Jaemin's ears couldn't believe what they were intaking, Donghyuck's rambling was driving him to the edge. Though most times it did, the certain topic that they landed on during their fine lunch was something that Jaemin was far from interested in. Their table discussed about the tale of Lovers St. A street that had magical effects on individuals who'd cross the intersection. Though it was a simple street, it was a street that created love between individuals, no matter whom or how many.

With eyes gawked towards Donghyuck as he stated his input on the street, Jaemin has no intention on saying anything. He believed it was stupid, pure bullshit as people were convinced that the road held magical powers. It was childish, somewhat sad that his sixteen year old friends believed the story. "Guys, stop it already. We've heard this so many times and it's not like it has worked on anyone." Jaemin chirps in, which also cuts off Donghyuck.

"Look, I know you hate the story but it's so interesting!" Donghyuck argues back, "You have to find it a bit fascinating, and you of course don't know that. Jaemin, you barely listen to anything I say when it comes to this."

"You're one hundred percent correct, I don't." Jaemin shortly agrees, "Because it's dumb, I don't get why you'd believe such a story. It's a street, the only reason to why people believe it's true because of its name, Lovers."

"Let people believe what they want," Renjun calmly states, wanting to break the two up with ease. "There's no harm in believing things."

"There is harm when it's stupid."

"Jaemin!" Renjun mutters, the boy puts up his hand in defense and doesn't say a word. "You guys can't argue about this, there's no use. Donghyuck will still believe in the tales and Jaemin you won't, simple as that. As interesting as it is, let's stop talking about it before someone looses a foot."

Jisung, who sits on the side of Donghyuck pushes up his glasses that are falling from the bridge of his nose finally gets to say his own words, "Agreed..."

Jaemin usually walked home alone, not because he had no friends but because he preferred it that way. He enjoyed the quietness, how calm it felt to he secluded and left to venture out on his own. It just felt, better to have that space for himself for just a little bit. He still didn't understand why Donghyuck was so worked up about Lovers St. Ever since the tale have crossed their lives, his best friend has been endorsed into the stories ever since. It was a mere street, a place where people walk and stand by. It was nothing more than that.

But, Jaemin passed by the street sometimes. To be honest, the area of the street was usually lifeless. Maybe because people tried to keep it that way as they wanted to try the street's 'power' for themselves. Jaemin would usually walk by its location, one, because he simply didn't care. Two, because the stories were just a myth.

Today, he had to cross the street as he bought himself an iced americano before going home. The trail back had the street's location on his map and he wasn't really familiar with other pathways in the small town. He was close to the street, pretty close he'd say, but there was nothing to worry about as his mind was set on the strict fact that the street was no where near magical. "So dumb," He mutters to himself, taking a sip of his drink as he finally reaches Lovers St. He stops, looking left, then right, and of course left once again. As he's about to cross to the sidewalk across from him, he meets eyes with an individual that stands in front of him. Well, to be exact across from him.

He had the same school uniform as Jaemin, hands grasped to his backpack as he himself too ensures that the street was clear and safe to cross. Jaemin didn't understand to why his body wouldn't move, but he simply couldn't. The boy begins to walk towards him, Jaemin is still standing in the same spot, realizing that the unknown boy has probably noticed his awkward staring. Once they come close enough, the ravenette sends a sharp glance to Jaemin, a smirk comes across his face while at it.

"Lovers St.," He mouths, but that's not all he says, "This is where we begin."

With just those words, Jaemin felt his heartstrings begging for more from the stranger. A feeling he had never felt in his life.
