Becca's P.O.V.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!!" I heard Charlie yell in my ear.

"Charlie it's too early for this shit!" I yelled into my pillow.

"Come on we're 18 now! We can go clubbing tonight! All the ducks are going!"

"Fine I'm getting up!" I yelled as I got out of bed. I went and showered and got dressed.

"Happy 18th birthday to my babies!" My mom said as she fixed us pancakes and bacon.

"Thanks mom!" We both said in unison.

"Becca there's someone here to see you."

I turned around to find Adam at the door with roses and something else but I couldn't quite make it out.

"Adam what's all this? You didn't have to do this for me." I said as I opened the door.

"Happy birthday baby girl and I didn't have to but I wanted to. Happy birthday Char!"He said as he handed me the roses and gave me a quick peck. He went over to Charlie and gave him something out of his pocket.

"Dude you got me a season pass to the Blackhawks? How did you get this??" Charlie asked shocked as he hugged Adam.

"The dean gave Becca and I am extra so I gave it to you!" Adam said chuckling.

"Dude I love you!"

"Love you too man! Becca I got you one more thing."

"Adam you did- oh my god!" He gave me a jewelry box. I opened it to discover a ring. It wasn't an engagement ring instead it was a promise ring. It had an infinitely band with diamonds all in it.

"Becca Conway, we've been dating now for a while and I wanted to give you this ring as a promise that no matter what happens we'll always be together. I love you so much." Adam said as he placed the ring on my finger. 

"I love it and I love you." I said as I pulled him close to me and kissed him. He pulled away and smiled.

"Eewww don't kiss in front of me." Charlie said as my mom laughed.

"Shut up Char!" I said with a giggle.

The rest of the day was fun. I hung out with all the ducks and skated around town. We ate lunch at Goldberg's restaurant and they gave Charlie and I a free meal for our birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect and I can't wait for tonight!
