Misha's POV:

After three days,

Everything was going good that day until Aunty said that, me and Varun should think of having a baby now. In others case they love this sentence but now I have started to hate it because whenever someone says this, Varun gets very uncomfortable and that leads him to stop talking with me. That's not my fault, I'm not the one saying that I want baby but still Varun stops talking to me.

I loved the necklace he gave me and wished to wear it right away but then I decided to preserve it for some special occasion. Today morning when I went to Varun's room, I again saw him looking at Tanvi's picture, which made me remind that I have a work to do and that is to find out what she wanted to tell Varun. As Dadi, uncle, aunty and Arya are home,  I'm always busy in some work or another and if there isn't any work, They make me sit with them for chit-chatting.

As Varun said, The picture she took was out of a cake shop, so I guess I should start from there. I opened Tanvi's picture which she posted before her accident and saw it's back ground. I remember the cake shop has this design outside their gate, so yeah, the picture was taken outside the shop. why must have she went there? Janvi, I should go and ask her.

"Hi, Are you busy?" I asked as I went to her room.

"Too formal, aren't we?" She asked and rolled her eyes.

"I want to ask you something." I said as she signalled me to continue.

"I know we talked about this already but I discovered something new now. Varun said that Tanvi went to a cake shop and the picture she posted was taken out there, do you know the possible reason why she must have went there?"

"Bhabhi went to a cake shop? Varun never said this to us." She replied. oh no, I shouldn't have said his name here.

"What happened bhabhi? Why are you asking all this questions? and how did you talk to Varun about this?" She asked in a panicked voice.

"Janvi chill, there's nothing to worry about. Promise me that you won't tell this to anyone." I asked as she promised immediately.

"I'm curious to know about her accident because I discovered something. I will tell you everything once I find out." I lied.

"What is it?" She asked again.

"I don't to spread any rumors, I promise I will tell you everything if I find the truth, until then, please don't tell anyone." I replied.

"So, do you know, why she must have went there?"

"I don't know. As far as I know, it wasn't anyone's birthday or any other celebration on that day. At least Tanvi Bhabhi didn't tell anything like that to us, she just said that she has some work and went away." Janvi replied.

"I shouldn't ask this because none of you were in that state of mind but did you find any cake in her car?"

"I... I guess no, there wasn't any cake. Firstly the car was badly damaged and secondly, I don't think there was any cake. We didn't even recovered her mobile." She replied.

"Yeah. I know about the mobile thing, Are you sure there wasn't any cake?" I asked again. I felt very bad for asking all this questions to her but there's no one whom I can ask.

"Yes but if you want you can ask dad because he was the one who handled all the police related matter." She suggested. no, I can't involve dad in this.

"It's ok. I trust you. I will see what I can do further. Don't worry." I assured her and left from there. I was so confused on what to do further, I wished to go to that cake shop to see if I can find something but had to wait because I had a lot of work in home.

"Are you free today?" Varun asked as he entered kitchen. man, I'm always free for you, you just had to tell.

"Yes, why?"

"Dadi wants to have dinner in her favourite restaurant, so I thought maybe we should all go there today." He answered.

"I would love too, I'm ready."

"Ok. Thanks." He replied and turned to leave however he stopped at looked at me again.

"Is everything ok? You look tense." nothing is ok but how am I even going to tell you?

"Yes, I'm ok." I replied.

"Ok. If you are tired, go and rest." He suggested and went out. If I'm supposed to have dinner with them, I will have to go and come early.

After I completed all the work I came out of the kitchen and saw Varun happily playing with isha. I wish this happiness stays with him forever. I got ready, informed mom that I have some work and went to that cake shop. I don't know why but I was shaking the moment I reached there.

Taking slow steps, I entered the shop. The lady greeted me very sweetly and asked what you I like to have. I told the reason why I was here however, It was just waste of time because, the owner said that they do have cameras in their shop but they don't have the record of last year. I was very disappointed, the only hope I had, faded completely. As I went out of the shop, I saw the same back ground as Tanvi's picture. what will I do now?

Varun's POV:

After two days,

"Did you talk to Misha?" Mom asked as I came back home.

"No, not yet. I went to her room today morning but she was sleeping." I knew she wasn't sleeping, she was just acting. I don't know what has happened to her but she has been ignoring everyone, especially me since past two days. I tried talking to her, Janvi, Mom and everyone else did but she is not ready to speak. Yesterday she was out of the house for whole day and the day before that, she went to her parents house as what she said but I saw her with Karthik.

"I'm very scared Varun. What must have happened to her?" Mom asked.

"Don't worry mom, we will find out." I assured her. I don't know what it is, I don't even know how I'm going to find out but I should, before the things get out of hand.

"Did she came out of her room?" I asked and came to know that she did went out of the house this afternoon and came back home crying. Even I'm worried now.

It all happened the day, we were supposed to go for dinner. Misha said that she has some work and so she went out, she returned soon though and what happened after that is something I can't take out of my mind.

(Flash back)

"Bhabhi, can I get for phone, I want to take yesterday's pictures." Arya asked as Misha immediately handed her phone to Arya. Since the moment I went to ask her about the dinner she looked disturbed however now she looked more sad. I wished to go and ask her the same but I was feeding Isha, so I decided to do it later.

Misha silently went to her room and came back after few minutes.

"Mom, do you need any help?" She asked.

"Bhabhi, someone named Karthik has sent you 15 messages." Arya said and showed the mobile to her.

"It's ok. Leave." She said and was about to go upstairs but stopped in middle and turned back to look at Arya. She looked very shocked this time.

"Bhabhi, 5 more messages." Arya said. Without wasting a second Misha went towards her and took her phone. She swiped in her phone as her eyes grew wider and then she practically ran out of the house. Janvi asked her what happened, however she just replied that she will tell it later.

(Flash back ends)

We didn't went to dinner because Dadi got little sick and also Misha was not home. When she returned, everyone asked what happened and why she ran away like that. She made a excuse saying that Karthik fell down and broke his leg, she was worried and so she went away. Everyone believed it, even I did but when I saw her with Karthik a day before yesterday, I realized that she was lying. but why?

I went to my room and got fresh. I had a lot of work in office, now a days, even Aarav decides to skip all the meetings just because he can't face his ex-girlfriend again. I have told him innumerous times not to run away from her but he never listens.

I came downstairs and sat with everyone.

"What has happened to Misha?" Uncle asked.

"She is sick." I lied. He didn't ask anything after that and so I was a little relaxed until Arya came running downstairs.

"Why are you so happy?" Aunty asked.

"Because it's a good news, you will be happy as well." Arya replied very happily as Aunty told her to continue, before she could say anything, even Misha came downstairs.

"Misha bhabhi is pregnant." She announced. what the hell!

"What? Do you even know what are you talking about?" Janvi snapped at her.

"Of course, I just read her report. It's 100% positive." She announced and came in front of me.

"You are going to father. I'm so happy for you." Arya said and hugged me. I was angry, what Arya said was rubbish. I looked at Misha for explaination but looked away once our eyes met.

"Are you?" Dadi asked her with very hopeful eyes. No dadi, She can't be pregnant with my child but if not mine, then whose??
