That same day Taehyung found Jimin alone, waiting for Jungkook. Before his boyfriend could appear he quickly made his way to Jimin.
"Jimin are you still mad at me?" He asked as he approached him.
Jimin said nothing and ignored him.
"Jimin, please, let's go to my house and talk."
"No," Jimin finally replied. "Your way of talk is having sex with me. I'm not having sex with you until you break up with Jungkook."
"I promise, I will, but not yet."
Jimin rolled his eyes. "Whatever, I got plans anyway."
"What kinds of plans?"
Jimin ignored Taehyung again. He crossed his arms and tapped his foot impatiently on the floor.
"Jimin, really?"
More silence.
"Jimin, come on. Just talk to me already, I miss my best friend."
Jimin rolled his eyes, but once again said nothing.
"I'll walk you home," Taehyung offered.
Jimin turned his head the other way so he wouldn't have to look at Taehyung and instead looked in the direction of the hallway that Jungkook would be coming from.
"Are you waiting for someone?"
Jimin continued ignoring Taehyung.
"Who are you waiting for?"
Jimin was honestly getting tired of Taehyung's questions. He huffed in annoyance before walking away to wait outside Jungkook's classroom instead.
Taehyung followed him and not a moment too soon, Jungkook walked out of his class. "I'm sorry I took so long, my artwork wasn't saving."
"It's fine," said Jimin. "Let's go."
Taehyung raised an eyebrow confused until Jungkook finally noticed him. "Oh, hi Tae. I'm actually busy right now. Jimin and I have to work on a choreography together for our dance class."
Taehyung nodded while his eyes barely glanced at Jungkook. They were mainly focused on Jimin. "Have fun," he said bitterly while looking at Jimin and walking away.
Jungkook frowned. "Are you two still fighting?"
"Aren't you mad that he barely acknowledged you?" Jimin asked.
"He seemed to be mad at you."
"Well, until my so-called best friend gets done what he's supposed to do, I'll talk to him again."
"Let's go get ice cream," said Jungkook. "You look like you could use something to cheer you up."
And so, the two boys walked together to the ice cream parlor and ordered what they wanted.
They were sitting across from each other as Jungkook ate his cookies n'cream flavor while Jimin had a strawberry, just like the first time.
"Jimin, your ice cream is starting to melt," Jungkook said after he noticed the other staring at him rather than eating the ice cream.
Jimin looked down at his hand and sure enough, the ice cream was starting to melt. He brought the cone close to his mouth where he licked and tasted the delicious flavor of strawberry ice cream and the coldness of it.
"So, since you showed me some moves yesterday, I was thinking I show you some of mine today and we can see what moves to incorporate from there," said Jungkook.
Jimin nodded while eating his ice cream and watching the younger across from him. "Lunch wasn't so bad," he said.
Jungkook looked up to meet Jimin's eyes, a smile spread across his face. "I know, I'm glad Seokjin and Taehyung didn't argue this time. Yesterday they did and it wasn't very nice. I also saw you talking to Yoongi hyung," he wiggled his eyebrows. "What did you talk about?"
"He just noticed that I didn't seem very happy and asked why," said Jimin. "I told him that I wasn't very happy with Taehyung."
Jungkook nodded. "Ah, but I also couldn't help, but think they you two would be a great couple." Jimin's eyes widened while Jungkook proceeded. "You two just looked great together, but if you like someone else, that's also fine. I won't mention that again."
Jimin thought back to Taehyung and wondered if he liked him or if he just liked the sex. He didn't say anything else after that, so Jungkook went back to eating his ice cream as well as Jimin.
The two of them finished a few minutes later. Jungkook led Jimin to his house where he asked if he was still hungry. Jimin shook his head and said he was fine.
Jungkook nodded before bringing Jimin to his room. "My house isn't very big since you know, we're in college and we got to pay for our studies, so I had to buy something small. My bedroom is big, though," he said as he gestured to his room.
