I giggled while I ran through a mansion. A blush pink evening dress with a black lace and a diamond-encrusted belt around the waist was hiked up by my death grip as I ran down a hall. I heard the sound of someone following behind me, making me giggle once more and run faster.

"Come get me," I called to the figure chasing after me before I turned the corner and narrowly avoided hitting Frankenstein. I laughed as he looked at me with surprised eyes before looking even more surprised at the person who was chasing me.

I came to a large door and quickly entered it before shutting and locking it behind me. My chest rose and fell as I panted uneven breaths. I smiled at my accomplishment of getting away from my chaser before I squealed in surprise at the feeling of someone's arms wrapping around my waist from behind.

"You didn't think you would get away from me that easily, did you," A males voice spoke next to my ear making me sigh in both content and defeat. I leaned my back into his chest making him tighten his grip on me. He kissed my exposed shoulder making me sigh again.

"Maybe," I teased in a hum making him shake his head. His hair tickled my neck when he did cause me to giggle. I heard a low chuckle come from the male's throat as his arms that trapped me to his chest squeezed me lovingly. I hummed in content at the feeling of being in his arms before turning my head to look to the side and up at the man holding me.

My amused and content green eyes locked with equally content and relaxed eyes on an otherwise neutral face. I turned the rest the way in his arms, placing my hands on his chest while he lightly swayed us side to side in a calming gesture.

"I was right," I spoke softly as he rested his chin on my head. My eyes fluttered shut for a moment while I listened to his steady heartbeat that was my lullaby at night.

"About what, my love," My companion asked in a soft loving tone making my barry my face farther into his chest for a moment before opening my eyes while I looked up at him.

"That if you ever give into my shenanigans you can be fun," I answered while a cheeky mischievous grin. My lover's face was neutral except for the small blush starting to appear on his cheeks. I giggle lightly at the sight before standing on my tiptoes to kiss him on his jaw. "You're blushing, Raizel," I teased with a playful tone.

I heard him release a strangled breath before burying his face in my hair. Raizel did nothing for a moment before I felt him nibble my earlobe. "And you will be when I'm done with you," I squealed as he bit my shoulder right before we disappeared into mine and Raziel's bedroom.

I sat up in a cold sweat and uneven breath. My head held my shoulder where he had bit my shoulder. My body was tingly and content making my breath more uneven. I could still hear his heartbeat in my ears trying to lull me back to sleep. I looked around trying to focus on something to get my body to realize that I was no longer dreaming.

'But was that really a dream? It was all so realistic,' I thought before sighing before looking around me. I noticed that I was laying on my black leather couch with a white fur blank tossed over me. I was in my living room instead of my own room, telling me who had put me here.

I sighed while putting my head in my hands which made the heartbeat and tingling stop. I sighed before flopping back down on the couch not wanting to get up even though I had school today. As if on cue, I turned my head to the coffee table on my side in front of the couch and there was a note with a bottle of water and aspirin next to it.

I grinned, now knowing why I was on the couch, before sitting up while grabbing the note. I flipped it open to find Harris' neat handwriting scribbled on the paper.

'Came here looking for you and found you collapsed in the entrance way. I will be home at 11 pm after work at school and reporting your health to the council members. You will stay home until Thursday. Take 2 Aspirins every 4 hours and stay hydrated. I have your meals prepared and ready to reheat in the fridge. Stay on the property and be safe.'

'Harris'

I cheered to myself before grabbing the pill bottle and water bottle and taking the medication as directed by the note. I paced the Aspirin back on the table while standing up and keeping the water with me. I walked around the house for few minutes to wake up my body before going to my room and getting dressed in comfortable clothes for the day.
