"So, are you going to meet him today?" Felicita looked curious regarding the meeting between Sarah and Ray. A pair of friends - Sarah and Felicita were walking down the corridor after class.

"Of course." Sarah then started looking for Ray's number on her phone. When she found it, she dialed him right away.

Sarah seemed to snort when she heard the operator's voice that answered her, indicating that his phone was inactive.

"Why? What's wrong?" Seeing her get annoyed, Felicita asked.

"His number is inactive..." Sarah let out a sigh after that.

"Well, never mind. You can see him another time." Felicita stroked her back, trying to calm her down. "Come on, let's just go home then." Sarah then nodded with an unenthusiastic smile towards Felicita.

Sarah and Felicita continued their journey to the exit gate. They both suddenly stopped with jolts seeing a blue Porsche in front of the two of them.

Sarah then looked amazed when she saw the figure of the man who got out of the car. The man was wearing a white t-shirt wrapped in a blue jeans jacket and navy Levi's jeans, shades covering his eyes, and his slicked hair as well.

The man then started to walk closer to both of them and took off his shades soon when he stood right in front of them. "Hey, Sarah." He greeted her while holding out his hand with a smile cast at that English woman.

Sarah didn't believe that a very handsome man like him would bother to spend his time to meet her. So, she was slightly surprised to find those beautiful gray eye lenses staring at her eyes as if they're piercing hers down right to her throbbing heart.

"Oh, hey, Ray.." Sarah took his hand slightly stuttering. "And well.. yea, let me introduce you to my best friend.. This is Felicita." Sarah tried introducing Felicita to Ray so as not to appear to have forgotten her best friend's presence. As a result, Ray and Felicita got to know each other.

"I was waiting for you about two hours ago. And sorry if you ever tried to contact me, my phone was off." Ray explained to Sarah while showing his cell phone which looked off.

"Oh, wow, sorry to keep you waiting and... yes, I did contact you earlier." Sarah still looked nervous.

"Oh well, apparently I'm starting to be such a third wheel... I think I have to go now." Felicita teased the two of them -Sarah and Ray with a mischievous smile and both hands placed on her waist. The way she teased them then made both of them laugh.

"Well, forgive us then." Ray apologized to Felicita.

"Dude. I'm sorry." Sarah looked pitiful. But Felicita knew that she was joking.

Felicita chuckled. "Alright, okay. I must go home now." The Mexican girl hurried away. "Have fun, guys!" She then shouted with her hands waving at the pair.

"Sure!" Sarah shouted and waved back at her.

Ray just shook his head with a smile on his face, seeing Felicita leave them behind.

"Okay, so where are we going?" Sarah asked with a cheerful smile on her face.

"Umm, maybe Green Street Restaurant." Ray replied to Sarah with a sweet smile. Then Sarah seemed to feel like she wanted to melt right through that smile. "Come on." Ray invited her to get in the Porsche with one hand placed on the girl's waist, trying to guide her.

Sarah nodded nervously when she found him sweet like that. Ray is so sweet, especially when he wants to open the door for her and invite her in. Ray really was such a romantic guy she ever met, and those were the words that came to her mind to describe him.

Arriving at Green Street Restaurant, Sarah and Ray agreed to order the same menu, Green Street Nachos and Mexican Coffee.

"Well, girl, tell me about your day at the Art Center College of Design?" Ray started a conversation when he found out she was still nervous.

"Umm, if I told you... would you wanna tell me your daily life at Providence Christian College too?"

"Wow, how do you know that?" His gaze probed for a while spreading out his sexy smile.

"Umm, Facebook." Sarah answered with embarrassment, too shy to admit that she had been caught stalking him.

"Oh, I see. You're stalking me, aren't you?"

"You too!" Sarah seemed like she didn't want to be outdone in revealing her stalking behavior. "Hottie..." Sarah lowered her voice when calling him like that just so Ray wouldn't be able to hear. But it seems like Ray did hear it.

"Excuse me?" Ray acted as if he didn't hear any words she said, especially on her last word.

Sarah seemed to swallow hard and put on a fake smile. "None.. nothing!"

"You're nervous, that's a sign of lying!" Ray was going to interrogate her. And Sarah seemed to be swallowing hard again. But luckily, a waitress came to bring them the menu they ordered. Sarah and Ray then thanked the waitress right when she was about to vanish. And the two started to eat each other's orders.

"Sarah, you haven't told me yet about your day." Ray insisted.

"It's always the same, nothing special. Every day I always meet with things related to fine arts." Sarah stuffed the nachos into her mouth. "And you?"

