Amanda's POV:

"Well then, I'll finish preparing dinner, you guys can hang out in Christian's room." Mrs Matthews said

"Oh you want some help Mrs Matthews?" I asked

"Oh no dear, I'll be fine, and please we've been through this loads of times, call me Veronica." She said with a smile on her face.

"Alright then, we'll be heading up now." I said

"Cmon guys, let's go." I said to the twins as me and Christian placed them down on their feet and ran up the stairs surprisingly not falling down.

"Let's go Mandy." He said and pulled my arm and practically dragged me up the stairs and into his room to see the twins jumping in his bed. How did they even know that this was his room?

"How did they even know this was my room?" Christian said voicing my thoughts.

"Honestly, I don't even know." I said and let out a laugh.

"Alright, cmon guys get down, you might hurt yourselves." I said and walked over to them.

"But we don't wanna stop, this is so much fun!" Ashton exclaimed jumping up and down.

"Ashton, Ashley, down, now." I demanded, they immediately stopped and sat still on the bed looking down on their laps.

Christian's POV:

Amanda taking charge was- not gonna lie, totally hot. She made the kids stop jumping immediately, it was like she was so used to this and it came to her naturally. She'd make a good mom that's for sure.

"We're sorry Amanda." The two little kids said which made Amanda sigh.

"It's alright, I didn't mean to be so harsh, I just don't want my babies to get hurt." She said pulling them in a hug. Amanda seems to really care about the twins and I adore her for that, she seems so responsible and in control of everything. The way Amanda called them her babies makes me think of our children- woah wait hold up! Did I just say our children?!

"Hey, you okay Chris?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Amanda.

"Hmm what?"

"I said are you okay? I've been trying to get your attention for like 3 minutes, you seem deep in thought." She explained, oh oops.

"Oh, sorry, I was just thinking about some stuff." I said

"Well do you wanna talk about it?"

"Uhmm maybe some other time." I said with a reassuring smile

"Well alright then, what do you wanna do?" She asked

"I don't really care what we do as long as I'm with you." I blurted out, I mentally slapped myself after realizing what I said. I looked at Amanda to see her cheeks flushed.

"Uhmm well, how about you guys? What do you wanna do?" I asked the twins completely ignoring what I said just a few minutes ago.

Amanda'a POV:

"Well alright then, what do you wanna do?" I asked him

"I don't really care what we do as long as I'm with you." He said, did I just hear that right? Did he really say that? I felt my cheeks flush, how the heck do I escape this situation?

"Uhmm well, how about you guys? What do you wanna do?" Christian asked completely ignoring what he said earlier. Did he really say that? Did he mean it? Gosh, so many thoughts are running through my head, ugh.

"We wanna watch Disney!" Ashley shouted

"Yeah we wanna watch Disney!" Ashton seconded

"Alright then, is Rapunzel okay with you guys?" Christian asked the two of them and they eagerly nodded their heads.

"That alright with you Mandy?" He asked looking at me

"Yeah, of course, I'm alright with that." I said forcing out a smile.

"Alright then, let's watch." He said putting on Netflix and playing Rapunzel.

We reached halfway through the movie before someone knocked on the door.

"Come in!" Christian yelled and Veronica walked in.

"Hey guys, dinner's rea- oh you guys look so cute." She said, I quickly looked at our position and we were in. Ashley was on my right with my arms around her, Christian was on my left with Ashton beside him with his arm around him protectively, while I was leaning on him.

"You guys look so adorable." She said, I quickly sat up and felt my cheeks flush.

"Mom" Christian whined

"Oh hush, I went up here to tell you that dinner was ready."

"Okay Mom, we'll be down in a minute." He said, Veronica nodded her head and walked out.

"I'm sorry about her." Christian said while scratching the back of his neck.

"Oh it's alright, I think it's cute of her." I said with a smile, he looked embarrassed and I find it cute. Wait, did I just call him cute? Well...I'd be lying if I said he's not. He's actually quite hot, okay, totally hot! But he's my best friend, and we just made up.

"Sissy, I'm hungry." I heard my little brother whine.

"Oh right, c'mon let's go" Christian said carrying Ashton in his arms and ran out which made me and Ashley laugh.

"C'mon sweetie, let's go." I said taking her hand and walking out and went downstairs to the kitchen.

"Oh there you are." Veronica said walking towards me and Ashley.

"Hey, you hungry little one?" She asked Ashley who nodded her head.

"Alright, let's get some food in you."

"Yay!" Ashely cheered and tried to climb the stool which made me laugh, she's so cute.

"Here let me help you sweetie." I said and lifted her on the stool and sat beside her, I saw Veronica smiling at me.

"You and the twins' relationship make my heart soar. You're so responsible me kind hearted, I'm very proud of you Amanda." She said with a smile, hearing that she and Mrs Ferguson are proud of me makes me really happy. Both Veronica and Mrs Ferguson are close friends with my mom and hearing them say that they're proud of me makes me wanna do more stuff and push myself to be better.
