Chapter Eleven
I panted as I walked into the manner after my morning run. It was Thursday and a school holiday, meaning my duties as the Nightingale successor had to be done. But today was also the day that the Frankenstein household came over. Today was going to be busy for me.
"Milady," Gorge, the old head butler, called as he walked over to my sweat dripping for. He draped a towel over my shoulder before taking on of my hands. He started helping me up the stairs since my legs were a bit shaky. "I wasn't informed that Ella would be staying here until the end of the wedding," He started as he guided me to my second story sitting room.
"Yes, she is one of my bride's maid and she came around early," I explained as he let go to open the door. He stepped aside to let me walk into the room before following me in after. I huffed while falling onto the couch. I sighed as my tense muscles relaxed instantly almost asleep.
"Milady, I regret to inform you, but you have training today," Gorge sighed laying a hand on my shoulder as I groaned. I growled as I got up from the couch before heading towards the door.
"Then why did you bring me up here," I snapped while slamming the door behind me before making my way up to my room to change.

"Ooooh, I get to met your fiance finally," Ella smirked while eating crackers and cheese. I rolled my eyes as I hopped on the table next to her while wrapping my hand in black bandages. I shook my head as she continued to ask questions about the group before abruptly stopping.
"Finally you shut up," I groaned before wincing when she jabbed me in the ribs with her elbow. I glared at her but she grabbed my chin, swishing my cheeks, and turned my head to look at the training room entryway. "Oh hey, guys and Sierra," I grinned before turning my head to bite Ella's hand.
"Bitch," She snapped while wrenching her hand out of my mouth. Two fang holes were in her hand and her gushing blood. It lasted a few moments before they closed up, healing quickly since it was a small wound.
"Yes, I believe I have been one for the past few decades," I smirked while hopping off the table and walking over to my fiance. I leaned up and pecked his lips before continuing walking pass him. "You coming, Hunter," I called to Ella over my shoulder as I walked into the battle arena under the mansion.
"Oooo, I get to battle you this time," She squeaked before jumping off the table and jogging over to the arena after me. I walked over the to glass wall the separates us from the white sitting room behind it. The group was slowly filling in to watch the battle.
"Whatever happens don't come out," I smiled at them as they all sat down before walking over to one of the round podiums, that was in the center of the room. "Scott," I called to one of the knights that worked for me. He turned around in his spinning chair inside the sitting room. "Start sequence 14."
"Rogue," He smiled before tipping a few things into his computer. I took in a deep breath as the floor around the podium started to move every which way. Parts coming apart them going back together in different sections before some abruptly shot into the air. I closed my eyes as I prepared to summon my weapon. Scott swirled around in his chair. " Ready."
"Set."
"GO!!"
I jumped up into the air twisting my body around, dodging a red streaming arrow. I opened my eyes as my body was at its highest, seeing Ella on one of the higher ledges, grand longbow in hand. I smirked to myself as I landed on the ground gracefully. I dusted off my shoulder before stepping out of the way of another arrow.
"I hate you," Ella groaned before jumping off the ledge as a bolt of lightning struck it. I grinned at her before shooting off the podium again. I summoned my sword in a flash of lightning before swinging it upward, slashing Ella up her stomach.
"Sure you do," I rolled my eyes as I landed on a moving block. I slanted across before going backward, which would make a human fly forward. I dodged another arrow but it cut my cheek slightly. I skimmed my fingers over my cheek, landing on a stationary tile as my eyes scanned the floor. I inhaled a long deep breath, calming my sense, making everything around me slow down.
I looked at every edge and every tile that shifted around me. I tried to find the pattern in their movements, seeing if I could find something to use.
I exhaled as I swung my sword to the left blocking another arrow from hitting me. Everything turned back to normal as I blocked arrows with my sword. I grinned as I jumped into the air, sticking Ella in the stomach with a bolt of electricity. She gasped and flew backward into a wall as I landed on the starting podium.
"You're going to pay for that," She snapped pushing off the wall as I took off down the tiles letting them swing me every which way. I avoided her arrows that way while not exerting a lot of energy. I stepped onto a tile that instantly went to the right, taking me away from the streaking arrow that struck behind me. I grinned back at her as she threw her bow to the side. "Ok that it."
