The day where tanjirou had recovered, an emergency pillar meeting was called. The meeting was being held in the ubuyashiki estate.

"agh, i envy you dammit, why can't i bump into upper moons"

spoke the scar filled man.

"It's not like people bump into them all the time. But how are you three doing, kanroji, tokitou, (l/n)?"

asked the snake pillar, specifically putting more care into the love pillars name.

"Oh! yeah, I'm feeling a lot better!"

They're worried about me!!!

Thought the pink haired girl.

"I... Am still not healed yet..."

"Yeah I'm fine, he didn't attack me. Sorry for not fighting him...."

(Y/n) was a bit disappointed in herself, she could of fought him, and she would of most likely died. Yet there was a slim chance that she wouldn't, and she didn't take it.

"Is okay (l/n)-san if we lose and more pillars the demon hunters will be in trouble... But defeating two upper moons without a casualty is very noble..."

Spoke guomei, though it didn't ease (y/n) nerves.

" You two recovered surprisingly quickly from this. Did anything happen?"

Maybe I should ask everyone if they want to eat dinner to celebrate the victory. I'm sure there's a day where all of us are free for an hour or so.

(Y/n) missed eating with all her friends a lot. They haven't all eaten together since the start of their journeys as pillars, when they didn't take it as seriously as they did now.

Though it wasnt the man they were all expecting, it was his wife.

Ahhhh!! Oyakata-samas' wife looks so pretty! She reminds me of (y/n)-chan.

Kanroji looks so pretty today. I wonder if she'll like me more if I become friends with (l/n)-san or kochou-san.

Gyomei was so respectful to the two, it took Amane a second to comprehend.

"He would like to thank you all. Im sure you have all heard that nezuko komado has conquered the sun. Kibutsuji muzan has likely altered his plans fo go after her. The time for an all out battle is approaching.

We so have reports of strange marks, appearing on kanroji-sama, and tokitou-sama during the battle with the upper moons. So I would like to ask how you were able to obtain those.*

The two surprised, they had no idea about any marks that had appeared on them.

"During the Sengoku era, there were some swordsmen of the first breath who were one step away from ending kibutsuji muzan. They all had marks that resembled crescent moons."

She explained leaving most of the pillars stunned.

Crescent moon marks?

" This information has been passed down though, so some of you should know."

This just left them more confused.

"But I haven't heard of it. Why are they hiring it?"

"Yeah, it makes me wonder too. Wouldn't it be beneficial for us to know?"

Questioned sanemi and (y/n).

"Because a lot of people were brooding over their marks not appearing. A lot of information about marks has not became hazy, since it was never written in stone. Demon hunters have also been on the verge of annihilation countless times, so perhaps the information died out at some point.

But we do have one piece of consistent information. Once one person had that mark on them, it starts speeding to others as if they're resonating."

At this point her throat must hurt right? I wonder though, do I have a mark?

"There was a first mark, and the person who has it, is not any of the pillars. But kamado tanjirou. He is the one with the mark, but when we asked him, he had a hard time explaning everything.

We could of left it there, but then we got word two of you for it. So please inform us."

After mitsuri explained it with all her sound affects everyone was silent, beside a small giggle that came out of (y/n). Obanai looked especially disappointed.

"I am so sorry, I will go die in a hole now."

Mitsuri said, bowing to the ground.

(Y/n) said, still lightly giggling.

Obanai glared at (y/n), causing her to stop giggling.

"I wasn't aware of my marks but looking back at it, the battle was different. If you fulfill these conditions, we may all get our marks."

I wonder if my mark will look nice, maybe it will look like a flower. Just like my breath style!

"I couldn't move due to being poisoned, I was using my breath style to delay the affect. But a boy tried to save me, and my old memories came back. I got so angry that I lost complete control."

Poor muichirio, he's too young for this job.

"I think my heart rate went over 200 bpm, and my body became burning hot. I believe my body temperature went over 39 degrees."

This surprised shinobu, that would of been life threatening to normal humans.

"But could you move in that condition?"

She asked.

"Well, that's why I think it can be used as a screening test. Will you die or will you not? That's probably the difference between those who marks appear and those whose don't."

This just left Amane more confused. How could he have all those conditions, while fighting a demon. It just doesn't make sense.

"Are you sure you had those conditions?"

"Yes. When kochou-san was treating me, I apparently had a fever. The temperature recorded on the thermometer was about 39 degrees. I guess I had the same body temperature."

Mitsuri thought, thought sanemi had an annoyed look on his face.

"Tch. So it's that simple huh?"

"I envy those simpletons who can say this is simple."

Giyuu said in response, making sanemi and obanai a tad bit mad. Shinobu broke the silence.

"So I guess getting the mark will be a high priority for us now?"

"Agreed, please inform oyakata-samabtgat we will do something about it, so he can be at ease."

Gyomei said, however Amane wasn't done.

"Thank you very much. But I do ask, regarding your training. That those who have manifested their mark must still participate. No matter who it has appeared for, there will be no exceptions."

Giyuu was still silent and had a stoic face. Even if he didn't show it, this pissed him off. He usually never comes to social events, or training with the other pillars. With the Amane left.

" Now that amane-dono is gone, I'll take my leave. "

Giyuu said, getting up off the floor. Sanemi didn't like this.

"Whoa hold it. Don't leave just yet, man. We ought make our future plans now."

Giyuu was having non of it, he didn't want to be there.

"Then you seven can talk about it. It has nothing to do with me."

By the second sanemi and obanai were getting madder and madder.

"What do you mean 'nothing to do with you?' do you not understand your position as a pillar here. Or are you planning to get a head start on training?"

Giyuu just straight up started walking away. He still didn't want to hear anything his fellow pillars had to say.

"HOLD IT DAMMIT!"

"Tomioka-san please just tell use why you want to leave."

"......I'm not like you guys."

This just full on pissed off sanemi.

"Wow, you're pissing me off.... You said the same thing before. Are you making fun of us?."

"Guys please don't fight! Can we just have on normal meeting."

Cried the two girls, they weren't the biggest fans of infighting.

"HOLD IT FUCKWAD!!"

The two girls tried to stop the incoming fight, however it was useless. Luckily gyomei interrupted. He clapped his hands so loudly, it shook the ground.
