Neil - no.....noo......I was just like......
(Neil was saying while a small little girl came and tapped him from behind he turned around and she looked at him with a shocked face and Avni also looks at the little girl.)

Neil- What happened? Are you lost here?
(He said sitting on his knees to match the height of the little girl)

Little girl - Ummmm.......Can you please pinch me! ( she said, Still being in the shock)

Neil- Why? What happen?

Avni- Aaruuu!!! What happen baby ?
( avni came from behind and, She also sat on her knees)

Neil- Avni, Do you know her?

Avni - Yes off course! She is Aarohi My "Aaruu" (She says squeezing Aarohi's cheek)

Aarohi- Avuuu! I'm I dreaming?
(She says keeping her hand on her forehead and looking at Neil)

(She says embracing her) while Neil was just admiring their bond.

She was thinking what to say next while Neil interrupts her,

(Neil and Avni was laughing at her cute antiques)

Avni- Chalo let's make it more special. I'll take you to a place now. okay?

Aarohi - okay! But Nee, will also come with me!

Avni - Yess! He is coming. (Avni closed Aarohi eyes with her palms) They starts walking and Neil follows them.
Then after some minutes they reached to the "children's general ward" avni removes her palm from Aarohi 's eyes. Aarohi slowly opens her eyes and she was shocked seeing the view infront of her eyes she was in tears, the children's ward was beautifully decorated with many balloons and "Happy Birthday" was written with helium balloons and a beautiful big cake was kept on the table. And all the children (patients) we're standing there with a huge smile on their face.(And everyone was shocked seeing Neil there) After some seconds Aarohi Came back in her senses and embrace Avni in a bone crushing hug and she whispers,

Aarohi - Thank youu Avuuu, I love youuuuu!

Avni - I love you much more Aaruu!
Avni cups Aarohi's face and wipes her tears and says, don't cry Aaruu! I don't like cry baby! (Aarohi smiles and wipes her tears)

Avni- Do you like it?

Aarohi - I loved it Avuuuuu!! Nee, do you loved it?

Neil- Off course, Aaruu! It looks so beautiful! And off course it should, after all it's the decoration of most beautiful girl's birthday! (Aarohi giggles)

(Aarohi introduce everyone with Neil as they all were very happy seeing Neil there) After sometimes avni says,

Avni - Chalo everyone! Now let's cut the cake!!
Everyone followed Avni towards the cake kept on the table Avni, lights the candle and says in Aarohi's ears "wish something and blow the candle"
Aarohi closes her eyes and she makes a wish in mind "Please God, keep my Avuuu and Nee always happy, I love them a lot" she opens her eyes and blows the candle, and everyone sings, Happy Birthday to you,

She cuts the cake and feeds the first bite to Avni and then Neil and then the rest of them.
And after cake cutting, every children was sitting on their respective beds and Avni and Neil was sitting on the couch and suddenly Avni says,

Avni - Aaruu! Don't you want your birthday gift ?

Aarohi - Ummmmm......off course Avuuu! I want it.

Avni - Ok wait! I'm coming.
(She went from the children's ward and moved towards the car parking area to bring out the gift from the car)
After sometimes she comes back and sees Aarohi laughing sitting on Neil's lap while he was just facepalming himself as a big joke was cracked on him!

Avni - I'm back (she screamed, everyone's attention turned towards avni) Aarohi close your eyes! She ordered. Aarohi closed her eyes with her little palms and Neil was looking at them both. Avni placed the gift on the table and she says,

Avni - Now open your eyes Aaruu! (Aarohi opens her eyes slowly and in starting she saw something blurry but after few seconds she gets a clear vision of it and it was a "Guitar"! She was literally shocked her mouth has turned into a "O" shaped.) And then she screams,

Aarohi - Ohhhh my godddddd, "GUITARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR"
she says looking towards Avni and She nodded.
Aarohi hugged Avni and she says,

Avni ends her song with closeing her eyes and then after few seconds she opens her eyes and everyone was cheering, clapping for her! while Neil was just mesmerized by her voice. He didn't even blink his eyes for even a second he was just starting her.

Aarohi - I loved it Avuuu! Thank you for making my day soo special!
And after sometimes avni went towards Neil and stands beside him she whispers,

Avni - Sooo, do like my voice?

Neil(in mind) - Ohhh! God I'm in love with her voice!! It's mesmerizing. Then he says to Avni, I Loved it! You sang beautifully. (She smiled)

Avni - Thank youu! (Neil smiled)
(Everyone was busy and Aarohi was just playing something in her new guitar) Neil says,

Neil- Like, Aarohi ki family kaha hai? Why is she staying in the hospital that too in Children's ward?

Avni - yes Neil! Some years ago on the same day today, Aaruu's mom and dad were coming back after celebrating her birthday they were all happy but it didn't last forever! It was all a accident Neil, Aaruu's Dad died on the spot, but some how Aaruu's mom survived till coming to the hospital and she saved Aaruu, Neil nothing happened to Aaruu she was all safe! But she lost her parents, I was present in this hospital Neil, but couldn't do anything! but Aaruu's Mom gave me one promise she told me "Avni please Aarohi ko humesha aapne pass rakhna kabhi usse kahi jaane mat dena, uska humesha khayal rakhna" "She doesn't have much time left with her" and she breaths her last.......(Neil was shocked with her statement) He looks at Aarohi with teary eyes.

Neil - Aarohi ko kya hua hai, Avni??

Avni - She is a brave girl Neil! She is surviving with Cancer. (She looks towards Aarohi and smile with a sad face)

Neil- Whattt!?? (He was shocked to the core)

Avni - Haan Neil! But Aaruu, ko yaha se kahi nhi jana, she wants to stay in this hospital only, In this children's wards only, bhot bar humne Aaruu ko ghar chalne bola hai, but she doesn't agree! This hospital, it's a home for her. (Neil smiles sadly)
Neil went towards Aarohi and hands over a box to her. He whispers, "Happy birthday cutie" And he kiss her cheek. And hugs her. Aarohi whispers in his ears, "Thank you Nee!" Avni thaughts in her mind "He is such a pure soul"
And after sometimes they bids bye to everyone and leaves the children's ward and by walking on the stairs they come in front of neela's cabin on the 1st floor suddenly Avni says,

Avni - Neil itne baat mai mai tumse puchna bhul gayi tum yaha kya kar rahe ho ?

Neil - Mai yaha apni bebe ke saath aaya hu "bebe means dadi,(grandmother)"

Avni - Mujhe pata hai bebe means grandmother! Huhhh! She looks in her watch and it was 1:30 pm she says, "oh God shit I'm late mujhe lunch par jana tha" aabh cancel karna padega! (She makes an annoying face) (Neil giggles)

Neil - Vaise Avni tum yaha kya kar rahi ho ? Matlab jab aarohi ke mom dad ka accident hua tha tab bhi tum yaha thi? How? He was asking her suddenly from behind someone taps on Avni's shoulder and the person was................