'My plan is working,' I thought as vines started to shook towards blocking all the paths around me. The only option I had was to go straight, but thats where I needed to go.
"Now I have you," She grinned summoning her bow again and creating a powerful red arrow. She aimed it as my sprinting form. Looking at me with victorious eyes. "Right where I want to," She smirked releasing the arrow when I got at a good range.
I rolled my eyes as I stopped on a spinning round tile. My eyes locked with Ella's as things slowed down once again. "Do you now," I asked with a condescending tone before tile threw me into the air, barely dodging the arrow. I twisted my body, so I landed on a ledge across from Ella while smirking at her. "Sorry Ell-Chan," I sighed before pushing off the wall as her eyes went wide.
"But point Peacekeeper," I whispered to her as I held my sword to her neck while I stood behind her. She dropped her bow while putting her hand in the air, surrendering.
"Yeah, Yeah," Ella sighed while I put away my sword before hopping off the ledge we were on. I popped my neck as I walked into a doorway that Scott opened as the training ended. Ella followed after me, instantly falling onto the empty chair. I giggled at her before placing myself on Raizel's lap, making a blush rise upon to his cheeks. Ella wiggled her eyebrows at me it a suggestive way.
"Stop it, you pervert," I glared at the redhead while throwing a pillow at her face. She laughed at me, tossing her head back. I rolled my eyes before squealing when Cadis' arms went around my waist, pulling me tighter into him. "Hello there," I teased while leaning into him, letting him cuddle my back.
"Awww, young love," Ella mocked us while putting a hand to her heart.
"I'm 267 years older then you," I narrowed my eyes at her as she did the same. We started having a random staring contest making the others confused. We were both intently staring at each other when a British male voice broke us away.
"Afternoon Tea has been prepared in the garden along with spaghetti, Lady Nightingale," Gorge smiled before bowing and leaving the sitting area. I sighed while rolling off of my fiance's lap, standing up. I ran a hand through my slightly sweaty hair.
"Time for food," Ella cheer before bolting out of the room. I sighed while shaking my head before jumping when she stuck her head back in. "Can I borrow some of your clothes?"
"Sure whatever," I sighed before following her out while the others followed Scott to the Garden.

"So your part of the Tiger's Hunters," Tao asked before taking a drink of his tea. Ella looked up from her spaghetti before smiling at the male.
"Yeah, and my mother is actually the aunt of the tiger. So I'm her cousin," Shannon smiled before taking a bit of her food. Tao, Takeo, and Raels mouth fell open at the female's confession. Jayden giggled at the group before taking a drink of her tea.
"Close your mouths before you swallow flies," the brunette chirped at the three making them shut their mouths. Ella chuckled at the group before look at her best friend who was in between Seira and Cadis.
"Sooooo, any plans on the bachelorette party," Ella smirked as Jayden's cheeks turned red while Seira cocked her head. Ella smirked at her best friend and co-bridesmaid. "Now I'm getting some idea's."
"Oh no, you aren't helping her. I do not feel like going to another strip club," Jayden hissed as everyone spit out their tea, besides Cadis because he didn't know that it was. Jayden sigh before turning to her confused partner. "It's a Brothel for people you don't sleep with. You just sit, drink most likely spiked alcohol, and watch very attractive young men take off their tight themed clothes to music," She turned away from a shock Raizel and back at the now laughing Ella.
"You have been to a strip club," Takeo as with wide eyes. Jayden sighed while rubbing her temples. She shot Ella a glare before turning back to the male.
"Yes, the redhead took me to one on my 2,113 birthday, 7 years ago," She sighed before picking up her fork and loaded it full of Spaghetti. She aimed it at Ella and quickly threw the food at her face. She gasped while standing up from her chair, noodles sticking to her face as she glared at the Council member. "That's for telling them," She smirked before ducking under a fist full of Ella's food.
And that's how the great food fight of Ella'ss team of Takeo, Rael, Regis, and Seira fought Jayden's team of Raizel, Frankenstein, Tao, and M-21...
