind for a while now. He just wanted an answer so his mind would stop bugging him. He even had a nightmare about Yibo leaving him and treating him like a nobody.

"I would never forget someone who has helped me greatly and didn't leave me in that tree to die." Yibo said as he gently hugged Xiao Zhan.

"Glad to hear that." Xiao Zhan smiled, content with that answered as he watched the lake. "Right did you perhaps remembered anything from that night or anything about yourself?"

Yibo stayed silent after hearing that. He was contemplating on whether to tell the truth or not. Either way Xiao Zhan will still notice the changes in him as he already remembered who he truly is.

"I-I already remembered everything." Yibo stuttered afraid Xiao Zhan might get mad at him for hiding that fact.

But he was thrown aback at Xiao Zhan's reaction as he leaned towards him with a smile.

"Really! Then what's your whole name?"

"Will you treat me differently if you know who I truly am?" It came out as a whisper as Yibo avoided Xiao Zhan's eyes.

"Yibo you have greatly helped me a lot and I'm greatful for that. Without you I would've probably died when I drowned. I could never treat you differently cause I trust you Yibo." Xiao Zhan said with a smile on his face. He meant every word he said.

That gave Yibo a bit of confidence to tell who he truly is. The very thought Xiao Zhan trusting him was enough to convince him not to be afraid.

"I'm Wang Yibo." Yibo said before lowering his head.

"The Wang Yibo, the one who's missing and the heir to Wang Empire?" Xiao Zhan said shocked at such revelation. He had a hunch though but he never thought his hunch was right. Never in a million years would he have though that the Yibo he knew and helped is the heir of the whole Wang Empire.

"Yes."

Instead of saying anything more Xiao Zhan let out a giggle before hugging Yibo tightly.

"Don't feel down about it. I don't really care who you are now. The Yibo I met is kind and helpful unlike the rumors I've heard or are those rumors true?" Xiao Zhan asked with a playful tone.

"They are true but you changed me." Yibo smiled as he made Xiao Zhan sit on his lap straddling him.

"So to sum that up you're only kind to me?" the giggle Xiao Zhan made brought a wide smile on Yibo's face. His eyes lovingly watched Xiao Zhan giggle about it. It was true though. He's only kind to his Zhan and no one else...well besides Maria.

"Mm."
