Amanda's POV:

"Thanks for bringing us back home Christian, I really appreciate it." I smiled

"Of course, I wouldn't want anything to happen to you guys." He said and returned the smile

"Well we have to go now, thanks again Christian." I said and walked to the front door as the twins waved bye to Christian.

"Is Aunt Lucy here?" Ashley asked, I crouched down to her level and looked in her eyes. I held her cheek and gave her a smile.

"No sweetie, Aunt Lucy isn't here. Remember, it's the weekend, meaning that we have two days without her." I said, she smiled back and wrapped her little arms around my neck.

"I love you Sissy." I smiled as I wrapped my arms around her tiny body.

"I love you too Ashley, I love you both so much, I would never let anything happen to you guys." I said and pulled Ashton in the hug.

"Now go upstairs and play, I have to do some homework." I said and pulled away from the hug.

"Okay Sissy" They both said and bolted upstairs.

"Be careful, you might trip." I yelled, I shook my head and laugh.

"Crazy kids" I mumbled to myself.

I looked over to the wall and saw a picture of me, Mom, and Dad. This was when I was 10, and the twins were probably 2 at the time. It was just me, Mom, and Dad. The twins were sleeping at the time in their crib and so Mom, Dad, and I decided to take a picture. I miss them so much, I really never got to know what they died of, I didn't even get to say my goodbyes to them. We didn't have a funeral for them, I don't know why. I just want to honor them, and surround them with people who love them, but no, I'm not able to do that.

I sighed and heard my phone ringing. I looked at the caller I.D and saw that it was Mrs Ferguson. I wonder why she's calling. I got my phone and answered it.

"Hello?"

"Amanda, dear, we've got a problem."

"What is it Mrs Ferguson?" I asked

"Well I can't take care of the twins tonight. Something came up and Daniel still has work and so meaning that I have to bring Matt with me." She explained

"It's alright Mrs Ferguson, I'll find someone else to take care of the twins." I reassured

"Oh thank you dear, I really am sorry." She said

"It's alright Mrs Ferguson, you and little Matt stay safe, okay?"

"Yes, okay, thank you Amanda." She said

"Alright Mrs Ferguson, bye."

"Bye Amanda" She said and hung up

Great, now what am I gonna do?

I stated thinking of who of could possibly ask to take care of the twins. Obviously I can't leave them here, alone. Who the heck can take care of 8 year olds over night? Ugh this is frustrating. Suddenly, an idea popped in my head.

I got my phone and dialed the number.

"Hello?"

"I need your help!" I exclaimed

"Miss me already Mandy?" He joked

"In your dreams Chris." Yes, I called Christian.

"So what do you need Mandy?"

"I need to ask you for a huge favor." I said

"And that is?"

"I need you to babysit the twins while I go to work."

"Oh alright, that'll be fun."

"Alright, so can you pick them up after dinner?" I asked

"Sure Mandy, I'll be there after dinner."

"Thank you so much Chris, I owe you!"

"It's alright Mandy, after all, I owe you a lot." His voice sounding serious, well it's true though, he does owe me a lot.

"Well yeah I guess that's true, well I gotta go." I said

"Alright Mandy, see you later, maybe I can drive you to work later?" He asked

"Thank you Chris, I appreciate it, see you later." I said

"See you later Mandy, bye."

"Bye Chris" I said and hung up, now that that's settled, I need to do my home work. I walked up the stairs and walked in my room. I got my backpack and took out my History notes, let the torture begin.

After doing my homework, I looked out and saw that it was getting dark. I looked at the time and saw that it was already 6:30, did I take that long to do homework? Jeez, I wonder what the twins did this entire time. I stood and stretched my muscles and walked out of my room and went to the twins' room to see them watching TV.

"Hi Sissy, are you finally done with homework?" Ashton asked

"Yeah, I'm finally done." I sighed and walked over to the bean bags and plopped myself on it.

"High school sucks." I said and they just laughed at me.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you guys something." I said

"What is it?" Ashley asked

"Mrs Ferguson isn't available and so I asked another person to take care of you guys."

"Who?"

"I asked Christian and he agreed, so you guys are spending the night at his again." I explained

"Yay! We get to hang out with Chrisy!" Ashely cheered

"Chrisy?" I asked

"Yeah, it's my nickname for Christian, he said it was alright." She said and I just kept in my laugh, I'm definitely teasing him with that.

"Alright, well I'm gonna go pack up your stuff." I said and stood up. I walked over to their dresser and got a backpack big enough to fit both of their clothes and other stuff. I finished packing their stuff in about 15 minutes, I figured it was time to start dinner.

"Hey guys, I'm gonna cook dinner alright." I said to the twins, they both nodded their heads and focused on the TV. I laughed and shook my head, they love their cartoons.

I walked downstairs to the kitchen and made their favourite, Mac n Cheese. I didn't really want to eat so I just prepared enough for the two of them. After preparing their food, I went back up to their room to tell them that dinner was ready. I popped my head in their room and saw them on my phone. I guess I must've left it there.

"Hey guys, what ya doing with my phone?" I asked, their heads snapped in my direction and saw Ashley hide my phone behind her.

"Ashley, I saw you hide my phone behind you." I smirked, she pouted and took out my phone from behind her.

"Fine, we heard your phone ringing and saw that it was Chrisy."

"So we answered it."

"You guys are so sneaky, what did Chrisy need?" I asked

"He said he's on his way." Ashley said

"Alright, well dinner's ready, and after dinner you guys are heading to Christian's house, okay?" I said, they both nodded their heads and stood up running past me and tossing me my phone.

"Slow down!" I yelled, gosh kids these days.