Jimin glanced around the room and saw a desk by the door, his closet filled with clothes on the other side, and his bed in the middle of the room.
"I don't have very many things in here. I like to keep it that way since it's the only big room in the house, I like to keep an empty space and this is perfect to show you some of the dance moves I thought of. You can sit on the bed and watch," said Jungkook while he dug into his closet. "I'm going to switch into some shorts. I'll be back."
And so, Jimin was left alone in Jungkook's room. He curiously walked around the room and looked around the few things Jungkook had in his room. On his desk was a picture frame, of Jungkook and Taehyung.
Taehyung had a different haircut in the picture, so Jimin knew that this was an old photo. He studied it some more noticing that Taehyung's expression was different than the one now.
Taehyung looked genuinely happy in the photo unlike he did now, faking his smiles and lying to Jungkook.
Jimin set the picture back down and sat on the bed while waiting for Jungkook to come back and when he did, he wasted no fine in showing Jimin the moves he had prepared. "So I was thinking we can do a move like this and turn..."
Jimin wasn't listening to what Jungkook was saying. His eyes watched as Jungkook's body moved and observing the steps and movements he took shown trying to demonstrate the dance moves.
Neither of them had noticed the small object that was lying on the floor by Jungkook's feet and suddenly he stepped on it, causing him to grab his foot in pain and falling on the floor.
"Jungkook! Are you okay?" Jimin asked in a panic as he sat on the ground beside the younger.
Jungkook sat up and nodded as he watched Jimin worriedly look at him. He suddenly remembered that the day before, Jimin had fallen and their faces had been inches away from each other when Jimin seemed to almost kiss him. To avoid that from happening again, Jungkook stood up and walked over to his bed to sit on it.
Jimin followed and sat beside the younger. "Why is this happening? First me, now you."
"I'm fine, Jimin," Jungkook assured.
"We can stop if you want," Jimin suggested.
Jungkook stared at Jimin and saw the way he looked at him, how panicked he was, how worried he looked and sounded. Jungkook couldn't remember the last time his own boyfriend looked at him like that.
Soon, tears began to form in Jungkook's eyes. He tried to not let them fall, but his attempts failed as the tears betrayed him and fell.
"Jungkook, why are you crying? Did you injure yourself badly? Should I take you to a hospital?"
Jungkook shook his head as he cried. "I just..."
The words couldn't seem to form in Jungkook's mouth as his cries prevented him from speaking.
"Jungkook?" Jimin didn't know what to do nor what was wrong with the younger. "Should I call ole do your friends? Or Taehyung?"
Jungkook shook his head again. "No, not Taehyung," he managed to say.
"Give me your phone and tell me which friend to call," Jimin said.
"No." Jungkook cried as he reached out to Jimin.
Unsure, Jimin moved closer until he was caught by surprise when the younger wrapped his self around him and hugged him tightly.
"I don't...need you to call a friend, I have you."
Jimin wrapped his arms around Jungkook as well as the younger buried his head in between Jimin's neck and shoulder. "Jungkook, why are you crying?" He asked as he gently rubbed the younger's back in an attempt to comfort him.
Jungkook said nothing as he cried some more. Jimin let him and soon, the flow of tears stopped. Now, Jungkook lightly shook in Jimin's arms as he tried to calm his even breaths.
"Thank you, Jimin."
"Of course, Jungkook, but why were you crying?"
Jungkook slowly broke away from the hug to look into Jimin's eyes. "You looked at me with so much worry in your eyes. It seemed like you cared. I can't remember the last time Taehyung looked at me like that and sometimes I wonder if he actually cares."
Jimin smiled softly while moving away the few strands of hair that were covering Jungkook's eyes. He wasn't sure what to say and he couldn't speak on behalf of Taehyung's feelings because he didn't know how the other felt, so he simply said, "It's okay, Jungkook."