"Yeah, sort of, but I always try to enjoy it." Ray shrugged his shoulders as he ate his nachos as well.

"Umm, what do you mean by that? I don't understand."

"I used to want to continue my education in music, but my father wouldn't allow me to do my things. Therefore, I try to enjoy my days at Providence Christian College even without any friends."

"Well, but I think you can still do your hobby after class?" Sarah formed such a sweet smile on her face, trying to cheer him up with some advice. "And you said you don't have any friends? Really? I mean how?" Sarah asked with distrust.

"I only have friends outside of college anyway." He shrugged. "Oh, well, anyway, do you think I have the right to ask you something personal?"

His questions about privacy seemed to be able to make her heart beat louder. So, she cleared her throat. "Okay, but what is that?"

"Are you single?" Ray asked that without further ado. Somehow, Sarah felt relieved for his question that wasn't so private as he said.

"Yes, I am. How about you?" Without realizing it, Sarah asked the same thing. Sarah seems to be in the middle of cursing herself in mind.

"Yes, me too, sweetheart." Ray grinned at her, making her scream with joy inside her heart to know that he's really a single guy even though she already knew it but yet she just wanted to hear it from himself.

But then Sarah felt like falling as his thumb suddenly touched her soft pink lips. He actually wanted to get rid of the remaining food that was stuck carelessly in the corner of her lips.

The two people were still staring at each other. Ray still felt the touch of her pink lips roaming his thumb. So, he kept touching it gently and the girl seemed to be enjoying it.

"I think I wanna touch these lips with mine." Ray lowered his voice, giving her goosebumps. "I love you, Sarah." Ray finally removed his thumb from her lips with his sudden confession about love.

Sarah was just silent, she didn't know what to reply. Because for her, everything seemed too rushed to call it love, even though she also felt the kind of love at first sight.

"Give me some... time, Ray. I mean... it's just way too fast..."

Sarah bit her lower lip, she was afraid that he would get angry. So,  Sarah tried to convince him by holding the back of his hand gently.

"Okay, give me your answer tonight?" Ray seemed not angry but chill to answer her, making her nod with a sweet but more like an awkward smile.

For now, maybe she's confused about what to say tonight. Like, should she accept his love right away? Or vice versa? And what if he doesn't really love her but more like a crush that could lead them to part ways in the end when she wanted to be the one to last their love?

But on the other hand, if Sarah rejected him, she was really afraid of receiving such regret in the future because it looks like Sarah already wants him. Even though Sarah knows that what she feels right now is not love but more than like a love at first sight. So, okay, let her think about this situation wisely.

Sarah

'Hey, Fel! Do you know that I'm really happy today to find him taking me to the Green Street Restaurant? Well, we talked quite a bit. But... There's something I need to tell you! Like, Omg, it seems like I really need your help, dude!'

Felicita

'Wow, that's great! I'm glad to hear you're having such a good time with him! And how? How can I help you?'

Sarah

'Well, you know what... Ray said to me that he loves me in the afternoon.. I mean like really that made me happy... but isn't that way too fast? Like, we just met once but yet he told me like that, and suddenly wanted me to be his girlfriend? So, I told him that I needed time to think because this is too fast. And luckily, Ray was such an understanding man... Although yes, he gave me time only for one night which means tonight to say 'yes' or 'no' Like, damn, omg, I couldn't really think straight now! HELP ME, BUDDY! HELP!'

'Omg, what? I mean hmm.. okay.. After I figured out the things you just tried to explain, Ray doesn't seem to love you. Well, just try to pay attention to how he asks you to be his in such a very short period of time?

I mean how? And have you ever thought that love requires time that fast? Duh, of course not! Love surely takes a long time to grow. And if someone says the love to you like what he said, I saw it as an expression of crushing on someone or perhaps admiration, or he could be obsessed with you? I mean like did you still remember right when he was your stalker a few weeks ago?

Well, simply put, maybe Ray does have feelings for you but he doesn't know the difference between love or admiration, obsession and so on. And of course, all decisions are in your hands... I'm just here trying to give you some advice so that something bad doesn't happen to you later!

So, please just think twice before you make a decision! :) And I'm sorry if all this narration will hurt your heart. Because I'm just doing this for the sake of your good, and of course I love you bestie!'

'Well, you're right, buddy.. Must admit it.. It hurts quite a bit to know he doesn't really love me but what can I do rather than just... oh okay! I think I already found the answer! Like I have to avoid him for a while! Like, come on, I need more time! Not tonight tho'! Lmao, love ya too, buddy! No homo xD'
