Abhi asked his mother: Did you said anything to her?

Abhi's mother smiled in response.

A: It means you definitely told something. But I know whatever you tell had changed her mind about us.

Abhi's mother "I don't know it changed her mind about us but I can assure you that it definitely changed her mind about you."

A: Ma.... It's just a matter of time for her to believe us.

Abhi's mother "I hope so...."

A: Okay Ma. I will go and talk to her now. I need to know what's running in her mind.

Abhi's mother "Don't get me wrong Abhi but right now you need to leave her alone. She herself needs to decide about us."

Aarav "I love you Mummy! I love Daddy!"

Pragya understands his feelings now. He is thanking her as he is loving her as his mum and Abhi as his dad.

P: We love you too Aarav!

Aarav hugs her and Pragya realized how she used the word We instead of I.

Strange! Now I started to feel Abhi and me are one.

She smiled widely in response and was wondering what she could do to tell how she feels now to Abhi.

Later that day, she was unable to find Abhi anywhere around.

All she was able to find was his mother who asked her to not to worry as Abhi had an important business meeting to attend.

Why did he need to attend a meeting now? I really wanted to talk to him today.

She thought helplessly waiting for his arrival. Looking at her restlessness to see Abhi, his mother could only feel happy.

He was still not back at home! Damn! It means I have to wait for him until next day when I will be busy in preparations for his surprise!

Her thought was interrupted when Bulbul called her.

Bulbul "Pragya ji... The things you have ordered had arrived."

P: Thank you so much!

Bulbul "No problem Pragya ji. But why do you need to do all this? I am here na."

P: I have to do all this. I hope to see him surprised!

Bulbul "Pragya Di is throwing a surprise for you!"

A: Surprise?

Bulbul "Yes she got items ordered for decorations and guess what, she chose the poolside to throw a surprise for you."

A: Did she told you?

Bulbul "What is there to tell? I can see everything and I am sure it's for you."

A: I will call you back later. Thank you for this spoiler though.

Bulbul "Sorry about that. I just can't hide it from you."

Abhi grinned and said it's alright to her before ending the call.

This is unexpected. A romantic surprise? I wasn't expecting this from Pragya. I thought we will be talking a lot before heading towards anything romantic. But this is also nice....

Just then he received a call from the land-line number of Purab and Bulbul's House.

He smirked knowing it will be Pragya for sure.

P: Hello....

A: Hi....

P: Will you be back by tomorrow morning?

A: Yes! Will be back by 10 am. Anything important?

P: I need your help.

A: Help?

P: Haan. I can't do all alone and I need your help.

Interesting. Throwing a surprise for me and still I need to help her! Anyways who knows maybe helping her itself is a romantic surprise for me.

He couldn't stop grinning and Pragya wondered why he became silent.

P: Are you there?

A: Yes I am.

P: Okay be punctual. I really need your help.

A: Sure! No worries I will be very punctual.

P: Have you eaten?

A: Ya some sandwich.

A: Okay and how about you?

With that she ended the call, giving a momentary shock to Abhi.

The next day, to her disappointment Abhi didn't came as he said. Instead he gave a text message to Bulbul saying he is still stuck at a meeting and Bulbul conveyed this to her.

Looks like I have to do everything.

But to her surprise, he had sent a caretaker to take care of Aarav while she can do the preparations for her surprise.

After few hours, Abhi return home to find Pragya sitting on the sofa at living room.

A: How did everything went?

P: I couldn't finish it. I think it's not appropriate for me to do.

A: Not Appropriate? What do you mean by that?

P: Can we talk inside the room?

A: Oh... Sure!

He then followed her to the room and she signalled him to close the door.

Abhi did as she wanted and looked at her worried face.

A: What's wrong? Was it tough to do all alone?

P: No but I can't....How can I do it without you?

If it was a surprise for me then she should be doing it without me right? What is she saying now ah?

P: You see... I felt it bad that too when we have not talk to each other properly.

A: That's okay Pragya. I mean after what you have done we can still talk to each other.

P: No...I am sorry. I can't let this happen.

A: But why? You made all these arrangements but you don't want this now.

P: Because something changed my mind.

A: What is that? Pragya please don't overthink. I know you're expecting something from me and you can ask it instead of being mysterious and trying to distance yourself from me.

Pragya gave an unbelievable look in response and said: You don't know or you don't want to know.

A: Huh?

P: I know Abhi you don't want to know as you want to know but not in the way you want to know it from me.

A: Stop it! You know I don't like to hear things like this. It gives me headache.

P: Then why you don't want to know in the way you want to know!

Abhi turned away and murmured: Damn! She started it again. Now I must know what I don't know or... Crap! What is she talking!

P: Abhi...It's fine that you don't want it but at least you should want it for the sake of wanting it.

A: Ya... Now it's want.... Then

P: Be serious. If you are not serious then how will serious things will be serious and make you serious!

She continued talk which was confusing to him and felt like banging his head on the wall hearing to her words.

Abhi had enough of it and yelled: Enough!!!!

Pragya was taken aback and looked back in shock.

A: Pragya, I wasn't expecting any surprise from you. I really don't understand why are you complicating yourself to throw a simple surprise for me!

P: Huh? When did I say I am throwing a surprise for you?

A: Then what was the need for getting decor stuff?

P: I wanted to celebrate Aarav's birthday. But it feels so awkward doing all the preparations alone and by not informing you too.

A: Aarav's birthday?

P: Yes! But I didn't know you were expecting something else.

A: Why didn't you tell me earlier?

P: Because I thought I can tell you when you're here in the morning.

A: At least you could have texted me.

P: I don't have my mobile phone with me now.

Abhi sighed hearing her reply and said: Well, don't worry. We will celebrate his birthday today itself.

P: But.....

A: I will freshen up myself and will be back to help you.

P: Okay.....

A: Did you wished him?

Pragya hesitantly said: He didn't know that today is his birthday.

A: What? Why?

P: Wo... He hasn't celebrated his birthday before.

A: Oh....

Pragya quickly left from the room and Abhi muttered to himself, Stupid! How could you easily believe she will throw surprise for you? Pragya and surprises are poles apart. And Aarav he didn't celebrate his birthday before. This is very strange. But how did she know his birthday is today?
