I lay down on my bed, facing the ceiling. I couldn't sleep! At all! It was just a very uncomfortable feeling. I know it sounds a bit stupid, but I felt like someone was watching me! It was creepy but I managed to get some sleep. I usually get up a bit late but that morning, I woke up a 6! I tried going back to sleep. But that didn't work. I had obvious eyebags. I looked like a panda! Lol. So, I took my towel and went into the shower. My body felt so tired as the hot water touched my skin. After a quick shower,  I went downstairs. Had brunch. Fried noodles was being served. The food practice in Malaysia was definitely not healthy.

Kelvin was sitting with all my cousins. I went and joined them. My cousins had an idea that I and Kelvin should dance. A lyrical song with soft music. I personally thought it was a great idea! But Kelvin's face seemed lifeless and depressed. So I agreed and brought Kelvin to the big hall saying we wanted to practice our dance moves. I already chose a nice song. Since there was no one in the hall, I had a chance to talk to him.

"Do you really love me?" I asked, looking down at the ground. He was silent. So I said again

"Because it looks like you'll just leave me alone! Listening to what other people say!" I raised my voice a bit.

"Of course I do! It's just that I didn't tell you...

"You didn't tell me that Nithya was my clone?!" I cut him off before he could even finish his sentence.

"Jonathan told me. It's not your fault! Stop being guilty." I convinced him.

"You were the angel who lit up my miserable life. I lost you once. I can't lose you again!" He said.

I totally understand his pain. But he has to move on. If he keeps thinking about his past, he's gonna get into deep depression. I can't let that happen.

"Restart your life." I said. "Instead of thinking about the past, think about our future."

Aa I said that, a strong wind blew past us. Very unusual at a closed area like the hall. There was pin drop silence. Too quiet. A shadow behind Kelvin caught my eye.  I saw a reflection of me standing behind Kelvin and staring at me! I screamed!

"Ahhhhhhhh!!!!"

  Once I screamed, the reflection disappeared. My heart was beating fast. Kelvin panicked and asked me what had happened.

"What happened???!

I was just really scared. I told him that I could see souls. 1 in a million will get this gift from God.

"I.... I.... I can see her

I can see souls since I was small. But they never harmed me. And I'm used to it too! Seeing souls at the highway, on the road, at people's house, on the roof and even under my bed!

But I screamed because this one looked exactly like me! It was like my shadow. But she was looking at me in anger. As if she wanted to kill me. Like she wanted revenge. I explained everything to Kelvin and described how the soul looked. Kelvin's eyes were filled with fear. I could see it. We knew what just happened.

"Nithya!!" We both said.

We came out of the empty hall and went outside. I held his hands in fear. Never wanting to let go. Everyone was outside so we went there too. Just as Kelvin let go my hand, I fainted and fell on the ground! It wasn't like my head felt dizzy or something. It was straight away, Blackout!

Everyone panicked. My mum didn't know what to do. My heart was still beating and I was still breathing. So they carried me and put me on the bed in the nearest room. My mum was a doctor, so she knew nothing was serious. I was unconcious but every now and then, Kelvin would come into the room and touch my hand, forehead and all. Making sure I'm ok. I was conscious only 3 hours later. I had a terrible headache. I was still lying down but I was awake. I didn't have the strength to get up. I was just so weak! I tried to recall what happened. But I couldn't remember anything! The only thing I remembered was I saw Nithya's soul. We came out. Kelvin let go my hand and blackout!

My body felt like it was burning. My breath was hot. Everyone was outside, preparing for tonight's nalungu. Nalungu is a small ceremony we do within the family. The purpose of it is so the bride and groom can get blessings from the elderly and God. I couldn't get up so I called.

"Kelvin! Kelvin!" He came in.

"Feeling better boo?" He asked. His face was relieved to see that I'm ok.

"I feel sick! I can't even get up." I moaned.

He came up to me and helped me sit on my bed. He touched my forehead.

"Your having fever! And it's really bad." He called my mum a.k.a the doctor.

Lol. She gave me a Panadol to relax. Kelvin stayed beside me all the time. He went out to bring me some water to drink.

When he came back into the room, Nithya was beside him, looking at him! I had goosebumps!

"Be.. beside you!" I said. He lookes beside him.

"What?" He asked. Omg, he couldn't see her!

"Nithya's beside you!"

I said. He froze for a moment. But she then disappeared with the air. Then he came up to me.

"Was she really beside me?" He asked in horror.

"Yes, she looked exactly like me. But she was a bit darker and shorter. Her hair was long." I described.

Kelvin was worried she would harm me. We stayed strong together. The nalungu will start anytime. My mum asked me to take rest, but I couldn't sleep in that creepy room alone! So I forced myslef to get up and have my shower. Kelvin had ironed my punjabi suit.(he's such an angel ) I put on my outfit and was doing my makeup in my room with my mum. (I honestly didn't care how I looked, I was freakin out bcus of Nithya!) I got ready a bit late, so the ceremony already started. I didn't care anyway. After I had done my makeup, did my hair nicely and everything, I wanted to go downstairs. But there were many guests down there. I was really shy and didn't know how the guests would react as I look like Nithya.

I peeked downstairs to see what was going on. Kelvin was talking with his friends. I texted him

"Come upstairs now!" He came up.

He saw me and his jaws dropped. He was shocked.

"You look so beautiful!" He said while smiling.

"But you remind me of...

"I know I look like her. Just move on.. k?" I said.

"Why'd you call me?"

"There are so many people down there! I'm shy." I said.

So he held my hand and brought me down. Everyone looked at me because I was the last and obviously because I looked like Nithya. He introduced me to his friends and relatives. At first everyone was shocked. But he explained things and everything was going on pretty well. There was this big mirror at the hall. I just looked inside the mirror to see if my makeup had smudged or something.

Guess what I saw? I didn't see my reflection but I saw Nithya's reflection instead! Wearing a white dress with blood stains! I could see the anger in her eyes. My heart was beating faster than ever. I thought in my mind

"What does she want?!"

The moment I thought that, Nithya raised her hand and pointed her finger to Kelvin who was sitting over there. I quickly turned around and went to the restroom. I thought again.

"She wants Kelvin!" I got it. She's jealous! She wants to separate us! Jealousy!!
