Jungkook and Yoongi walked out of their math class together the next day after having taken their final.
"Do you think you passed?" Asked Yoongi.
Jungkook shrugged. "Hopefully I did," he said because the whole night he'd been thinking about Taehyung while trying to study. "Do you think you passed?"
Yoongi shrugged as well. "Hopefully I did," he repeated the younger's response. "Because I just want to be done with these common core classes. I can't wait until this school year ends, so that next year we can focus on more classes that revolve around our major."
Jungkook nodded. "Yeah me too. I'd like to take a more advanced art class."
"And I'd like to take a class that I actually enjoy," Yoongi said. "Anyways, I'll be heading to psychology now. It's the only class this year that revolves around my major and I don't want to just hope that I pass my final, I want to pass it."
Jungkook smiled encouragingly. "I'm sure you'll pass."
"Thanks, Jungkook," Yoongi said before parting ways with the younger and heading to his class.
Now that Yoongi was out of sight, Jungkook's smile suddenly disappeared and his lips turned into a frown. He hasn't been feeling very happy in a while and he hadn't been able to focus the past few days or ever since Taehyung broke up with him two weeks ago.
"I wonder how he's doing?" Jungkook asked himself as he walked past some students, not really paying attention to where he was going.
Tears began to form in Jungkook's eyes making his vision blurry and unable to see where he was going even though he wasn't really paying attention.
Jungkook didn't want to cry anymore. He wiped away his tears before they could escape his eyes only to accidentally bump into someone.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I-" Jungkook paused as his eyes met Taehyung's gaze.
Taehyung nervously maintained eye contact with his ex-boyfriend. He wanted to look away, but he could only stare at Jungkook's teary eyes. This was now the second time that Taehyung had seen Jungkook crying.
"I wasn't looking where I was going," Jungkook finished in a whisper that was barely auditable. He averted his gaze to the ground before stepping aside and hurriedly walking past Taehyung.
Taehyung turned and watched as Jungkook quickly walked away, bumping into some more students as he tried to get away from Taehyung.
Taehyung hesitantly took a few steps forward in the direction of the younger, but then stopped himself as he didn't know what or why he was trying to go after Jungkook, but curiosity got the best of him.
Taehyung followed Jungkook, the younger unaware of his presence as he hurriedly reached the bathroom. He walked to the sink where he stared at his reflection in the mirror, his tears escaping his eyes and sliding down his cheeks.
Jungkook turned his head upon hearing the sound of the bathroom door opening. He hastily tried wiping away his tears, so whoever it was wouldn't think he was crying, but it was no use. It was obvious he was crying and once again, Jungkook's eyes met Taehyung's.
They stared at each other silently, the only sound in the room being heard was Jungkook's heart beating rapidly inside his chest, but not from love, not anymore, but from the pain he's feeling.
Before Jungkook could leave the restroom, Taehyung quickly left leaving Jungkook alone in the restroom. The younger washed his face with water before leaving the restroom to head to his class all while Taehyung headed to his own class with his heart feeling some type of way that he didn't like at all.

Lunchtime came around and as Jungkook was heading to the cafeteria, he practiced smiling, hoping to convince his friends that nothing was wrong with him. He couldn't wait until after school to tell Jimin what happened and to let his mind get distracted off Taehyung.
"Jungkook, how was that math final?" Jimin asked as the said male sat down at the lunch table with Hoseok and Seokjin.
"I hope I passed," he replied with a sigh.
"Are you okay, Jungkook?" Seokjin asked as he sensed something wrong with his friend.
"I've just been feeling stressed due to finals. I really need a distraction," Jungkook said as he glanced at Jimin.
Jimin nodded, understanding what Jungkook was trying to hint at.
Seokjin sighed. "I've been feeling stressed too, but thanks to Seokie, I've been okay."
Hoseok smiled. "I've been okay thanks to you too."
Jimin scrunched his nose up in disgust. "Eww, anyways, where's Yoongi?"
"I'm here," Yoongi spoke up as he approached the table with someone trailing behind him. "And I brought a friend to sit with us."
"Hi, I'm Seokjin, Yoongi's hyung, and who are you?" Jungkook heard Seokjin ask. He didn't bother looking up as he silently picked at his food, wishing he was at home with Jimin and letting the older distract his mind off Taehyung, but all that changed the moment Jungkook heard Yoongi's friend reply.
"I'm Namjoon."
Jungkook's raised his head and stared wide-eyed at Yoongi's friend. "Namjoon?"
Namjoon turned to the sound of a familiar voice and his lips formed into an 'o' shape as he stared back at Jungkook just as surprised.
"You two know each other?" Yoongi asked confused.
"Um...something like that," Jungkook replied while Namjoon nodded in agreement.
"We saw talked before at this ice cream parlor a few times, but we never knew we went to the same college," Namjoon said.
"What a small world we live in," Jimin said. "Anyways, I'm Jimin."
"And I'm Hoseok," Hoseok added. "I'm also Seokjin's boyfriend. He usually introduces himself as my boyfriend, but since he didn't do it this time, I did it."
Namjoon chuckled as he sat down beside Yoongi as Yoongi took his usual seat beside Jungkook. Everyone conversed amongst themselves all while Jungkook was still trying to process that Namjoon attended the same college as him and was sitting two seats away from him.
