2 years later~

After Lila died, life was really peaceful, i mean for them. The police was looking for Lila for a year everywhere, so the squad had to move a lot. They unfortunatly had to split up to different countries so if they were found, it wasn't all of them. 

Marinette was sitting on the couch of their villa. It was situated somewhere in Australia and her, Adrien, Alya, Nino and Chloe lived in it. For now. Chloe didn't want to go back to Paris so decided to say with the squad. 

Mari was looking at something on the tv when she felt a hand go around her neck and grabbed it gently. She gasped when two lips traced her neck with kisses. She hummed lightly and smiled. She turned her head for the slightest and was immediatly met with her fiancés lips. 

Yup you read that right! Fiancé! A couple months ago , Adrien proposed to her with the most gorgeoust ring ever and she ofcourse said yes. He did it on the beach and they did IT there after ;)

He pulled away because they needed air. She panted while he kissed her forehead. "Hey " He said and glanced at the tv. "Princess look" He whisperd, pointing to the tv. Mari frowned and looked at the tv too. 

"Don't bemused, it's just the news. This Nadja Shamack! Today, two years ago, Police officer, Lila Rossi was last seen. Today the police announced that they will stop the chearch for her. It's been years and they decide to give up."

The two looked at each other with a big smirk before cheering loudly. Adrien picked her up and spun her around while she laughed. Nino and Alya came in running wearing some stuff they probably just put on and Chloe came from another room. "What? Someone dead?!" Nino exclaimed loudly. The couple pulled away and looked weird at them. "Bro why are- you know what nevermind!" Adrien started but stopped himself from knowing more. Mari laughed and put a hand on his shoulder.

"The police put the case about Lila at an end." She said cheery.  Alya, Nino and Chloe "Well finally!" Alya exclaimed. "Yea indead. It's weird they searched so long." Nino said. Everyone agreed. "So that means we can see the rest again?" Adrien asked, glancing at his girlfriend. She nodded with a big smile. 

Two weeks later the whole squad had to decide too meet again. They were all really excited because they haven't seen each other for 2 years and missed them a lot. The four of them were in the car driving towards a beach somewhere in Brazil. Mari bit her lip and looked excited to her fiancé. They decided to get married tomorrow now they were all togheter. The couple had contacts with a guy who filled them a marriage license and Alya was gonna marry them. Even tho they had A LOT of money, they weren't gonna have something big. 

Suddenly the auto stopped and they looked up. There they saw Alix, Kim, Max and Nath standing their cheering. Marinette and Alya got out of the car before running to Alix. They all three hugged tight. "I missed you guys so much" Alix whisperd. "I love these idiots" She said signaling to the guys. "But ughhh." She groaned before hugging them again. Mari laughed and whiped away some tears. "We missed you too." She said. 

Meanwhile the guys hugged too. The whole group quickly was whole again. There were a lot of hugs but also tears. 

After a while Marinette got back in Adrien's arms. "Omg we forgot the most amazing part. Congrats guys!" Alix exclaimed, congratulating the couple. Adrien kissed his fiancé's head and pulled her closer as they both smiled proudly. "Yeah. We're really excited." She said, smiling. "So when, where?" Juleka asked. Adrien and Mari looked at each other. "Uhh we're actually thinking about doing it today with all of us." They explained. Everyone gasped and got their attention. 

"I have a dress, adrien has a suit, we both have rings and we also know someone who's willingly to marry us." Marinette explained, winking to Alya. Everyone immediatly got excited and agreed they wanna be a part of the wedding. 

The next day they went to beautiful, big park where no one would bother them. Marinette wore her favorite red dress adrien had gifted her while he wore his suit. The sun was already going down and everything was just perfect

Marinette and Adrien stood in front of each other and held their hands. Alya sniffled a little before she continued. "Adrien Agreste, do you take, Marinette Dupain-Cheng to be your wife?" She asked. Adrien chuckeld. "Hell yeah." He answered causing people to laugh. Alya looked to her bestfriend. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng, do you take, Adrien Agreste, to be your husband?" Marinette nodded and laughed. "Yeah i do."

Alya sighed and whiped away a tear. "Damn okay then i declare you husband and wife." She finally causing the couple to grin at each other. "KISS HER, BUDDY." Nino yelled from behind Adrien. Adrien waisted no time and grabbed Marinette's hips  to smash his lips against hers. Marinette kissed back and for one moment it was just them. They were so deep into the kiss, they didn't even hear Alya yell at Nino. "HEY! THAT WAS MY LINE!" 

The rest of the night, Marinette and Adrien's lips almost never left each other. They went to the house where Alix, Kim, Nath and Max were staying and decided it was time to party. They were all sitting around the fire since it was dark already. Marinette sat before Adrien in between his legs and he had his arms around her. He placed little kisses on her neck as she talked with the group. "So what now?" Alix asked.  Adrien pulled away from Marinette and chuckeld. "Making the neighborhood unsafe, i guess."

2 years later~

It's been two year since Marinette and Adrien got married. In those two years, Marinette got pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. They both decided to stop doing crimes because their top priority was Emma right now. Ofcourse that didn't stop the rest of the squad. 

They bought a house in a calm neighborhood in Portugal and decided to stay there. Alya and Nino also bought a house not so far away from them so that the squad could easily meet up. 

Marinette was sitting outside holding Emma into her arms. She admired the view of the ocean as she fed Emma. Adrien came from behind her and sneaked his arms around her waist as he looked down at Emma. Marinette moved her head to place a kiss on his head. "I love you." He whisperd. He placed kisses on her neck. "So much." Marinette smiled.  "I love you even more, chaton." 

This is the end of lovers in crime! Thank you all so much for all the support! I'm a little overwhelmed by how much love this story got! It was so much fun to write and i'm a little sad it's over :(
