Aiden gives me these strange vibes for some reason. The way he looks at me is as if he knew me, maybe I'm just over reacting. I'm gonna slid that way and concentrate on his looks, like damn he's just smoken' hot, he's got these beautiful green eyes, that sharp jaw line can cut you, he also had a ear ring that complemented his looks and his lips, dang so plump I wonder how they feel- nope nope no such thoughts Ray.

"Hey I'm Aiden Floyd, nice to meet you." He smiled and held his hand out. I was so mesmerised by his looks I totally forgot what to do, then he awkwardly clears his throat which brought me back into my senses.

"Ah...um I-I'm Ray Claxton." I stammered as I shook hands with him, dang, how I wish I could control my hormones. 

"Okay everyone get ready we're about to open" It was Mrs Johnson. As soon as she said that everyone started getting ready, Grace called me to the lockers and gave me my apron. I was asked to stay at the counter and help the cashier who was Jake.

My shift ended at 3 and I still had about 2 hours and all I had to do was count the money and keep them in the drawer and say "Come again" to all customers. Its was interesting at first but then it became boring as time passed.

"Hey Ray could you please take care of this? I got a text from boss, brb!" Jake said and ran off. I sighed and to the place of the cashier. As soon as Jake left, a man in his thirties approached me, I had observed that he had been staring at me for a while now, I shrugged it off since Grace told me I was gonna have to face such creeps at least once while at work.

"Hey, you don't seem to be busy so could we talk" that man asked as he came forward, I got a little uncomfortable but since the place was very crowded it is less likely that he was gonna do anything to me.

"Aa...umm." I hesitated a little.

"What's your name?" The man asked as he leaned on the counter.

I had to think fast, obviously I wasn't stupid to give my name, "Lily" I said.

Then the smirked and said, "Don't lie."

"Huh?"

"Your name is Ray." He said, well that caught me a little of guard, but I had to keep my calm and not create a scene.

"If you knew then why did you ask?" -_-'

"Well, I was just initiating conversion, you know." He leaned even forward. Now it was getting really uncomfortable, so I looked around, I saw Aiden at a distance, I waited till he looked at me and eye gestured him to come and get me out of this situation.

Then he walked towards us, "Excuse me mister, you can't have casual conversations with the employees." He said firmly.

"Hey kid can't you see I'm busy." The man looked pissed.

"You have to listen, otherwise I'm gonna have to ask you to leave." He raised his voice a little, capturing the attention of a few. That gave that man a cue, so he left.

"Thank you so much Aiden" I said, I really wanted to hug him at that time.

"Anytime" he winked and left, oh my god so handsome.

My shift ended, so I packed my stuff and got ready to leave.

"Ray! Wait up" I turned around to see Grace walking towards me.

"Wassup!"

"Are you going to the bus stop?" She asked as she caught up with me.

"Yeah"

"Great the we'll go there together" she smiled

"Sure" 

We chatted all the way to the bus stop. Her bus came first so she left early, I stood there at the bus stop, as I waited for mine to arrive. 

"Hey, Ray"  I turned around to see who that voice belonged to, it was Aiden.

"Hey waddup" I smiled.

"Waiting for your bus?" He asked

"Yeah and-" *honk*honk*

Before I could even complete my sentence some guy with his car came in front of me, I looked through the window to see who it was, and to my surprise, it was that Marcus dude.

"Hey let me give you a ride" he said as he pulled down the window.

"And why would you want to do that?" I asked in doubt.

"I liked the cupcakes" he said.

"Hmm...what does that have to do with me getting into the car?" 

"Come on you're wasting time" he said as he opened the door. Well at least I don't have to stand and wait for the bus.

"Ok" I said, then looked at Aiden, who had no clue what was going on, "Bye Aiden see you tomorrow" I waved

"Bye" he waved back and then looked at Marcus who seemed to be completely ignoring him.

I shut the door and waved one last time to him.

"Who's that guy?" Marcus asked
